"bulma! a super saiyan isnt about being cute!" he said blushing. "and thats great." he powered down, the golden aura disappeared and his muscles went back to regular size. "ok bulma. lets do this, and by that i mean grow my tail not the other thing."

she blushed, smiling "maybe we'll do that other thing later... a tail might be quite interesting... Anyway" she blushed deeper, realising she had said that last part out loud "lets try this machine out shall we!" she grabbed his hand a started to pull him back to her lab, she hadn't moved far when the ground began to move, shaking even more violently than it had before. a loud voice boomed out, the sound reverberating across the land, it didn't seem far away...
"its Broly, isn't it..." it wasn't really a question, she knew it was him- just didn't want to believe it. she pulled him faster to her lab "we need to do this as quickly as we can," she explained, "now this machine produces 'Bultz waves', these are what is produce in a full moon, and what triggers the chemical reaction in your tail causing you to transform. they are also known as green spectrum radiation... you might have heard of that before... if it works right these waves should trigger the growth of your tail, which would mean you would be able to transform again." she tried to explain as best she could "the machine is equipped with two satellite dishes, these will produce the blutz waves. all you need to do is stand in front of the these and let me do the rest!" as she finished they entered her lab, she pointed to a spot in front of a large army tank shaped machine, "that's where you need to stand... are you sure you want to do this...?" she knew his pride would never allow him to say no, but she still asked, it was his choice, at the end of the day it was his body that was going to be affected.

She was so surprised when he said this, it was something she never expected to hear from him.
"I love you too..." thinking about it, she had never heard him say this to her, not in so any words anyway... she kept her eyes on him momentarily and then spoke "right, lets get this thing started then!" she moved behind the machine and pressed a few buttons, it started to whir- the satellites began to glow a green colour. the same green light emerged from them and moved towards his body, engulfing him in a sea of green spectrum radiation.

"wow... i take it back... you're even cuter now than before" she looked at him amazed at how he had changed- she couldn't detect power levels, but she was sure that if she could, his would have skyrocketed. he was magnificent.
she looked up, the roof had been blown off her lab... she would have to make him pay for that later... she turned her head back to him. the aura around his body began to fade and he collapsed on the floor. she ran panik stricken towards him.
"Vegeta?!" she felt for a pules, which proved incredibly hard to find, it was so weak. but, eventually, she found it- he was completely unconscious... but at least he was alive...
she tried to move him, but for a girl of her physique to move all that muscle was quite hard. she sighed and sat down next to his unmoving body. she would wait for him to gain consciousness... she seemed to spend her whole life waiting for him...

vegetas ears twitched when he heard broly. he started to get up but he could only kneel. "bulma...get behind me." he put his arm in front of her. "i dont know where kakarot is you over grown pathetic excuse of a saiyan...now leave...actually..give me a day to heal..ill give you a better fight than last time i guarantee it! we shall fight at the same place as last time in that waste land so no one gets hurt even tho you already destroyed many cities you monster!"

vegeta laid on the ground holding his chest. it was hard to breath since some of his ribs where broken. "damn it...." he saw the entire city get destroyed. atleast the monster left capsule corp undamaged. He stood up and walked towards the healing chamber.

"bulma...at times like this one can never know and I as a prince will not have a lowly peasant be stronger or beat him senseless. its not right! i dont know if i will live...that damn kakarot...." vegetas pride was hurt a little this past few battles but his will to not give up had not been harmed. he will continue to fight no matter how futile his efforts are he will continue. once he ascends more he knew that he will beat broly. but he also hoped that kakarot would soon join this fight. he laughed a little when bulma said that about him spending too much time in there "i guess im just not that strong hahaha" he smirked at bulma. vegeta didnt show his emotions alot well mostly his soft side but when he was alone with bulma he sometimes opened up alot. they walked slowly since it was hard for vegeta to walk. he also put his arm around her just to let her know that he was grateful for her help. they got to the healing chamber and vegeta stood in front of the tank. he turned around and grabbed bulma by the waist and kissed her. he held it for a while and then let go. then he let go of her waist and said "i guess i dont do that often...thought i should do it once more just so that you dont feel so alone at times. and...if i die... well... lets just hope it doesnt come to that." he kissed her once more and sat on the chamber. he pressed the buttons inside it and then the door closed and the water started to fill it up. he put the mask on, and..., his hand against the glass towards bulma. then when the water was completely over his head. he slept....
