Elisia smiled at Lee. Apparently he was a Lieutenant too. She shaded her eyes and stared out to the horizon. So far, she had only come into contact with three other Lieutenants - Tsukiko, Kato and Lee. Where were all the others? They were supposed to be here about now. She put her zanpaktou in her sheath for the current moment. Apparently the hollow had retreated for the time being. Good. That would give them some sort of edge. But what could she do? Her only main power was her healing abilities. Fat lot of good that would do in a proper battle. She slowly sat down beside Lieutenant Lee and looked thoughtfully at the sky. "What is our enemy like, anyway? I arrived a little late so I have little idea of the current situation." she asked quietly.

Lee glanced over at Elisia as she sat down next to him, but didn't bother to say anything right away as he just continued to think and relax. When Elisia asked about the hollow Lee just shook his head at how what should have been a weak hollow had already healed itself numerous times. "It is Gillian class and seems to have multiple hollows inside it, that or it can shape shift and has multiple personalities. It has quite the regenerating ability considering it has already been wounded enough that it should have died yet just regenerated every time. One personality is female and one personality is male. The female seems to be quite skilled with sonido and the male seems to be quite strong. Anyway that is all I can think of at the current moment. If you don't mind me asking what can your Zanpakuto do? I would like to have an idea of what my allies can do." Lee figured it probably had something to do with healing since she was part of the Fourth Division, still he figured it might not. Lee looked at her for several seconds before looking to the sky.

Elisia was very quiet as her mind processed the information that she had just been told. Healed itself numerous times? That would be extremely annoying to deal with, especially since even two Lieutenants fighting together were not able to kill it entirely. Gillian? Multiple hollows? Did it have some kind of special ability which allowed it to change shape and form? She let a small sigh out of her, annoyed by the trouble that just one Hollow had caused. After all, it must be pretty strong if all the Shinigami which are lower than Captain class would be sent to Karakura town. She was only brought out of her thoughts by Lee's question of what her zanpaktou could do. She frowned, wondering how to describe her powers. "Well, my Shikai has two main abilities which get stronger when more pain is absorbed - I have a fire of healing and then an offensive attack where my weapons keep on getting upgraded each time they absorb more pain energy. My Bankai allows me to control light - blinding people momentarily, shields, healing, weapons and some type of invisibility. I think that's about it." she replied, not mentioning the final attack she could make since she did not want to let the Hollow know about it just in case of any problems.

Lee watched her as she described her ability noting that it was indeed a healing type though it was mixed in with offense something that could be very helpful. "Okay well if when the hollow comes back you happen to feel threatened or in need of assistance feel free to ask. We are all on the same side. Just for reference Namihime is a water type so you can get an idea of what kind of attacks she has." Lee figured he would offer the aid since she was a member of Fourth and her Zanpakuto's main ability wasn't actually offensive. Still having the Lieutenant of Fourth on the field would be helpful considering she could heal anyone who needed it. Hopefully they wouldn't have need of her healing and from the looks of things he doubted it would be necessary.

Takumi was in the other side of the field sat on the top of other building. After the Hollow had left he had already sheathed his zanpakutou. He wanted to finish the hollow quickly but it would be more difficult than he thought. Then he saw another shinigami appear in the other side of the field near Lee and Tsukiko, by her reiatsu it seemed to be a Lieutenant as everyone else around. Takumi was very good feeling others reiatsus. He then approached the others walking calmly through the air. He was new in the Lieutenant rank so he didn’t know anyone yet. Takumi wasn’t very talkative but he wanted to compare his power with the others. "Hello…" he said to the new comer only to be polite. He then sat down looking to the buildings around thinking on some other ideas to defeat the hollow.

Tsukiko went behind a building and she seemed to be conversing with someone, but she wasn't holding anything akin to a radio or anything of the sort. However, what she was doing seemed to work because a small rift in space opened up and a bag fell out of it. Tsukiko caught this, thanked whoever is was on the other line and walked off as the rift in space began to close. She approached the others as Lee spoke of two personalities she shook her head. "Not personalities. Personalities would not cause the physical body to change. This is more than one hollow soul residing in the same body. More than possible, unfortunately. And I'd be willing to bet there is more than two, but that is no more than an educated guess on my part." Tsukiko dropped the bag she was carrying and reached in to produce a quarter-sized mine. "Sorry to say but simply attacking it will not likely do the job. I fear I may have to use, dare I say it, my Bankai. I'd like to avoid this, however. So..." She poked the mine onto the ground, it seemed to attach itself there and suddenly blended in with it's surroundings. "...This is my test. Standard grade, hollow explosives." She tapped it with her foot, but it did not explode. "Only responds to a hollow's Reiryoku. It's not even necessary for them to touch it." Tsukiko picked up the bag again and wandered off. Within a good 20 minutes, she would have covered every surface with these mines for several hundred feet by spacing them 3 feet apart. They all disappeared seconds after she placed them. "I'm curious to see how much damage they can take." She said, spoken like a true member of the 12th Division.

Takumi turned to Tsukiko and after she had finished her work he asked “But when one of the explosives explodes won’t the others do the same?” he asked interested on this little girl’s idea but also a bit worried. He glanced to the field and then he stared Tsukiko, his eyes were analyzing her carefully. A small breeze appeared out of nowhere and made Takumi’s clothes wave. Takumi always liked the wind and probably his zanpakutou was wind-based due that fact. Around Takumi the wind was moving in a weird manner; when the wind passed through Takumi it transformed into small tornados: this was the effect of Takumi’s reiatsu even without he wanted to do it. The breeze stopped and the small tornadoes created by Takumi as well, the hot sunlight directly in Takumi’s skin was now the only sensation he was feeling.

Tsukiko giggled and spared Takumi a childish grin. The mines only reacted to hollow Reiryoku, and were imbibed with anti-explosion fail-safes. An explosion wold not set them off. "Yeah, so what? You mean you can't deflect an explosion with a barrier of Reiryoku?" She rolled her eyes, shouldered the now empty bag and began to walk off, paying no attention to Takumi's Reiatsu. After witnessing Hei's Reiastu, nothing measured up, so it was pointless to try and impress her, which is what she assumed he was doing. "What part of 'Only responds to a hollow's Reiryoku' did you not understand? Surely you don't think the Bureau of Technologies would overlook something so crucial. Or did you?" She called back. Tsukiko let those words hang in the air as she walked off and disappeared behind a building. For several minutes, she could be heard conversing yet again, though what she was saying was inaudible. The same rift in space appeared and Tsukiko tossed the bag back into it. It closed up as she walked back towards the group. She was only gone for about a minute.

[Just to make it clear Takumi wasn’t trying to impress Tsukiko. It is just that when the wind passes through him his reiatsu make that without him even noticing.. smile .]
Takumi looked to that child. He really didn’t liked children and that was why. “Do you really want me to answer that question?” Takumi asked when he heard Tsukiko asking if he doubt about the Bureau of Technologies. Takumi wasn’t very friendly to technology. Then she went away and Takumi turned his backs to her“This is why I hate children!” he whispered so no one could here that. Then he walked towards the nearest building and sat on the top of it. He then picked up a cigar from his pocket and lit it with the other hand with a move almost impossible to see. Smoking had always helped him to concentrate. If the Hollow had a regeneration power he wouldn’t be affected by those bombs at least it was what he thought.

[I know this, but she doesn't. Which is why I put "which is what she assumed he was doing" in there.'] "I heard that." She called out as she re approached the other group, keeping her eyes trained on him. Clearly Takumi was unaware of her enhanced senses. She was inhuman, after all. "But it's cool, I don't like you much either. You're a bit to edgy for my tastes, and short-tempered. And possibly stupid to boot. But none of that really matters, because I didn't ask for your opinion of me to begin with, rendering this conversation pretty much pointless. So shut it, unless you really want to be crushed to the size of a grape. I might be able to manage smaller, but I've never tried." She rolled her eyes at him, then looked towards Elisia. "Probably kills his pride to be considered to be on the same level as a 7 year old." She shrugged. "Anyway, how goes the training, Elisia-chan?" Tsukiko liked her for some reason. It might have been because she was the Lieutenant of Tsukiko's aunt, or maybe it was something else. She hadn't quite figured it out yet. [Omg, other people need to post! D<]

(Sorry been busy today >_>) Lee nodded his head in acknowledgement of Takumi, but didn't actually say anything preferring to stay silent until the hollow was defeated. Lee looked at Tsukiko as she came over saying that they weren't different personalities, but different souls and there were probably more than they were shown. Lee nodded his head in agreement since that was kind of what he thought in the first place, and if the Lieutenant of Twelve said so then they were more likely to know than anyone else gathered. Lee nodded again at the mention of simply attacking would not work and watched as she planted the mines. Then Takumi and Tsukiko got into a disagreement over whether or not the mines would work, which ended with Tsukiko going off again and Takumi going to a different building.
Lee could have swore that Takumi muttered something about children, but couldn't really make it out though Tsukiko obviously heard. "Well I have to agree with you that simply attacking will not work obviously, and that something needs to be planned out. I don't want to doubt the mines or anything like that Tsukiko-Fukutaicho, but if it does fail we need a plan to fall back on. Do you already have a plan of attack in mind?" Lee had perhaps judged the girl before he actually knew her and wasn't usually like that so he was going to see what she was like before making any judgements.

Tsukiko raised her eyebrow at him, slightly annoyed that she had been interrupted from her current conversation. Her annoyance showed all over her face, but she didn't say anything about it. "The mines aren't a plan, I'm testing their limitations. Feel free to lure it onto the mines, you saw where they went. 3 feet apart in every direction for a ways." Tsukiko tilted her head a little and rubbed the back of her neck for whatever reason. "If worst comes to worst, I'll have to ask all of you to bind the current body with your most powerful methods of binding, then I can crush it with Jūryoku no Rōgoku. I'd like to not, mind you, but if I give the signal, just be ready to do so. Oh, and I'll need some room to use it, so after using a binding power, you're going to want to get far away, unless you want to get crushed as well. By using this method, it won't matter how many times they switch bodies, they'd be trapped inside the field." She said bluntly. Tsukiko then sank to the ground and pulled herself up Indian-style. "Then after that, I'd need a powerful enough frontal attack that wouldn't leave any remains. Can anyone do something like that?"

Aoshi had the Senkaimon reopened and a gateway appeared in the sky. Looking around, he jumped from it and landed softly on the ground below. "So this is what the world of the living looks like. I suppose it's not that bad." The gateway closed behind him, as he walked passed people who didn't notice he was there. "Is anyone around? I don't know where to go!" He scratched his head and sat up against the wall, waiting to be found.

Elisia had unsuccessfully tried to summon a weak smile at Lee who had tried to reassure her in a very nice manner. She was quite unskilled in physical attacks but at least she had a way to protect herself. Her heart jumped suddenly as she was surprised by the newcomer. He muttered a quick hello before quietly sitting down. Who was he? She stared at him openly at least until Tsukiko arrived. Quietly listening, she was quite impressed by the plan. Mines? Not a bad idea. Her Bankai would be able to protect herself, unless she made a barrier of Reiryoku. However, she felt a little annoyed to see the new person arguing with Tsukiko and she shook her head. She jolted to a start after she heard Tsukiko address her and smiled at her. “After all, many people underestimate you, Tsukiko. He must feel a little sore about you being so powerful. And my training’s going pretty well.” she felt like she had to back Tsukiko up – not just because Tsukiko was her Captain’s niece.
She listened to Lee’s words which were making sense. Just in case anything went wrong, there would have to be another plan. A powerful frontal attack? She wouldn’t be able to anything like that since her zanpaktou was mainly designed for healing and protecting certain people. “If no-one objects, I think I’d just stand back for the meantime and conserve my energy. My zanpaktou’s more useful for healing and protection. If anything goes really wrong, I’d be able to help there. However, I’d just be a nuisance in the battle since I’d waste energy to protect myself.” she did not really feel like doing this but she knew that this was the best way she could help herself and the others.

Standing back up, Aoshi jumped onto a nearby building to get a better view. He could feel the presence of a few Shinigami nearby, so he took off in the same direction. Eventually he managed to find the group and approached slowly, as to not startle anyone. "I'm glad I found you all." He took a bow and introduced himself to the group. "My name is Aoshi Saito, 5th seat in Squad 5. I was sent to gather information and help in any other way that I can." He smiled and looked at everyone. "Who is in charge?" He didn't mind taking orders, after all his Captain was constantly yelling at him to do something, so he was used to it.
