[ӈ Ʌ ʀ ʯ Ӄ Φ] {Ooo GOODY! Stuff to Torture} [Castle Oblivion; Haruko's Bedroom -> Kitchen] Haruko awoke to the sound of her ring on the side of her bed. She picked up that small little Spinel ring and heard that tea was ready. "I'm COMMING!!!" she yelled to anyone to heard. She was one of the loudest in the Conclave so she could definatly make her voice travel. She then put on her Conclave black robe and the ring on her left index finger and got a cute little box with a black ribbon on it. She then ran down the stairs and looked around seeing Aria in the room. "ARIA!!" she yelled and sat next to her. "Do you wanna play a game huh!!" she poked her a little and looked right at the tall man and then at the tea. "Oooo tea!!!" she ran over and grabbed her #5 cup and added alot of sugar in it. She then sat back next to Aria and drank her tea since it was the only way to shut her up at the momment.

{Ignorance is bliss... until reality throws a Heartless siege at you.}
[Traverse Town : Third District -> First District] "But-!" Soryuju tried to shout after him, looking baffled. The Heartless hadn't attacked the First District once in the many times Soryuju had stopped by- but Hefin was so protective. Trying to persuade him to come get the cannon would be like talking to a brick wall. The male stood there, exasperated- only to find a number of Shadows had reappeared around him.
"Fffff-"
Quickly lowering his body, making his legs like springs, he charged his legs with magical energy and launched himself in Hefin's direction. The man was just rounding the corner at the end of the ramp, about to make it to the door when Soryuju landed right beside him, never once losing his balance as the two ran through the door between districts.
Soryuju shut it quickly behind him, taking a deep breath before putting his swallow-spear onto a latch on the back of his belt. Turning around, he looked at the serenity of the First District- only to hear a young male's (Kuumaru) frustrated grunt. He looked around, thinking maybe Hefin had stubbed his toe- only to find that, of course, Hefin was still dashing toward his home and furnace, where his daughter would be waiting safely with one of the neighbor's (Aerith). Instead, he did manage to spot two people he'd never seen before- a young man and a young woman with a scythe on her back.
"Well, hello there," Soryuju said with a smile, walking up to the two of them with a friendly gait. "I don't recall ever seeing you on these parts when I come to visit. Are you travelers yourselves?"

{A heart shed for power is the only heart of worth.}
[Castle Oblivion : Kitchen] As the congregation grew, Vereor merely gave a very small, hollow smile, pouring the tea into the cups of all those that came. Of course, the cup with 'I' on it was empty, as it always was and likely always would be. He seemed particularly quiet, no really responding to any one comment yet- he was in one of his more solemn states, apparently.
"Come, Zekvyr, I've never met someone who disliked Paopu Tea," he spoke, a hint of amusement in his stoic voice. "It relaxes the body and mind. Perhaps even the heart, not that I'd know."
Taking a seat on the edge of the table closest to the stove, he sat down and put a single spoon of sugar into his tea, stirring it lightly as he observed the others, though he seemed to be doing so without purpose. Numbers III through V and VIII had arrived. He didn't expect Number IX to come, and sure enough, he hadn't. The others might be a little late for whatever personal reasons- maybe they hadn't come back last night.

[☼яΞ√Ξζịђ☼] ["..."]
[Castle Oblivion: Revelin's Room -> Kitchen]
The masked figure sat up on his bed looking down at his hands watching himself make a fist and letting it go. He just sat there like a puppet amazed at being alive, but even that feeling would disappear at some point. He then raised himself from the bed and opened a dark portal leading to the kitchen. He walked through it and after passing through he walked over to the table to take a seat.
Revelin was a man of very few words, and would only speak if he needed to. He also decided that he would ignore any questions that were quite irrelevant to him or missions. He sat in his chair with his arms crossed, with no real desire for any beverage or snacks. He only made his appearance to show his existence and that he was still alive.

[ Enyb ]
{Kweh...[Oh my...]}
[Traverse Town: First District: Rooftops]
"Kweeeh...[This doesn't look good...]"
Enyb shifted from foot to foot on the rooftop of what looked like a place humans came to eat food. He wasn't alone, either. Though, that wasn't as good as it sounded. They were these little black creatures that seemed to be quite energetic, but set off his base instincts like crazy. Wondering what they were was on the bottom of his list right now, and figuring out how to get out of this situation was at the top.
"Wark Warrrrk Kweh...[Maybe I shouldn't have rode that weird ship here...]"
One of the creatures moved closer, and the chocobo jumped back, his travel pack around his neck bouncing open and a small red shard of something fell out. The first thing that crossed the chocobo's mind was Oh, that rock I found on the ship.... The next was Oops as the shard exploded in a small blaze when it hit the roof, and Enyb hopped back more to avoid the flames.
And off the roof.
"WAAAARRRRRRKKKKK![AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!]"

{[Elde]} …A vision of death and supreme light…
…A man named Jack…
…Stories of lost souls…
…His daring exploits…
"Why does fortune...seem to strike the most kindhearted people? Is everything just pre-ordained?" .:[Traverse Town: Third District->First District]:. Elde knew the danger of going into that district alone. He knew what the heartless did to anyone who dared pass by. He knew many had lost their hearts attempting to make it through. Perfect. "HA!" Elde yelled as he jumped out unsheathing his two blades ready for a challenge. He slashed to either side as he slid to a stop destroying two shadows and then... that was it? He stood there in the (for now) empty district in a battle stance ready for more... but nothing came. He slowly sheathed his sword behind his back and crossed his arms a frown on his face. "Well that's... depressing" he said brushing one of his white bangs aside. Usually this district was packed with heartless why were there so few now? Unless... someone else had been there? "Hmmm..." with that he leisurely walked off into the first district. He entered closing the doors behind him and gazed around at the peaceful district. He saw a group of people chatting in one area, one of them had a formidable looking spear, but he couldn't be sure they were the ones who had defeated the heartless. What to do... as he thought this he took a two sided coin out of his pocket, a rare commodity considering everyone around here used munny. He flipped it ...heads... He seemed to watch the coin fall through the air in slow motion. It landed lightly in his gloved hand. The coin had landed with tails side up. Huh. With that he turned away from the talking people and walked off towards the accessory shop to have a look around. He didn't expect to find anything exciting... then he saw Vain looking worn and tired behind the shop. He must have fought the heartless, he was probably just a rookie considering how tired he looked. Elde approached Vain and leaned down in front of him. "Hey... you need some help?" he asked hoping the boy wasn't totally unconscious.

[[Vain]] "What the deuce?" ___[Traverse Town .:. First District]
Vain wearily looked up at Elde and knew immediately that he wasn't on Poeres anymore. The sword was right... His eyelids began to droop again as his right hand began to burn. Bubbles of darkness began to surface from the malformed hand, cover his entire forearm in darkness when he suddenly heard something.
Keep it together!
The darkness faded as Vain suddenly awakened from his state of pseudo-sleep, looking up again at Elde before saying, "Where am I? This isn't Poeres, right?"

{[Elde]} "Why does fortune...seem to strike the most kindhearted people? Is everything just pre-ordained?" .:[Traverse Town: First District]:. Elde watched what happened to Vains arm and admittedly, was pretty freaked out. Well this was a lucky find... he thought as he recomposed himself.
The boy's question seemed a little silly to him. "Poeres? Never heard of it, this is Traverse Town... and um... you may want to get used to it..." Elde wondered if this guy had JUST showed up here. This was always difficult, breaking the new to them that their world was gone. Hopefully he already knew, it would make things less difficult for him. This also meant he couldn't have been the one who fought the heartless but Elde was more distracted by this right now.
"You look like you could use something warm?" he said pointing to the cafe of the first district.

[[Vain]] "Gotta focus... focus... What am I focusing on?" ___[Traverse Town .:. First District]
Vain shakily got to his feet, grabbing his head for a moment as he tried to comprehend what had just happened. "Traverse Town?..."We're on a different world, kid.The young man stared down at the Revblade, remembering that it had sentience as he reached down to pick it up. The moment his right hand touched the weapon, the eye on the hilt opened up and looked around at the area."Traverse Town, huh? Well, kid, why don't you introduce yourself before offering my friend here a date, huh? He's a bit shy."Vain sighed as he moved the Revblade to the back of his belt, the strange weapon seeming to grow it's own harnesses to attach itself to his belt. "My name is Vain Paradine. And you are?"

[∫ ʋ ʓ ʋ ʁ ᾲ ɳ] {You look like you fell down a tree and hit every possible branch on the way down.}
[Traverse Town :: First District] Suzu side glanced at her twin , giving him a brief smile. She knew exactly how he felt but being the older of the two (by a minute and a half) she had to be strong. She ruffled her brother's hair as looked up, following his gaze to the sky. It was interesting how everyone shared the same sky, but the sky always looked different no matter where they were.
"I know Maru-Chan, we'll return home soon-" An unfamiliar voice cut her off short and she looked up to see a young man whose voice she assumed she heard. Suzu returned the smile easily. I guess you can call us that... our home was attacked by these... heartless. We were convinced it was the opposing faction however they seemed just as terrified of these creatures... there is one woman however, missing from their midst whom we seek to question. Oh, I think I've ranted on a little much... the name is Suzuran, heiress of Eiengetsu but you can call me Suzu. And this is my twin, Kuumaru." She said with a broad smile, one hand extended and the other gesturing to the teen beside her who bore an obvious resemblance to her.

№ Ѷ -{Let's finish this up quickly, I wanna sleep.}- № Ѷ
[Castle Oblivion :: Kitchen] Aria groaned as Haruko sat next to her, she immediately knew that she should have stayed asleep. Nothing good came out of being awake and this proved it. Her eyes opened just enough to glare at Haruko for her to shut up and to stop yelling in her ear. If Aria weren't so lazy she could easily over power the human's voice with her own... maybe even make her ears bleed a little for effect but she didn't think Vereor would approve.
"No." She said quite simply. She didn't want to play with her today, she didn't want to play with her yesterday. She didn't ever want to play with her and she wondered how long No. VIII would continue to ask her. Aria was thankful that Haruko had a cup to finally occupy her annoying face.

[Hefin]
{The blades don't lead to war, it's the soldier}
[Traverse Town : First District] Hefin lumbered by the growing number of people without a second thought. A nagging sensation in the back of his head kept trying to remember that the Heartless were normally content with just attacking the Third District. However, he wasn't willing to risk harm coming to his remaining family. He slammed the door to his forgery open and ran right through to the back door, which led to a back alley that acted as a shortcut to his house.
He dashed down the alleys until he reached his house and was quite nearly about to throw the door off its hinges, when he realized finally that he had gone all the way through First District without being attacked. With common sense finally taking over, he instead gently opened the door and peered inside.
He was calmed greatly when he saw that Aeirith had let herself in the house to look after his daughter, Athene. "Ah, Aeirith. You have no idea how relieved I am to see you here," he said to the woman, a gratified smile on his face. He walked into his residence and closed the door behind him. "I take it Athene is alright?"

NalΘ
"Whatever happened to those starry nights where you just looked up and felt so alone..."
.:.::Traverse Town::First District Nalo looked up at the night sky after leaving the gummi ship docks. It had been a long journey away from Dalmasca...from poverty. He had made one last final theft for his family: He had made off with over 1000 gil and some fancies from a rich, Arcadian caravan, more than enough to sustain his fellow street urchins. Now wasn't the time to think about that. A cool breeze ruffled his fur. He had to think about finding an inn or something along those lines or it'd be cold alley for tonight. Just then a chocobo darted past on the cobblestone streets. Odd...what would a chocobo be doing out here? Then again, what would a Vierra be doing away from the jungle. Nalo shook those thoughts from his head and sprinted to the chocobo. A creature comfort perhaps? A thought of home...
