Oceana (No idea how old she's supposed to be, though. Late teens? Early 20s? Either way, so far, the attire would be what she wears on Nineball. Tummy tickle time! biggrin )

And, of course, Ika Musume herself. I might also like to let her tickle me. She has ten tentacles which she has used to tickle, and of course, she can use her fingers like a human can, so. However, I think I'd want Chizuru on standby to stop her if she keeps it up significantly longer than I want it to go.
(I left Nagisa off because I've seen a screenshot where the captioning has her saying she can't stand it. I haven't seen or heard the others saying so.)

My Little Pony: Friendship is MagicThere are a number of bellies I'd like to tickle: Twilight Sparkle - though I'd want to be extra-sure she's up for it; I wouldn't want to be thrown, either by magical or mundane means. Fluttershy - in this case, I'd also want to be careful I don't tickle too much and overwhelm her. Pinkie Pie Rarity Rainbow Dash Applejack Derpy (as long as I can be sure i won't get shocked) Little Strongheart *shrugs* Trixie Apple Bloom Sweetie Belle Scootaloo Twist and hey, why not... Diamond Tiara Silver Spoon And, of course, any other female characters who would want me to. There are a lot of adorable ones under Miscellaneous here... And of course, I'd be willing to take off my shirt, lie on my back, and let a friendly pegasus or alicorn tickle me. Also, I've seen fanart depicting hooves as being capable of tickling. I don't know how well that would work in canon, but if it would, then that would open up the field considerably.
