((The war maybe over but Azkaban would still have to exist to house prisioners from the war wouldn't it? And that's where Scarlet's father is, so I guess it has to exist...))

"Of course you'd want to accompany me,liar" BEnny wispered under breath. "And professer isnt it true that in Harry Potter's first year he encoutered Voldermort, and he was with Hagrid so what do you say to that sir?"said Benny who throughly enjoying this.

"So, that means that im correct, doesnt it Professer?"said Benny as she had just finished her last cauldron. "What a lousy head of house you are" she muttered.
"And, who's you head of house the defense against the dark arts teacher? Even better, your so right."said Meela very, sarcastically as she was heading to her common room. "I'm looking so foward to his duelling club it'll be very amusing, to see professer Snape, beat an other professer at his own subject.
Maybe I can ask the headmistriss to have Professer Snape teach us, defense agaisnt the dark arts maybe then we would learn something?" said Meele. The only reason meela stood at Snape's defense was because he,like her so a deatheater so she respected him.

Scarlet stood near the doorway of the potions room, Snape was yelling that was defintately not a good sign. She saw Benny running from the doorway and looked up. "Well, Well. It's a Griffendor supporter of Potter." Scarlet circled her and whispered. "You do know what we Slytherin's say about Potter supporters right?" Scarlet was grinning at the point.

She smirked. "Aww...it's so much fun to see a loyal Gryffendor have their day spoiled." She pointed her wand at Benny. "It was nice seeing you. Stupidify."

"Protego!" said Benny as she swiftly took out her wand and deflected Scarlet's stunning spell. "Experiamus!" yelled Benny as the spell hit Scarlet in the chest. "Not my fault people as dimwitted as your father are prats. They always say like mother like daughter, i think other wise, like father like daughter, what do you say?" said Benny slyly.

Scarlet rubbed her hand across her mouth in facination with the blood draining from it. She laughed, "You think you've bested me? Hah." She smirked pulling up her wand, and wispering, "Serpentspentrsa (sp might be wrong)."
She watched as the snake started to crawl up Benny's legs and she tried to keep the other occupied. "What too good to get rid of me? You and you're Gryffendor morality." She spat the next words hoping to get Benny enraged enough not to notice. "I hope that morality get's you expelled."

Benny had a terrified look on her face as she felt the snake silther up her leg she then said "incendio! as she point the wand at the wand at her leg altough the snake died she put her leg in fire and quickly said "Aguamenti" as water sparyed out of her wand and put out the fire. She then said " I think your little mentor Snape will enjoy this spell "levicorpus" She then laughed at Scarlet who was hanging upside down by invisble strings. She then walked over to her and took her wand and placed it about 5 meters away from her. Benny walked away while saying "bye bye scarlet have fun getting down"

"Lacarnum Inflamare" Scarlet whispered as she watched the fire begin to trail the girl as she left. Scarlet looked up from her position as Snape came down the hall.
"Finate Incantum." Snape muttered as Scarlet dropped to the floor. She made a motion to thank him for letting her down. "I thought you'd have enough sense not to do something like with the Light wizards everywhere."
Scarlet shhushed him for a moment. And then there was a loud piercing scream from the otherside of the corridor. Benny was catching fire and everything around her was going off with fire as well. "Slytherin's never get bested." She smirked and looked up at him. "I'd go check on her if I were you or else she might be burned to a cinder before you get there."
"I assume you can adaculately heal yourself before anyone suspects?" Snape questioned, and Scarlet nodded in reponse. Snape ran off after Benny knowing certainly that Dumbledore would never approve of this. Scarlet smirked before turning around and heading back to the common room.
Mission Piss Off Gryffendor's has just begun. And she found herself smiling at the prospect.

Benny who was now burning was in so much pain she had trouble taking out her wand to cast a spell to put out the flame. Now, that Scarlet had run to her dormitory ,the way Benny thought of it, she then saw Snape running towards her and she said as the flames were slowing going down " Professor if you've come to give me a detention for fighting with a student then i request that you give her a detention as well. Or unless of course you've come to help me so Professor Mcgonagall(sp?) doesn't think someone from your house has something to do with me some how catching fire?" said Benny who was now able to say" Aguamenti" as she was now drenched and she stung all over but she still standing.
((p.s. We decided that Mcgonangall is headmistriss but snape is still there because i like him XD))
