Your thoughs? many people react to things differently, it is proabably perfectly normal. Do you often stand up right after meditating? That could effect the blood suply to your head causing dizziness, also you should try stretching right after meditation.

Ok, since my boyfriend never posts in here, I'm going to ask you something for him. He's sick, and his parents are anti-medicine. Do you have any advice what I can do for him to help him get better, anything herbal, or healing?
I'm also pretty sick, but mines my asthma... is there anything for that? After all these years of taking my inhaler... It really doesn't work for me anymore. And My lungs HURT, like really bad. I'm used to it, but it's still not very pleasant.

I think your sig is beautiful.
If you don't mind, I'd like to give a bit of advice concerning your meditation. Just from what you've mentioned, it sounds like you're not grounded enough when you are done meditating. Light-headed, dizziness, or jitteriness are often signals that a lot of energy is bouncing around freely.
I don't know what kind of meditation you do, but a lot of them cause a good deal of energy to be raised. So be sure when you're done to ground yourself to keep the energy focused.

Think positively! Even if you can do nothing else just sending good thoughts and energy does wonders. Tell him that you are thinking of him. On the herbal front, I am not sure how his parents will react to herbs when they don't like meds, but if you make willow bark tea, the willow contains aspirin... I am not sure of the dosage though so you will have to look that up *sorry* umm there is also ground ivy that is good to chew to releave head aches, but it is the wrong time of year to find it... umm if all else fails make a cup of regular tea. Hot liquids are just overal good for sickness, sorry I could not really be more help sweatdrop

Just to help him sleep through the night the next 2 nights so that he can work. His parents are nuts... they only believe in herbal stuff, and won't take him to the doctor, only the chiropractor... which he has to pay for him self(and can't afford) So I keep telling him to drink green tea, and he is taking goldenseal to boost his immune system and such. But he's got some kind of upper respiratory thing going on, and so he doesn't want to be around me, He's affraid it will upset my asthma too much.. thats sweet and all... but... still.. . But maybe some one else will have some advice for me too... and I can put yours and theirs together... and do some kind of good.
