Angel stoped at the medical barraks and got some things to heal him self in battle " I may need this for what I am about to endure" the staff member agree and Angel leaves going to his barracks once again cheaking his wound " it is healing quickly...this is good news" angel smirked and laid back thinking of the days to come.

"its seems we need to step up our training, including myself...High ranking officers from all over the seireitei have already been deceased, and we do not want anymore, especially considering our captain for the medical squad is vacant right now....I will be in the training facilities and will be training along side all of you, instead of using my underground facility to hopefully increase all your powers as well"

Angel herd the captains words " there is no need good captain but if you wish to train yourself for the up comeing war be my guest" Angels demener had changed drasticly and his warrior's arua was surgeing being felt heavely by anyone near him.....his eyes also where now locked in blue color

As you all know, we are in a crisis right now. Ans I have also seen a increase in training activity in Squad 11, be sure I did not let this commitment go unrewarded, I have updated the rankings, so for those who have impressed me in the past few days you rankings have gotten up. As for now, everyone needs to find shinigami out there to help out in our cause, we may be strong enough to defeat the enemy but with waves upon waves of their vast army we will inevitably falter. That is why we must go out there and recruit as many fellow shinigami into squad 11. Who knows that recruit may be the one to save your life in the upcoming battle. Be sure that the Strategy for the upcoming battle will soon be unvailed in the central of Squad 11....rest up and train well...

Cir looked at the board and thought "I'm no Recon. I can't quite move that fast and I don't have those little runny things like Tancong. I can kill a whole load of stuff with ease though. Oh right, I can still listen to the arrancar channel. I wonder where do I fit in. hmmm"
