ahaha, I'd die in marching band zan D:, for one thing I tip toe unconciously, I can't keep time while walking and playing and...I dunno I'll give it a try for zan :3 but in my middle school you learn to love concert band biggrin nyahaha

Wrong date on the agenda for the concert, its on the 14th at our middle school MUAHAHAHAHA smile we reign supreme again zan!!!

tomorrow, at our concert there won't be enough room for everyone (erm, remember we have about 200 people in the seventh grade band) and the brass will have to stand up and play (we woodwinds get to sit heart ) and the mallets have to play on the floor instead of the stage...it will sadly ruin the sound though...I mean I would make some people ffrom the sides of my section and the flute section stand on the stairs just to give up some room for mallets, I feel sorry for them because for one thing they are right infront of the crowd and it'll be harder to see mr. acciani conducting D:

the all southern results are out today, he only announced it to the wind ens group 1 though, so I'm gonna have to find out tomorrow

yes zan~ I'm gonna give it a try for you biggrin no our stage is not small, its our band...REMEMBER ZAN! WE HAVE A HUGEEEEE BAND!!!! D: it's so huge that I can't walk around the band room when we have all our band members in it gonk you had 200??D: wowwww. I'm not sure how huge our stage is Zan, but somehow we fit everyone, except mallets, they had to play on the floor sad .

well, it's official, I didn't make it into all southern, name wasn't announced and I got the evil mail of rejection gonk but I'm gonna prepare right now for it smile so I can get a good chair.

all the guys from first row to second row are so mean to me (though the guy who sits next to me is pretty nice smile ) just because this one guy who is section leader too for clarinets but is in the brass class comes, and when I tell them to be quiet first, second and twelvth chair start to mock me in high pitch voices, you know what the first chair tells me!?? 'ooh, alberts here, we don't need you as a section leader, we don't have to listen to you!!" I tried to reason out with them but they wouldn't listen!!!!

Any ideas for what I should do? I'm gonna clear this all out with my band director today, I want it fixed, I'm tired of this, I want them demoted for one, talking during the concert (what kind of first chair does such a thing!?) and of course being rude, they just don't understand anything! T-T
