I was promised to him when he returned to my peoples village. When I turned 25 I was supposed to be claimed but I knew he was a warrior of my people and that I would have to wait. I just didnt want him to give into the Darkness so when 80 years passed and his brothers returned without him, I knew something was wrong they said that he disappeared. If I didnt still feel his energy in the atmosphere I would think he gave in but I know he waits for me and is hurt.

Laoch tilted his head to the side and narowed his eyes as if he were thinking vane...vane, I think I hjeard something of him in nightside. HJe has become a bounty hunter for humans he catches their undesirable and he gets gold and is allowd to feed but not turn them as payment. I hope that pleases you, you look weary you may have finally found your hearts mate. Laoch said cheerfully

But while some races the light never leaves I am Carpathian and the Darkness does take our men if they dont bind their lifemates to them. Infact after they turn 200 they lose all ability to feel, and see in color, until their lifemate comes to them. We as females are highly regarded, and our men protect us since we are so few.

ok, well that sounds like a rather awkward racial trait how do you manae to survive. I myself was turned against by my will in a battle over a thousand years ago. So, I do not know to whom I belong, hahha I do not even know who my sire is. anyway the castle is this way. Laoch sadi as he took her hand and lead her toward the castle.

*Tuned and followed Laoch* Yes it is a terrible trait we manage because while our men are forced to feel nothing, and need their lifemates we have found that women with extreme psychic power can be converted. which has helped and our healers Shae and Gregori are working tirelessly to make sure our women can carry to term, as well as give birth to healthy females so that our men are given hope.

I have killed many Vampires and Daemons who let that darkness feed them. They are empty inside, and thats what separates us from the monsters we dont feed to kill and torture we have humanity

Never heard of Crushnik but I am very interested in learning of your species. We Carpathians train our men from the time they reach adult age to fight and protect the women. Not many women are like myself, I trained with my brothers when vampires and the human minions they had in their power killed our parents. They didnt want to but I talked them into it.

Crushniks do not feed on humans any longer they feed on magical creatures and especially other vampires. We are useually shunned by other vampires because they feel they can not trust us. I kill only evil things though, my pointless life has been spent of late being a bounty hunter for the humans. I drain all those I cathc becasue human justice is too soft. my favorite food is dark elves and werewolves. Laoch said with a smile. and we should be at the castle in ten minutes.
