Daisuke Izuki With this topic, I feel I should remind all of you that there is a competitive tier called, NFE; Not Fully Evolved.
These pokemon are pokemon that are raised to 100 while not being evolved.
With that being said, I'd probably train:
Trapinch
Glameow
Cubone
Pikachu
Can NFE pokemon be used in NU? Haha, Cubone lovers ftw!

Personally, I would love to have a Magikarp that could wipe out entire cities things like Legendary spammers.
Delibird doesn't evolve, but I seriously want to get that thing on some.. Pokeroids or something.

I think Totodile, it only gets uglier as it evolves. And Flaafy too. Ampharos isn't as cute.

Fiery Tiamat I think Totodile, it only gets uglier as it evolves. And Flaafy too. Ampharos isn't as cute. please don't compare Ampharos to feraligator in terms of ulgyness but not only is ampharos 9000X cooler, it happens to be my favorate pokemon besides quilava.

I'm not saying Ampharos is as ugly as Feraligatr, I'm just saying I think Flaafy is cuter than Ampharos.

I would love a bidoof that was something more than target practice, then I could challenge people saying I will only use a bidoof and I'll beat you, they would be laughing till they saw the level, and then I could say MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
(Ironic for the longest time I had a level 100 pikachu)

just put it in your mouth a zubat just to piss people off. because everyone hates zubats. unless its your zubat I always catch a Zubat no matter what. I catch it early in the game.....

And yeah, NFE's can be used anywhere, but they're best in their own tier, of course.

In my very very very first pokemon game, Blue, I trained eevee not knowing it could evolve to level 60 and beat the pokemon league with it xD Since then I always had a soft spot for them.
I would also train:
-Vulpix
-Mudkip
-Pikachu
-Clefairy
