Tezuka's hair whipped forward as he suddenly disengaged his use of shunpo, flipping over Mikhail like a small predatorial bird fluttering to the ground for rest. He turned midway and landed squarely on the other side of the enormous 2nd Squad captain, loking up at him with a smirking smile that quickly changed into a frown and accussing finger. "I need to talk to you, a*****e!" He shouted as he took a step closer to the man. "It's bad enough I have to deal with those Quincy shitheads in the world of the living, but now I have to deal with your bullshit too? What, the, ********> His other hand rested against the sheath of his zanpaku-to, which stuck out from the center of his haori, at the forearm. His other hand pocked forcefully at the other captain's abdomen, poking with each individual word at his last exasperrated query.

Mizuki yawned slightly and flash-stepped a few yard in front of Raine.
"Is that so?" He chuckled a little as he spoke. "Well then, perhaps we should stop this meaningless caterwauling and start the fighting eh?"
He returned his zanpakutou to his original stance, with the point down and his left hand out in front of him.
"Shakou, Tsukiyo."
Instantly, the blade of his zanpakutou vanished, and his shadow extended out in a circular pattern covering one-hundred yards from where he stood in every direction. With a pulse of darkness, the area was instantly shrouded in shadow.

Grabbing Tezuka's hand rather roughly, Mikhail squeesed the wrist bones together forcefully and jerked the arm towards him, bringing the 3rd Division Captain closer to him. "You have no right to be here. Leave now while you can. If you should choose not than death it is." Speaking coldly, Mikhail remembered that upon the planned death of the Sou Taichou, Tezuka had been one of his accusers and had many men attempt to assassinated the secretive Vizard Captain. His hate for the 3rd Squad Captain only grew day in and day out as his Division moved deeper into the Sereitei and ultimately Central 45.
"Don't act like this war between us Captains is so simple. You know better than anyone that this war was planned, mapped out in every possible outcome and detail, don't play me for a fool." Gripping tighter, Mikhail's temper slowly began to unravel. He hated that all the Captains attempted to remain good friends and all that s**t after the big blow up at the assassination. Each Captain had said it themselves, "this is madness!" and madness it was and would continue to be.

Watching Mizuki go into his shikai, Raine smiled sweetly. It was interesting to say the least. And it was no wonder the two captains didnt get along very well. He was dark, and she was light. Watching the area around them darken, Raine held her zanpakutou out, saying the words clearly. "Shed your burning tears Sommer." as she said the words, a burst of energy surrounded her, then disappeared with a hot gust of wind.
"Despida latigo." she said calmly and sent a blast of flaming energy towards the other captain. She knew from that point on that this fight was going to be a fun one, no matter if she lost. Turning her head to the side slowly, she looked at Mikhail. "Oi! Mikhail dont blow up on him no matter what he's done. There's no point in getting worked up at the moment.

Mizuki appeared behind Raine at almost the exact same moment as she sent out the flaming energy. He pointed a finger at her back and whispered a single word, a word drenched in power.
"Appuku"
He leaned towards the now-subdued captain until his head was directly next to hers.
"You should not have made me angry child. I might have played with you a bit before I made you kneel. As it stands, you would do well to surrender."
((Note: This is not a god-mod. You will not be harmed in any way now unless you try to escape. But yea, you can't move and are now pressed down on your hands and knees.))
((Also, just so there are no hard feelings.. You now cannot move, I cannot hurt you. We are at a stale mate.))

Tezuka lurched forward willingly as the man strung him along in his grip, noting the state-of-mind of Mikhail passively as he stepped quickly onto the man's shins and up his torso. His free hand came around now to grip at the captain's hair, crouching on the man's upper body as he drew extremly close to his face. "I didn't say I was here on a peace-keeping mission now did I?!" He sneered, spitting in Mikhail's face before reering back his own head to slam it forcefully into the other's captain's forehead.
If the man let go of Tezuka's arm in the altercation, he would proceed to flip back off of his chest a little ways off, now seeing there was no way he could avoid making aggressive negotiations with him. He didn't care though, he just wanted to come and go as he pleased between the world of the living and the Seireitei, something he'd been able to freely do for so long. It irritated him greatly he couldn't even make contact with his troops stationed outside these spiritual walls, an inconveniece that had most likely sent those men to their graves. It was sad, but death happened in his squad. A lot. The earthbound squad was always short-staffed and weary.

Instead of getting mad, and trying to fight against the sudden restraint, Raine began laughing. "What an odd postition to put someone in Mizuki-kun." she said in between laughter. She had known his name all along, but refused to use it. "I wonder what you use this for?" she pondered aloud and burst into another fit of laughter. It really was an odd position. How could someone use this to their advantage other than in a sexual way? Trying to calm down, Raine waited for the mans reply. She was sure it would be something not very nice.

Mizuki smiled lightly and walked calmly in front of Raine, once again looking down at her as he passed.
"It seems you do have ears then Raine" He said with a chuckle, continuing on his way past her. "But not much of a brain I'm afraid." He stooped down and swept up the almost-forgotten vodka bottle. "You see.." He said slowly, turning around and smiling a wide grin at Raine. "As captain of squad eight, it was my never-ending duty to obtain information. This may not seem very daunting to you now, but it puts absolutely no strain on my person to keep you like that. This ability uses the opponents reiatsu against them, keeping them held to the ground no matter how hard they try to escape. The more you struggle Raine, the more you will be hurt, and the more of your reiatsu will be taken by my shikai." He walked within a few steps of Raine and sat on the ground in front of her, cross-legged, holding the vodka bottle in his left hand. "Now, this might not seem so bad, but try sitting there for a week, or a month. It might change your perspectives a little." He twisted open the cap to the vodka and smelled it disdainfully, then waved it lightly in front of Raine's face. "But you see, sometimes, when it is easy to ascertain what motivates a person, it becomes simple to force them into submission." He gently tipped the bottle on it's side, pouring a few ounces into the dust in front of Raine. "In the end my dear, you will understand the nature of my zanpakutou."

Did he really think that he had gotten Raine into total submission? She listened to his words, idly wondered what his bankai was like. It had to be something worse than this. She watched as he sat in front of her. Then her eyes widened as he uncapped her vodka and began playing with it. She breathed in its sharp scent and closed her eyes, but then opened them again when she heard the sound of liquid hitting dirt. Watching him pour out her perfectly aged vodka made her reiatsu do an angry leap, cracking the ground under her knees and hands. Glaring at Mizuki, her reiatsu did another angry leap. "You ******** with my vodka, and you will get hurt." she snarled, all her playful teasingness gone.

Mizuki laughed loudly and gave Raine a defiant look, rising to his feet.
"Now that's more like it girl" He snarled, a new fire leaping into his eyes.
He flash-stepped to the corner of the shadow-field and set the open vodka bottle on a broken edge of a building, making sure that the scent was in the wind. Then, with a light step, he appeared back in front of Raine. He laughed wildly again, and his eyes seemed to flash blue for a moment. "If I let you up are you gonna play nice? Or am I gonna have to feed the ground again?"

Grinding her teeth together, Raine glared harder at Mizuki. Then sighing, she suppressed her reiatsu and went out of shikai quickly. Donning on a bored look, Raine looked up at Mizuki. "Lemme up you lonely old perv." she said in a flat tone and tried too move, only to bite her lip when her body froze up in pain. In her mind, she already had a plan forming. If she could only a weakness, she'd be set to go.

Mizuki kneeled down until he was eye-to-eye with Raine, then smiled lightly.
"I would not waste my reiatsu sealing then re-releasing shikai if I were you. You're going to need it." He stood and walked a few paces from Raine, then turned to look at her again. "We both know that the moment I let you up, you're going to attack me again. I'm not a fool Raine." He glared at her slightly, the chuckled. "But I am just itching for a good fight." His smile turned into a semi-feral grin, and he flexed his hands a little, tightening his grip on his zanpakutou. "Release" He growled, letting loose the pressure that held Raine down. He pointed his zanpakutou at the still-prone Captain. "I suggest you take me seriously this time girl, or I'll leave you kneeling in the dust until next winter."

Jumping up quickly, Raine smiled. She held her zanpakutou in her left hand, and began checking the bandages that covered various places on her body. Once all of them were checked, she looked back up at Mizuki. "I dont really like sword fighting ya know? I mean, its good and all, but not fun. Being able to feel your fist connect with flesh though, that's my kinda fun." as she spoke, she shunpoed into the man's personal space. She let her reiatsu flare out for a few seconds, cracking the ground under both of them before tilting her head to the side and watching Mizuki. "Make your move." she said and switched back to her right hand.
