Lina nodded "Fine, I'll retreat and report" She blinked as she noticed the difficulty using her skates, eventually settling into a run. "I don't suppose you have any suggestions on finding Kaimen quickly? Do you?" she asked Ren.

"DUHH, UH, I saw him moving towards the Kaze Dojo last."
Ren looked at Lina, then back to the stunned creature. His Byakugan spotted something inside it's chest.
He shouted towards Daizing before turning to run, "There's something inside it's chest, some life form maybe!"

Daizing began to sprint back towards the Kaze Dojo.

Just as he laid a hand on the warm metal, the mech was engulfed in a green, almost fire-like energy, which quickly condensed into circuit-like grooves cut into the armor. It dropped it's gun and quickly turned to Kwubara, an enormous blade of energy shooting out of it's buckler, aimed to slice straight through the nin, but it was so large and hot that if it hit, it would likely just cremate him where he stood.

"Keep falling back Ren, I'm going to try and get him as quick as I can" Lina said, noticing her skates were working slightly better. She still wasn't willing to risk a passanger as she copied the way she had felt both Dazing and Gil's energy work for the Rai Shunshin's actual movement. A moment later the girl was gone leaving a few electrical burns in the forest.

Luckily for the mech, there were no screws or rivets used in it's construction. All of the metal was bent and joined using jutsus, and the entire thing was airtight. There were seams, but nothing of importance was exposed within them. As Kwubara flowed through the armor, it let loose of the control it had over the energy, letting it circle around him in a torrent. The heat was great enough to make the sand underfoot glow red-hot, and the subsequent change in air temperature and pressure should make it increasingly difficult for Kwubara to maintain his form without being scattered or boiled off into the atmosphere.

Ren fully turned and started to run from the giant creature. He focused chakra to the bottom of his sandals and sprang in leaps to gain distance as quickly as he could.

He felt the heat and pulled out quickly. Kwubara new he couldn't fight this in his form so he looked for a safe place to hide for a minute. He found a tree and hid in it braches as he turned back to a solid state.

Kaimen appeared a few hundred feet away from the Giant Robot.
"My God, Bees."
He said, staring.

The mech called the energy back and began to turn towards one of the retreating nin, but was stopped as a woman's voice rang out from a few hundred feet away.
"Bardiel. Lilith is calling us back. We've gathered enough information on the test and those people are of no importance. We are to return to base."
The mech turned to the cloaked woman and nodded. There was a loud whine as it spread it's wings, and with a brilliant green light, it soared above the clouds.
The woman disappeared in the blink of an eye. Had she always been there, or did she just show up? And how did she completely disappear so quickly? Why couldn't her energy be detected, even by the Byakugan? Things were getting complicated, and this encounter could prove to be just the tip of the iceberg.

A ghost figure of Irianna forms next to Kaimen. She grimaces at the sight of the mech.
"This is a manga freak's worst nightmare. Or dream death. Got any ideas?"

A horizontal tornado comes into the area just in time to watch the mech's disappearance. Cursing, Iri lands next to Kaimen and goes from a tornado to a ghostly version of herself.
"Try to follow it?"
