Start Chaser pulled his tail around the rock in suprise. He thought she hadden't noticed his rock. "Well, I was thinking it would make a good present, as a neckless or something, kinda as a momento for our first date. But if you don't want it...." he chuckled looking out to the open sea, admiering it.

"I thought it would match your spot. That and your firey personality." He showed her the rock. "I was thinking I could go to crater island and see if they would be willing to work with it." He said trying to impress her.

"Crater island? Never heard of it. Do you mean crater lake?" she said rather confused. She hoped she was right. She loved his compliments and his gift. In a way it added to her ego. "You flatter me," she grinned.

Starchaser blushed a bit. "Um yeah, I totally ment to say that, just testing you." he laughed a little nervously. "Crater lake... anyway, I was going to go up there." he streached his wings one at a time.

"I see that you are the kind of dragon who, once their mind is made up, goes and does it." He chuckles and follows her and flies a few loops through the air flying and then flies sides ways for a few beats.
((Do you mind if i pull in Zion for a bit, for the next scene? just for the transaction of the rock?))

Eclipse roared with laugher at his loops. "I guess you could say that's how I am. I see that you don't miss a chance to try to be impressive," she winked. She flew above him and then dove and caught him around the waist playfully.

Startchaser let out a startled yelp and flapped his strong wings to keep steady in the air. "Damn those front paws of yours, scare me to death." He laughs. and wraped his tounge around his rock to make sure it was still there. "Just don't make me drop it."

"I'm sorry," she crooned, "I'll only do that when you want me to." She let go a looked ahead. Crater Lake was coming up on the horizon. She zigzagged over sanpainter canyon excitedly, "so who are we going to see?"

"I don't actually mind that much. I just wasn't expcting a full grown dragoness to grab me like that." He flew up under her and nipped at her hind paws, careful not to drop the stone from his mouth. He dropped and then road a thermal up to her hight beside her. "I don't actually know anyone there very well."

She squeaked when he nipped toes, "now that was unexpected. But don't worry I'm cool with it. I'm sorry you don't know very many others out here. Are you mostly solitary then?"

"Mostly. we weveren are mostly solitary, not that we don't talk to eachother, but when we do, it's mostly to show off our skills and raise kids." he flips onto his back, flying backwards, coming dangerously close to the wall of the canyon, and his tail swings over to drag against it as he falls in an akward glide backwards, plumitting fast.

Starchaser loops just short of the edge ot the crater's wall and flies up. "Again with the landing, why to you four legged creatures spend so much time on the ground." He grumps and searches for a nice, clear area to land, and chews a little on the stone.
