I'm not really one for introductions, but I'll give it a go. I'd prefer to keep my real name out of the mix, but when I'm online I'll respond to Hiei, Dmitri, or 'hey, you with the spiky hair.' I've been a Doctor Who fan since I was a kid and only recently started watching Torchwood. It's effectively hooked me, but I can't watch it at school, which is a bummer. No BBCA here, folks sweatdrop

Greetings adventures of relative dimensions in space. My name is Drew. I've been a Doctor Who fan for about 20 years or so. Like the other older members here, my first episodes where late nights on PBS (courtesy of staying up late with my mum), but my addiction to the show was rehashed about six or seven years ago by my best friend who is a straight up fanatic, whom now has every show on dvd. I remember my first serial was "Earthshock", when Adric died. Im also a big fan of the Torchwood show, having found the character of Capt. Jack to be a for real "Kick a** and kill'em" action style companion, unlike others of the past like Leela or the brigadier (though not actually a companion), so i've watched that show fanatically (was anybody else pissed when they killed Tosh and Owen?). I didn't even know this show existed until seeing it at a comicon in Indianapolis. But I was lucky enough to download all 8 (at the time) episodes of the first season, and always found myself thrilled to catch references to the Doctor (character and show) in the show. I've seen both full seasons and the tripped out mini series (children as drugs!) as well. I look forward to chatting and whatnot about with all here. Is anybody goingto watch the new episode on the 15th? Also, has anybody else seen this faux anime style movie commercial for the 3rd? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPCrGsya1ZI

I'll be back tomorrow to make this a little more interesting (I just wanted to get it started). I may add a poll to this... we'll see though.
One thing everyone can answer here is which show you like and/or what was your first episode (if you remember). Ok... My username speaks for itself. I am the ANGEL of the Doctor. I think he really needs one. I have knowledge of the old series (I've seen a few 4, one 5, and 8 movie). I've seen almost ALL of New series. I've seen almost ALL Torchwood episodes. (just not Countrycide, cuz its too violent for me) I've seen S1 of SJA, seeing S2 now. I LOOVE TEN! AND JACK! I'VE MADE FANFICTIONS, but no one has read them. Or at least, that's who I cosplay and roleplay.
Feel free to call me Quark. I have over fifty cosplay accounts on Gaia, but my only two Doctor Who related ones are Rose and the Doctor's constant companion, the TARDIS. If anyone wishes to add me, or comment me, or whatever, I'm up for it.
You can even take a gander at all my cosplays here. And friend me if you'd like.
I'm not just a fan of Doctor Who of course. I tend to read a lot of novels, and my top favorites are the Cirque du Freak saga, Artemis Fowl, Alex Rider, and of course Harry Potter [yet to meet someone who can trump me in HP knowledge].
I'm relatively new to the Doctor Who fandom, since I live in America, I was brought in on the fan-train when Sci-Fi started showing the series. My little brother liked it. I actually started watching when Tennant was on, and I was already a fan of his [as he was in the fourth Harry Potter movie, playing my favorite character of that book].
Then of course, I found I could get Doctor Who on Demand, so I've watched every episode I could. I've even gotten friends into the series, spreading the wonder that is the Doctor.
So er...I'm going to stop rambling on now and leave you to whatever it was you were doing before you started reading this post.

Yeah I've been abesnt for a while, sorry. I have a lot going on, and old leg injury has been bothering me too so I've been slower than usual on my feet lol. I need to get on here more offten, I feel bad.

Hi, I'm SyFy Girl. I found Doctor Who in an odd way. I watched SyFy's Alice and loved the Hatter, so I googled the actor, Andrew-Lee Potts and found out about Primeval. I watched all the episodes online, then I found about 3 shows on BBC from googling Primeval on blogs and such: Doctor Who, Torchwood, and Merlin. I started watching Torchwood online, then Doctor Who. I will soon start watching the Sarah Jane Adventures. I love 10th more than 9th. Sad about Tennant leaving.
Books: Fablehaven, The Prophecy Keepers, Suddenly Supernatural, most books
And a lot more.
