I didn't really want to make a new thread about this. It seem that many current members with are springing for vacant Espada position. They are creating secondary characters. I was thinking that this is fine but that maybe we should give new members priority should they want such positions. I don't know... I just don't think it would be fair for somebody to join the guild, maybe hope to create an arrancar character but they would be deterred by not having a high ranking position. On top of that somebody who is already a Captain or Lieutenant also has an Espada character.
I think we should find a solution to this.

I think we already have a rule for that... I think. And yes we should most definitely prioritize new members which is why creating secondary characters, I think, is not allowed-- with the exception of Kit 'cause her character is a creation of her first character.

I believe sister's was only temporary but it was agreed to stay on.
I understand why they are doing this though, to promote activity and such..
Perhaps a disclaimer of sorts on the front page?
That says, "such and such are only temporary espada, if you plan to be active, apply and you will be able to replace them over such and such time if you prove yourself."

That says, "such and such are only temporary espada, if you plan to be active, apply and you will be able to replace them over such and such time if you prove yourself." I agree with the last part. There are promotions after all in the Espada, one example is Nnoitra Jiruga.

@ Yuki: The last part of your post sounds good. Although we don't have a list of the Espada on the home page. Perhaps it should be added on the ranking thread of the Espada.
I think we should modify the rule already posted up. [The one where it says you must use a mule if you plan to have another character in the guild.] I want to give chances to more members in the guild to get higher positions. I didn't want to just change it without asking the rest of the crew first. Wouldn't want to hear "Just because you're the guild captain, you change things without telling us! scream "
I actually just wanted to change "In other words two positions that would normally require a crew status" to something that says "Captains, vice-captains and Espadas cannot take the position of another captain, vice-captain or Espada, even if you are to use a mule." It can be stretched to third seat, if this idea is alright for the rest of the crew. I know I could have left out the latter part but I noticed that a lot are making mules to obtain two high-ranking positions in which crew status isn't really needed.

How about this? Captains and Espadas may not create another character, even when using a mule account. Lieutenants and Fraccion, may create another character using their same account, but said character can not be more powerful than their primary or first character... if second character is more powerful, the first one must first be deleted.

Only changed the same account thing. The reason why it was banned before was because it creates confusion for the others.
@ Kitsu: What will happen to Satoshi after the first part of the RP? You said something about capturing/killing him before... I think. I can't remember reading if this was changed while I was gone. *forgot some parts of the crapload of text*

Well, in your absence and 'cuz there was only like, one active espada, we decided to let him stay on.
Now whether he can go up in rank....
Let's put it this way, even if he were to become Segundo espada, he'd still be weaker than Hei.

No, he won't go up in rank. Mainly because I'm not allowing it. =P
Once we have all the Espada spots filled up, [if we will have them all occupied, considering that Pandora doesn't like company, more might not be accepted] Satoshi will be replaced by a member who would like to be an Espada. Just like what Yuki mentioned earlier. Until then, he stays.
