Leto waited, his right hand on the handle of his blade, the left holding the rest of the Chihana, he waited for Near to drew in close before releasing his blade, it flying at one of Near's arms.

"Ha, yes!" Near had expected the attack at his arm, and was ready to dodge it. He slid between Leto's two legs, avoiding and attack, and quickly regained his stand back at his feet to make a stab at the opponent.
((Yes, it will be a mission, that is acceptable.))

Katsuro appeared at the area, wondering what has happen now. And who was this here? His aura seems very powerful around Near. He then walk into the field, but not in there fight and sat on the ground.

Near continued with his attack, wondering who the stranger was, he continued alert, waiting on an introduction from the ninja. He did a handsign with his extra hands to make a clone, and the clone walked over to sit on the side...
((I edited this after DSW walked in so I could talk to him and fight at the same time, the clone will not be in the fight))

Katsuro sighed as he wanted to know who he was now. So he got up and yelled out his name. 'Katsuro Kamisama is my name. Chunin of this village." He told him to the person that he did not know. Now he needed an answer from him of who he was.

The clone came and sat by the Chuunin, the clone was in full gear, "I am Near Halo, your new Kage. You will call be Sensei, as will everyone else. You will learn jutsu and techniques used in war and fighting for the next week or so. I need to know about you before any training takes place"
((Okay, you guys are about to have to train yourselves... Didn't realize just how active this village really was... Haha I'm running out of time to RP HAHA!!! I love it!))

Near was suprised at the dodge.. He completed a set of handsigns, "Well lets see how good you are at defending against Ninjutsu! Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique)!" He shot the water at the opponents head, trying to eliminate the possibilit of jumping. He wanted to see some low attacks and dodges, suprise moves. He was ready to bring Jolt and Glacia into the fight soon, but was not sure if it was time.

Leto raised his Chihana, closing it a little to only refracting it around him. Leto dropped down, coving his body completely with his Chihana. After a second he jumped to the left, leaving the shade back where it was, going over about 6 meters. He charged in, his sword getting covered in white chakra, as he attacked Near, cutting at his body.

"Yes, nice move." Near activated his Byakugan eyes that came along with his Halo Clan to view the movements of the charging ninja. Although the high acceleration of the wrist made the attack very quick, Near took his wrist blades and blocked the attack. The sound of metal on metal was entertaining, "Next time, stab, do not slash. Stabs are more effective and harder to block." Near took his two extra arms ((not the one with wrist blades)) and attacked the chakra points of his opponent.

Leto growled as his slash was blocked, activating the other half of his blood line, the speed part. "Lets see." He said. He threw a punch, using his speed to attack just before his chakra points were pushed.
