The dragon part actually is, but I figured that if it was made of like fire or water, then it could be like a bloodline jutsu.

WereWeasels Nuppins: It seems like Zale has accepted it, but I think that the person should only be able to gain 1 element from this. They can learn up to Jounin level jutsus. can you please edit it when you have the time? _shinke_hiragana_: Very creative idea, but I think that instead of stopping time, they should slow it down, also, the time part should be a genjutsu, so that it can be stopped if the target realizes it. Also please edit it and write down how many posts something lasts instead of how many minutes. You may be the leader, but you are only allowed to go up to stage 2 because you are a genin. When you are chunnin you may go to stage three, and when you become jounin the fourth stage is open to you. ok i will fix that and the dragon is made of fire and water

Name: Ryuuki Kyohaku
Ability: Elemental
Description: This bloodline is an extremely rare one. It allows the user to take an opponents main element, but only after the enemy has died. The user does this by taking the dead corpse, and placing it in a empty area. The user then creates seals in a circle around the body, and then creates seals around themselves. The user must remain motionless during the process of taking the element. The process takes 24 hours to complete. The user can only take the element of a corpse that has been dead for a maximum of 5 days.
Ability: The user can take the main element of a dead Shinobi. the downside to this is that with the element, they can only learn jutsus, up to the rank of the dead shinobi. that means that if they took the fire element from a dead chuunin, they will only be able to learn up to chuunin level fire jutsus. The users elements do not get replaced when they gain an element. The user can only gain each element once. For example, if the user kills a genin, and takes the genin's fire element, they will recieve that element. If they kill a jounin later on, and the jounin's main element was fire, they cannot take the jounin's fire element because they had already stolen a fire element. They cannot switch either. Thats why people with this element don't bother trying to kill academy students, genins, chuunins, and sometimes even jounins.
Weakness: The user must can only take an element f the body has been dead for 5 days or less. It takes an entire day to take an element, leaving the user motionless for that entire day. You can only take each type of element once. They can only learn jutsus of the taken element up to the rank of the shinobi they had stolen it from.

Accepted but when you take the element you keep it For several Months. And you can only have one element. That's what I would Do.

Name: HoshiMe Ability: this Kekkei Genkei allows the user to see into the future as far as they want ((in the 3rd stage anyway)) there is a time limit to how long you can see into thefuture and after you've seen into it twice for all ranks you have to wait another hour before you can use the HoshiMe again Stages: 3 Element: N/A Strengths: while in use you can see your opponents next move in battle Weakness: after two uses you can't use the eyes for another hour Your rank: Genin ((and dont say my rank is too low because sasuke was a genin when he started using the Sharingan))

In this stage, you can see up to 7 future attacks, then you will exit out of the stage and you must wait 10 more posts to reenter the first stage. Weakness: If for any reason something happens in the future that will prevent the user from seeing whats going on, the bloodline will become useless. Actually Zale, I was hoping that you can get more than one element, and that you can keep it until either someone takes it away, or you die. I thought that killing a jounin or a kage would be a pretty difficult thing to do, in fact it's dangerous because I can end up dying. It would just be pointless to try to do that, if you can only keep an element for a few months.

Hatsake saw an incoming projectile Jutsu before the ninja could make his handsigns and was already behind the opponent and kicked him in the head.
