Kaitlyn was very excited about leaving for this romantic get away. So very excited. She packed appropriately for this trip, they were going to have a very intimate time together. And it was just so fancy, the way things were being handled, she meant, someone was driving them there, and they were alone in the back, it was all private. She was just as giddy as a school girl at this point.
Her eyes wondered around the interior of the car before she looked at Landon. He was just too good to be true most days, she really loved him, with all of her heart. She smiled at him, one that can only say I love you before kissing his cheek. She held onto his hand, as her head slowly leaned down on his shoulder.
"How much longer till we get there. I can't wait. This is going to be a really good time" Of course she is thinking romantic get away, proposal. And of course a lot of sex. Very good sex. She didn't share herself with anyone. So far it just has been James and Landon. Of course she tried not to think of James, cause she was over it. It was a very long time ago, and didn't matter much anymore. So there was nothing to it.
She was just nearly jumping up and down with excitement. She could act like that sometimes. Just like a little kid, but how could she help it? She was just grateful that Landon didn't seem to mind, or enjoyed her silly state sometimes. She knew that he was just perfect for her, and what she needed. She had rotten luck with guys, but he was different, and she knew it.

Okay.. It's not that bad, I do work for a gaming company after all. At least I get to take a break with Stephanie... That will be very much fun, If you get my drift. Speaking of, I should call her...
James lazily reached over for his Blackberry Storm and dialed her number.

Stephanie picked up Hayley as she whined on. "Shh, listen baby. You're going to stay with Lisa Marie and Ted tonight okay?" She set her down but Hayley glared up at her. "Mommy, I don't wanna!" "Why not?"
"Because, you're going away!"
"Hon, its just one night okay?" Hayley Grace sighed and nodded. "Fine. But I won't have fun,"
"Yes you will, you always do,"
Stephanie packed up the bag and heaved it over her shoulder. She grabbed Hayley, who was rambling on about how she wouldn't have fun as payback. Steph just laughed lightly, carrying her out to the car. She set her in the backseat and strapped her in, setting her bag next to her and handing her a juice box. She got in the front seat and pulled out her phone.
Voicemail.
She checked it and smiled as she heard his voice. She deleted it and called him back. The phone rang.
One.
Two.
Three. "Hey-" She started but of course was interrupted.
Then she heard gurgling from the backseat. And thats when some coughs and unruley sounds erupted from her daughter.
s**t.
Stephanie tossed her phone into the passenger seat and opened her door, stepping out to help Hayley, who was throwing up. It wasn't much, but she had eaten a few too many cookies most likley. "Honey," She ripped out stuff from the bag, knowing that Hayley had been pretty sick lately anyway and cleaned her up.
Maybe I shouldn't go away tonight..
"Are you okay baby?" She lifted her out of the car and went back inside her apartment, having to change herself and her kid.
To say the least, she had forgotten about her phone.

 Landon Joshua Kaiser****************************************Landon was quite comfortable in the back next to Kaitlyn, in fact, it was quite entertaining. He'd seen her like this a few times, and he always found it really cute. She was so giddy and excited, he was surprised she wasn't literally bouncing in her seat.
He was excited too, in a different way, but, or so he thought, for many of the same reasons. This was a once in a lifetime getaway to a hell of a nice resort.
And, he would have all of this time alone with her.
This meant none of the usual distractions, and just them. Something he actually looked forward too. That, and the inevitable sex. Not that they needed a resort for that, but he felt almost as if it would be even better here. And... there were always new things to try out.
He saw her looking at him out of the corner of his eye, so he glanced back at her with a light smile as she kissed his cheek.
"I 'm sure it will be" he answered, since he also wasn't sure how much longer it would be, and the driver didn't seem obliged to answer.
So of course, just as he shifted a little, putting his arm around Kate, the started to slow, and moments later, someone opened their doors, immediately after the car halted and they had to get out.
"Not long apparently" he said with a little laugh as he slid out of his seat.****************************************   As soon as forever is through

Move along, move along like I know you do.. James heard the phone ring and looked at the caller i.d. It read 'Steph'. He smiled and quickly pressed the phone back to his ear.
"Hey Stephie! I'm cutting out early, due to complete and utter boredom. How's it going?"
He stood and grabbed his breifcase and suit jacket, which hung on his chair. James then exited his office and waved goodbye to all the Secrataries, heading towards the elevator. Once inside, he looked for the ever-elusive 'Main' button; then pressed it.
Finally...Ready for a good 'vacation'!

Stephanie went inside and changed Hayley into some new clothes first. And then went into her own room and grabbed a pair of jean shorts and a striped shirt and quickly undressed.
Then redressed herself.
Steph went and picked Hayley back up, returning to the car. Thankfully, not much had gotten on the car floor. She could clean that up at the gas station by James work.
She picked her phone back up and sighed.
"Babe? You still there?" Uh oh. Yeah, she had left her phone in the car, still open, while she ran back inside.

"Yeeep.. Left me in the car, did you?" He ran across the shiny marble tile of the lobby to his awaiting Mercedes Benz.
"Thanks, Jake." He said to the valet as he hopped into the driver's seat and shut the door. The contents of his hands, all excepting his phone was tossed to the passenger's seat.
With the key in the ingnition, he sped off... Only to be met by a red light. Ugh! I really hate that color... While waiting, he spoke into the phone "Hello?"
Do I have my suitcase..? Hmm. Ah. Yes, I do. I put it in the trunk earlier...
