Alex entered the gate and looked around. 'Interesting. Divided into light and dark. Amazing.' He started towards the building, noticing that the dorms were on the floor he was on. So then where was the office building? He started towards the elevator then stopped, looking around again. 'Everything is way different then I thought it would be. I don't know what to do...or where to go.' He thought about asking someone for help but he didn't know who to ask. So in the end he just stood there looking like and idiot.
Sarah was making her way towards the office. It hadn't been too hard to find it, even if the school was weird enough to have the gates on the third floor or so. Lucky for her, she had visited the school before being forced to come so she knew her way around...sort of. Eventually she found her way to the office, it took her longer than it really should have. Sarah told the lady at the desk her name and she got her papers and things including the room key to room 2. 'Nice...' she thought as she looked through the papers and the map of the school. She started back towards the dorms to make sure her things got where they needed to be.
((Recap...Alex is just standing somewhere inbetween the gates and the elevator and Sarah is making her way up towards the dorms. They both are going to have room 2, Sarah-Abyssus and Alex-yea you get the idea...Night all...I'll be on sometime tomorrow night or Saturday. Later all))

((okay guys i updated the profiles and dorms sorry if i'm alittle late to post ^^;; kinda busy with life, xP ))
"Oh okay. Hi Orion." Chi said to him with a smile. "Nice to meet you too," she said, "so what brings you here?" she asked Orion. She still heard the tapping, and she saw Orion's feet making the beat. Oh okay. So that's where the tapping was coming from... she thought. Then, she stretched her wings again because she wanted to shake some excess feathers off.
"Well... She's kinda busy at the moment." Seisai said to Sinaxe. "and... I can't go to the other side for a while. It was only recent when we became two different persons, and well... I'm just recharging, I think." Seisai didn't really know what she was talking about. But then, that was what she knew, so there's nothing wrong in telling other people what you know. "But then if you want to meet her, she's just at the other side, with brown hair and..." she thought of words to describe Chi. I can't think of anything else to describe her... ugh. Then, she led out a sigh and said, "Okay, I've decided. I'll go with you to look for Chi. Is that okay?" she said, looking at Sinaxe.

"Kyah-hah-hah! Good, good!" The demon cried out, slapping an arm around the girls shoulders companionably, speaking quickly as he turned towards the brighter side, "Now, I've noticed that you don't much like the light. Just lookin' over there bugs you, so I have a plan... When we get to the crossin', I'll change forms, and use my wings as an umbrella for you, to keep the light outta yer face, eh?"
"Man... I'm already doing exactly what got me thrown in here... Causin' trouble. But that ain't so bad. I never did plan on changin' anyways, and this is just too much fun!" Sinaxe thought, lips curling into a savage smile as he guided Seisai towards the dividing line.

Let me stay We're the best, OK?"Yay! We're here! We're here! We're here we're here we're here! Yay!"
"Senri, if y' don' shuddup, yo' not gonna be." Marta made a strangling gesture with her hand to seal the deal. She then returned her eyes to hauling both her bag and Senri's bag across the lawn until they were under the gate that they had to fly up to. She stared up at the sky, which was parted into light and darkness. "Coo'." She then turned back to Senri. "Oi! Senri! Git ready 't fl'ah." She turned around to look at him.
Senri had long since forgotten Marta's existence, so he was prancing about like an idiot again, chasing after one particularly unlucky butterfly that had chanced to cross his line of sight. But when flying was mentioned, he snapped back into his own world and stood to attention. He usually wasn't allowed to fly, simply because people would see, and they'd get in trouble, and bad stuff like that. But now, he was allowed, nay, encouraged to fly! Immediately he spread his wings and soared into the air.
"Oi! Senri! Com'n git yo' bag, at lea'! I don' wanna fly wif i'!" But it was too late. Senri had disappeared into the school already. Marta cursed her bad luck at choosing him as a companion, and the fact that he, unlike many boys, actually knew everything you were supposed to pack, making his bag almost as heavy as hers. She spread her wings, which were much larger than Senri's, and beat them heavily in the air. The weight of the bags, however, was giving her wings a run for their money. When she had made it about halfway up to where she was going, she gave up and dropped Senri's bag on the ground. She'd get it once she got her own bag up.
Senri, meanwhile, was exploring the many areas of the school. He had gotten himself the key to dorm room 3, and was now wandering around aimlessly when he came upon Sinaxe and Seisai. Smiling, he decided to bother-I MEAN get to know them. Yeah. He quickly popped into their midst. "Hello!" He stopped, as if frozen in place. "I was gonna ask you two something, but I forgot what it was. Sorry!"
Marta hauled the two bags through the school, cursing all the way. She'd already gotten her key to dorm room 8, but that didn't make her any less frustrated. Where was that Senri? Dammit, she didn't even know which room he was in, so she couldn't just leave his bag outside his door. In other words, she just had to lug it around until he decided he was gonna be nice and come get it from her. When she was just about ready to hurl the bag at the wall and leave it there, she caught sight of someone casually leaning against the very wall she'd planned to throw her bag at. Maybe he knows something...more than I do, anyway. She hurried up to Alex. "'Scuse me, sah, bu' y' wouldn' happen 't ha'e seen a kid? Black hai', taw'ish, wei' clo's, 'bout ten yea's o'd?" So don't cry anymore. Where the wind will whisper to me...

((Short and sweet, huh, Star? o.o))
"Sorry, but - what room did you say I was in again?"
"Two, dear."
"Oh! Right. Well, I'd better be going... Thank you very much!"
"You're welcome, sweetie."
The office assistant smiled pleasantly as the young girl in front of her struggled to pick up her dorm key under the crushing weight of three densely-packed suitcases.
"You okay with that, dear?"
"Yes, yes, I'm fine, thank you!"
As the girl gasped and thrashed around, desperately trying to grab hold of the small brass key sitting patiently on the desk in front of her, small swan-white feathers began falling like snow on the polished marble floor around her. The commotion seemed to be attracting the attention of the other people dotted casually around the foyer, who began to whisper behind their hands in a very obvious way. The office assistant bit her lip.
"Are you sure you don't want-"
"No, no, it's okay, I've got it now!" beamed the girl triumphantly, holding up her left hand as high as she could manage. The brass key was pressed tightly against the palm of her hand, along with the handle of the heaviest suitcase which was cutting a deep red bracelet into her wrist.
"Erm, right... Well, as I said, the elevator to the dorms are right across the hall. Do come back if you have any problems won't you, Miss... What was your name again?"
"Evangeline. Lily Evangeline," the girl answered brightly, her arms beginning to tremble under the weight of her luggage. She could sense the students giving each other mystified looks.
"Okay, Miss Evangeline. Remember, you're in dorm room two. You take care now."
Lily allowed herself to be waved off in the direction of the elevators, leaving the office assistant smiling in a slightly relieved way. Tottering across the hall, she tried not to look any of the other students in the eye as she heaved her suitcases over to the elevator and pressed the button.
Room two, remember, room two... Well, at least I'll be able to get rid of these suitcases, at any rate...

Sinaxe slapped an arm around Seisai and they started going to the border. Oww... she thought. Oh no, here comes the painful light again. Then Sinaxe said that he'd change forms so that he'd use his wings to be like an umbrella to Seisai. "Uhm, okay." she just said in reply. Then, from the corner of her eye, she saw Sinaxe curling a smile on his face. What's he up to? she thought.
Then someone came up to them to ask a question, but the boy said he forgot. Annoying little fellow, Seisai thought.

((Ahahahaha! I just want to say something; as I was writing this, I was listening to music with the lights off and slowly immersing myself into that dark way of thinking you need for playing an evil character.. I was really getting right into the dark, disturbing mindset when my mum leapt out from behind me to ask me if I wanted to watch the Sixth Sense.
I screamed at her, she screamed at me, and then we couldn't stop laughing for about ten minutes xD
Mothers. They're everywhere.))
All this noise. All this movement. All this fuss.
She didn't like it.
As silently as if she were treading on air, a young girl calmly walked up the steps of the main entrance and into the foyer. She clutched a jet-black suitcase tightly in her hand, and her ruby-red eyes gleamed.
There were a few people, scattered here and there around the dark hall, standing and talking quietly in small groups, or simply grimacing into the distance. A tall, bored-looking man and a purple-haired girl brushed past her and walked out into the garden, a look of purpose etched into their faces. The young girl seemed not to notice. When she reached the centre of the hall, she stopped, abrupt and perfectly motionless.
Room nine, I think.
A jagged key, cut from what seemed to be onyx, floated silently and menacingly across the room towards her. With her empty hand, she reached up effortlessly caught it, and then, extremely slowly and without asking for directions, she began to float towards the dorms.
The tiniest shadow of a smile flickered across her face for a fraction of a second, and then it was gone.
Home, at last.

Gavin smiled as he descended to the school. He couldn't wait to start and meet someone to be friends with. Entering the gate, Gavin found his way to the office. Looking at the receptionist, he spoke out. "Can I have the room key for Number Four please?" Taking the key, Gavin ran out to find someone to talk to.
Alyx looked towards the voice that had spoken to him, wondering if her accent was for real. "Your the first person I've seen since that old bag at reception." Alyx pushed himself off the wall and began to examine the girl in front of him.

((Oh God! Mothers...we must watch out! XD)) Senri could feel the eyes of Seisai boring into him. They were not happy eyes. They were irritated eyes. He'd felt those eyes on him before. But it wouldn't do to be rude about them. So, though a flicker of a sad, dejected face passed, it quickly turned into what he hoped looked like a genuine smile. " Sorry about that! If I remember, I'll come and ask you then, 'kay?" With that and a little wave, he disappeared almost instantly. He was a fast runner, you had to give him that. Marta raised an eyebrow. " Don' git any idears." She sighed. " Well, tha'ks anyway. I best geu 'n find 'im, eh?" She gave a light laugh, then turned on her heel and headed toward the dorms. She was going to drop her suitcase off if it killed her. It was certainly killing her now, anyway. And if Senri wanted his stuff, he could come get it himself. Later. For now she wanted to rest. She lugged the two duffle bags to her room, one of which was respectable black canvas with dark red zippers, and the other a plasticky yellow that burned the eyes. Three guesses as to which one was hers, and the first two don't count. Her arms were swooping under the weight, and she was happy to put them down as she produced the key from where she had hidden it in one of her bootstraps. Maybe she'd put a chain through the hole and use it as a necklace or something. That seemed more convenient, somehow. Marta threw a glance towards the girl entering dorm room nine, but didn't think much of it. She felt a bit of respect for someone who could carry a suitcase elegantly, though. Whenever she tried, it always bumped against her knees and made her wobble around a bit. Maybe she'd ask the girl if she ever talked to her. Nah, she looked like the type who didn't want to be bothered. She shrugged and opened the door to room eight. She lugged the suitcases in, tossed them aside, closed the door, and flopped down on one of the beds. " Ugh." Senri was skipping about in his normal, hyperactive, sugar-child way. He bounced back fast, so when he saw the girl with all the suitcases, he bounded over to smile cheerfully at her. He'd heard her thrashing around a bit when he'd been farther away, and he'd heard she didn't want help, so he just stood and looked at her in a very wanting-to-help way. " Hello!"

Before the entrance to the Abbyssus a small demon quivered and shook, its hands clinging to the pitchfork it held in much the same way that anemones clung to the sea floor: for security and support.
"This can't be the right place. No one would be mean enough to send me into a scary place like that, right?" It whispered in a squeaky and slightly muffled voice. The slight muffling was due to the painted mask covering his face, the squeakiness could be attributed to sheer pants-piddling terror.
After hesitating, looking left, right and left again plus a few moments of mental preparation, Therunaway took a deep breath and pushed the gate open.
Floating cautiously, as if afraid to be seen, Therunaway entered the dormitories. After once again looking left and right, he carefully reached into the folds of his robes and pulled out a heavily creased piece of paper.
Room 7 Abbyssus Don't come back until you get a spine, you worthless cur. -Mom
Therunaway sniffed and held the paper close to his heart. It was the nicest thing his mother had ever said to him, and he would cherish it forever.
Looking up from the scrap of paper, he realized that he was hopelessly lost.
"Uhh...Hello? A little help here...?"

((Tell me about it XD))
As the young girl flowed across the aged stone floor towards the dorms, she saw a miserable-looking entity floating morosely at the other end of the hallway, just inside the doorway. He looked weak, insubstantial. She could sense his thoughts; she knew he was uneasy.
Pathetic.
A slow sense of disgust building up inside her, she watched as it glanced down at a crumpled scrap of paper, then glanced uneasily from side to side.
"Uhh...Hello? A little help here...?"
"Turn left," she answered in a deep, haunting voice, and her fingers closed in even tighter on the handle of her suitcase as she stared piercingly at the hopeless being before her before continuing her journey up the stone staircase.

The lift was taking a long time to arrive. Lily began to hum absent-mindedly, her fingers tapping the ornate key in time against her palm.
I wonder if any of these people are-
"Hello!"
Lily started, leaving more feathers waltzing through the air. The largest suitcase tumbled from her hands and crashed down onto the marble floor, echoing through the entire foyer and sending an enormous assortment of objects tumbling.
"Oh no..."
Sighing hopelessly, she gazed down at the mountain of possesions now scrambled at her feet. It was several seconds before she remembered what had startled her in the first place. She looked up.
"Oh!"
A young boy was stood in front of her, up to his ankles in tattered books and patterned pillowcases. Lily checked herself.
"I mean, hello," she said as politely as she could. Her eyes fell once again to the heap of debris at their feet.
"Sorry about the avalanche. You kinda scared me when you rushed over like that..."

Hey, God? I was wondering...Senri rubbed the back of his head in a slightly apologetic fashion. "Sorry 'bout that. I'm always rushing around, so sometimes I knock actual people down. Good thing you didn't fall, right?" He crouched down, stacking up books and collecting random objects. "I'll help you pick this all up. It's kinda my fault, so, y'know." He gave her another one of his sugar child smiles. "Marta says I should be more careful, but it's so fun to run around. I'm Senri, by the way. You?" Senri tended to talk quickly when he was excited, and he had quite a bit of an adrenaline rush when the suitcase had exploded slightly. He'd completely forgotten that Marta was not someone who everyone knew, so he just acted as if she was a mutual friend. This was a problem he needed to fix, but he didn't seem to mind the fact that everyone asked him who Marta was. ...Could you do me a favor?
