I began pacing again, swearing under my breath.
"Damnit!" I shout.
"You work for them, and yet you know nothing about them?" I ask her, not waiting for an answer.
"10 years ago, I lived with my parents, and two little sisters. I was in the city, picking up some milk, to surprise my mom. Anyway, I was taken to a warehouse and these-" I broke off and shuddered. "-these people kept asking me questions. When I wouldn't answer, they began doing things. Cutting, and burning my skin. Finally, I told them everything they wanted to know. It was all about my family. They brought me home, and slaughtered my family infront of me. They left me alive, to grieve. I went for revenge, but they had already left. Later on, I found out that they were assassins. They worked on killing werewolves, and they were vampires. The only two reasons I've grabbed their attention is because I'm still alive from that incident, and because I've killed more of their kind then I can count. And not just today."
When I'm done, I fall silent, then continue my rant of swears under my breath, pacing.

"They probably killed your parents, and seeing as you were young, took advantage of it, and trained you to be their own, a human werewolf killer. But you going to your house is kinda stupid. They'll know you're going there. I should go in. You just need to sit and wait outside, hidden." I followed her without a word after that.
When we got there, I signaled for her to get hidden, then crept inside. Damn, I should'ce asked where she kept her knives. I sniffed the air, and smelt the metalic scent of metal, I could follow that to the knives. But there was also other scents. Vampires were in here.

I only glance down at Jared, but lead Charlette away from him.
"Could that of been any bloodier?" I try and joke. It doesn't work. Not even a lift of a lip.
I sigh and sit her down at her diningroom table, and go to her bathroom, coming back with the First Aid kit. I put anti-infectant cream on the wound on her arm gently, then wrap it up tighty, to stop the bloodflow.
"You should remember that you're not me. You can't get stabbed, and then heal the next minute. I'd have to change you for that."
I scowled at the blood seeping through the gauze.
"I've never changed someone, but I'm sure I could. I've heard stories about it." I murmur, wrapping her arm up even more.

I picked Charlette up and hugged her to my chest, walking to her bedroom. I set her in bed, and pulled the covers to her chin.
She'll have to take a shower when she wakes up, I think to myself.
I walk around her house and inspect all the possible exits. Then I find an old room, filled with dust-covered things. I take it this was her parent's room. I pick around at the photographs, and find one with Charlette, and she's smiling care-freely. I can't help but smile at it. I take it with me as I go back to Char's room to watch over her as she slept.

At first, I was surprised, then I kissed her back.
I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her closer, bringing her to her toes.
Remembering we both had to breath, I broke away, my breath coming quicker then before.
"That wasn't supposed to happen, was it?" I asked breathlessly.
But before she could answer me, I pulled her into another kiss. Her arms came up and her hands tangling themselves in my hair.
And for once, I actually thought about changing her. To change a human, a werewolf would have to exchange blood with the human at the fullmoon. The human would go through the painful body changes that allowed them to change whenever they wanted, into either a wolf or the half-wolf animal.
The fullmoon was only a few more days away.
I broke away from Charlette and backed away, breathing hard.
"That could be dangerous," I said, looking at Charlette through the hair that covered my face.

"That we do. Do you have a car?" I asked her, glancing at the corpse, then walking downstairs to the bathroom. I turned on the shower, and made it warm enough.
"But before we go anywhere, take a shower," I tell her, closing the door behind her, locking her in. I open the door a little and stuff a towel inside, incase she's already starting to get in the shower.
I sit down beside the door and lean my head against the wall.
Before I could stop myself, I doozed off, because of all the recent events.

Even though I had no idea what she was talking about, but the way she described th car, I guessed it was car. I smiled at her like I knew what she was talking about, my eyes widening for effect.
"Sweet," I mumble.
We get into the car, me snagging the driver's seat. I stick my tongue out at her childishly and start the car.
Then I just drive. I'm not exaclty where I'm driving to, but we're going somewhere, and fast.

My stomach turns at the sight of the house, but I don't say anything, I just smile at Charlette.
"Come on then," I say, getting out and going to the front door. I stick my hand into the over-grown bush beside the door, and pluck the key out. I don't answer Charlette's questioning look. Altohugh I'm pretty sure she knows where we are.
"This was my house. I've cleaned it up since then," I don't mention since my family was slaughtered.
I unlock the front door and go straight to the kitchen, opening a cabinet and reaching back until my fingers close around a switch handle, and I pull the switch down. I hear the almost inaudiable(sp) buss of electricity through out the house and outside. I smile.
"It's completely human and vampire-proof. No one can get in or out, if we're here." I shout, not knowing where Char was at.
