RYu put his hand back down as the other students answered the questions. Oh well. he thought, I'll get other chances to earn house points.

Kira looks around the room and realizes that there are only two boys in the class.

Chelsea nodded at Emylee's answer, and then at Kira's. " Both ennervate and rennervate are the same spell, really, and they both work at reviving a stunned creature, be it human or otherwise."
With a lazy flick of her wand, the incantations of both the stunning spell and it's counter-jinx appeared on the blackboard.
"I want you all to pair up, and take in turns to stun each other. This should be easy even for you, seeing as you've had plenty of time to practice it. The real lesson will be trying to revive your partner. " Chelsea looked around as the students shuffled around partnering up.
With a slight smirk, she added: " Oh, if you fail to revive your partner after five minutes, you need to ask me for help.. It won't be fair if your partner lies around stunned for the rest of the lesson whilst you're idly doing nothing.. Switch every five minutes. Starting now."

Trista listened carefully to the Professor's instructions and stood up when she had ordered to begin. She looked around for Ginger, seeing as she felt she got along with her well. "Hey Ginge, you don't have a partner yet, do you?"

Sephie smiled and she and Marduke walked across the classroom, then stood several feet apart.
"I'll go first," Sephie said. "Stupefy."
Marduke's body stiffened and she fell back against the wall. Sephie walked up to her body, put her wand tip to Marduke's chest, and said "Ennervate."
Marduke was immediately released from the spell. Sephie helped Marduke to her feet, smiling. "That was easy. I'd say you and me have had lots of practice with this spell," she said, winking. "You didn't hit your head or anything, did you?"

marduke stood to her feet.
"nope i am fine it wasn't any different from me be clubmsy"marduke looked at sephie, "my turn" she smiled and repeated the steps on sephie.
"are you okay? marduke stood over her

"I landed on my elbow funny but i'm fine," Sephie answered. "Both of us have had worse, at least."
Sephie stood up and looked around the classroom at the other pairs of students.
"It doesn't look like anyone's ready to switch yet. Do you think we have to do it again?" she asked.

Ginger shook her head with the first smile she had smiled since entering her sister's classroom. "Nopes, not yet. Or though I'd say I do now," She nodded, walking over to her. "You can go first, if you want to."
Chelsea prowled around the room like a lioness watching her prey, slowly and carefully seeing who partnered up with whom, and how they were doing if they had already started. "Not bad, Persephone," She said, a rare compliment for her to make, "Take five points to Gryffindor."

"Thank you, Professor," Persephone said before the teacher walked away.
She shrugged at Marduke's comment after the professor was gone. "You know how she is...she probably doesn't like Slytherin just because Ginger's in it, or something weird like that."

Trista smiled back at Ginger. "You know, the class can't be that bad, can it?" Trista really had no idea how bad things were between Ginge and the Chelsea, but she had hoped that she could comfort her new friend if anything turned out to be too bad. "Well, alright then. I'll start." Trista stood a few feet away from Ginger, staying parallel with Marduke and Sephie. She raised her wand to point at Ginger and shouted, "Stupify!" Ginger fell to the ground and was petrified. Trista ran over to her and pointed her wand once again at Ginger and said, "Ennervate." She grabbed Ginger's arm once she had recovered and helped her to her feet. "How was that?" Trista asked Ginger with a keen smile.

Delila paired up with someone she had seen in previous years but didn't exactly remember. She was slightly upset at having provided the proper answer without receiving any praise while others did. Shrugging it off she began to practice. "Stupefy."
