This Jutsu summons a thunder cloud above you. The static and humidity caused by this makes using Lightning-based Ninjutsu much easier.
--Raiton Fujimi Keiko (Lightning Invulnerability Study)
A study and practice of becoming Invulnerable to touching Lightning. Though huge shocks will undoubtedly harm the person, usual effects such as paralysis and comas wouldn't come to one. The study includes: becoming used to the shock, able to touch minor sparks without feeling shocked. This study also includes study of lightning, clouds, predicting storms, magnetic currents.
Genin Level: (Only giving him these because Speed Jutsu are his specialty)
--Denkousekka No Jutsu (Lightning Speed Technique)
Description: With the power of electricity at one's heel, the speed is increased, with no extra strain on the body. The higher level you acess, the faster and longer you can go.
--Raiton Shuriken No Jutsu (Thunder Shuriken Technique)
Description: The user converts small amount of chakra into lightning and transfers it to weapons. Can be used with kunai and other small weapons. Weapons travel at high speeds and do minimal damage. Mainly for slowing down opponents.
TaiJutsu:
Ikazuchi Kakyaku (Thunder Legs) Cloud Taijutsu
Description: The taijutsu style practiced by ninja of the Cloud village. This taijutsu emphasizes mainly on powerful kicks and jumping attacks. The only thing the arms are used for are for handstands and to grab on to trees.
Created over 300 years ago, this style is a corner stone of many other styles. Practitioners of this style believe that from them stemmed the Gouken style due to the similar style of kicks, except of course Ikazuchi Kakyaku has the stronger kicks.
Gained Level, Level 2(80 Pounds):
Left Leg: Technique has come along way already. The left leg is able to perform the snapping motion the style is feared for with decent aptitude. This snapping motion is around the ankles and it adds an extra jolt that make the kicks sting rather then flat out hurt. This is done to ruin the defense of enemies to leave him or her open to an attack from the right leg.
Right leg: These kicks are engorged with power and that is about it. They are easily able to kick down trees with a good hour of work but their accuracy and predictability is something else though. They are easily seen and can be dodged and counter attacked.
Speed: Shave another 5 seconds off that time. If the genin chooses too, for a short while (2 posts) against other genin his speed becomes so amazing that he or she moves like a blur. All of that time emphasizing on kicking power have given the legs amazing strengths. But after that the genin is tired and unable to battle properly for another short while. (2 posts) Though only taijutsu specialists, those with doujutsu and ninja of higher rank can see them.
Leaping: Jumps have gone up a small way; the legs are able to push the ninja 3 feet into the air. But if the genin wants to push him during battle he can force his legs to go jump to 7 feet. This can only be done so often (2 times) before the legs of the genin weaken and leave them unable to battle.
Flexibility/Balance: A lot of work has gone into this, constantly learning how to keep one balanced to be able to work on any terrain. A common exercise is keeping oneself still on a slope of a mountain without the use of chakra.
Jutsu: (He made this one)
--Raiton Fist No Jutsu (Thunder Fist Technique)
A variation of the Thunder Shuriken Technique, except the static electricity is transferred to a part of the body, arm, leg, fist type weapons, etc. The Ninja blows then give off a static jolt to disorient any opponent and give a little extra damage.
Favored Weapons: Knuckles (I know it's odd), Iron Tipped Boots (Look at TaiJutsu)
Appearance: Shigen is of slender build, some people have thought he was malnourished, but he is just so active that he burns all the excess fat from his body. He is of normal height for his age and just a tad lighter then most.
He wears a fake Ninja headband on his head, made for him by his mother. It goes around his head like a normal ninja but the tail of the head band is extremely long, reaching to the to his hips, he thinks that it's cool to have it blow in the wind when he's running. He wears a light blue sleeveless shirt under a dark blue long sleeve jacket with a bunch of pockets to carry only Kami knows what. His pants at the same dark blue color and have had a number of pockets sewed unto them, by his mother, so he could carry weights in them, his father put this on him as a young boy. Shigen is also probably the only ninja who doesn't wear sandals, he wears shoes to help him with his running, dark blue modified sandals that cover the entire foot, they also have iron tips on them.
Personality: He is proud of his great speed and as such he is constantly trying to prove it. He challenges anyone that talk about him being slow and isn't afraid to beat someone down if need be. His legs are everything to him and to insult his speed is to insult his legs.
Shigen outside of his speed circuit is a happy boy, if not loud at times, with a heart of reason. He isn't as happy as a fool and isn't as sad as a cry baby. He is a balance in the two, knowing when to be quiet and to talk freely. He knows his duties and isn't afraid to follow orders, even if leaving someone behind. Being a Ninja is part of making his dream come true, so he will go to hell and back to get it, and with a smile on his face.
Shigen never took to friends very well. He has people he talks to but he doesn't feel a great attachment to people, his mother believes that the boy is just to worried about getting faster and stronger to think about friends. And to a point that is true. Shigen is really just not getting attach ached so he can do a mission without fail even if you have to leave a comrade behind. That is his thinking.
He likes most foods, a boy like him doesn't complain about what fuel he gets. So his mother is always happy of his healthy appetite. His father also approves of the boys running, since that will help him in his TaiJutsu training.
Biography: Shigen was born odd as they say, the boy learned to walk before he learned to crawl and from there the boy began to run. All of Shigen's family say he was born with lightning in his veins, not because he was crazy or wild it was because he was fast. Shigen moved faster then any kid in his neighborhood, even those older then him by four years.
As he grew so did his love of running, he began to boast that he was the fastest of his generation. He would often challenge people to race him so that he could prove it. He never lost to anyone in his neighborhood.until a certain day.
It was to another boy around his age that beat him and when Shigen asked how the boy said it was because he was a ninja. After that day Shigen begged his parents to let him join the academy and train. They gave in eventually and Shigen began learning all he could about the history of Ninja and why they exist. Shigen quickly accepted that they were tools of war, but if Shigen could once again be the fastest of his generation then he would become just that.
Shigen's odd speed gives him natural skill in the Cloud's fighting style because his father started training him in it without him knowing, he put weights on the boy saying it was so he doesn't crash into things, combine that with his natural speed and you have something extrodanary. As such he has reached a genin level of TaiJutsu even though he is only a Academy Student. The boy has average NinJutsu skills, and he only uses them because many of the Cloud's Jutsu require that it be done.
His father says that he could become a legendary TaiJutsu specialist when he grows up, combine that with that the Cloud's Taijutsu is the fastest in the Ninja World, well you get the idea.
Today the boy trains his legs and prepares his NinJutsu to gain the rank of Genin.

Appearance: Kai has light brown skin and bright red eyes. He has a scar that starts at his cheek and goes down to his middle stomach. He has silvery grey hair with dark blue hair underneath. He wears a black shirt with an orange chakra swirl on the front. He wears a light green jacket/hoodie over it with the hood normaly down. He wears blue fitted pants and dark blue sandals. Chichimaru is a small pink dog with long ears. She has a curled tail and a cute face.
Personality: Kai's a bit lazy, taking after friends he made in Konoha. He's incredibly smart, yet doesn't feel like working and fails his academy exams year after year.
Biography: Kai's origionaly from Konoha. His parents thought it to be special training if he were to live in a different village for a while. He moved in with his aunt and uncle, and goes to the Sand Ninja Academy. He wants to become a real ninja, but lacks the will to put any effort into it. His dog Chichimaru follows him everywhere, and doesn't seem to like other girls.
Nindo: "As long as I don't lose, my opponent didn't win."
Extra Notes: Kai doesn't like to lose, ever. When he feels compelled to do something, he won't stop untill it's been finished. He wants to raise in the ranks so he can return home.

--> Shintachi Iaijutsu [Heaven's Sword Quick Drawing Style]: A fighting style that that trains the motions associated with drawing a katana from its sheath, striking an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then re-sheathing the katana with smooth, controlled movement. This makes it so that the first strike of a drawn weapon is deadly accurate, and insanely quick.
Current Level: As a student, swordsmanship is Rei's greatest strength. He has twelve years of bushido under his belt, so he can pretty much give any Genin a run for their money in melee, if not beat them flat. Initial strikes are both fast and accurate, about as fast as an amateur boxer can jab.

Current Level: It is a basic Jutsu, and is therefore pretty easy for Rei.
Kawarimi no Jutsu
Current Level: Not a difficult Jutsu for Rei, easy to initiate and use effectively.
Shiken [Deathblow]: A sword technique that when used cuts through bone like butter, and is lightening fast. It takes the form of a diagonal cleaving move, and is traditionally a finishing move. Curiously, no blood is spilt during the attack. MUST be initiated from the draw. Exclusive to the Shinichi Family.
Current Level: Unless the target is stationery, or slow moving, Rei will miss this attack half of the time. Rei generally uses it as a trump card, for when he's tired his opponent out, or they're low on Chakra and are less capible of resisting.
Tachikaiten no Jutsu [Whirling Sword Technique]: A whirling style attack which uses a sword to stack multiple enemies in a circular motion, and is incredibly fast. Can be initiated from the draw.
Current Level: Can control 3 full rotations.
Ketatamashiiboruto no Jutsu [Piercing Bolt Technique]: A lightening based jutsu, where a lightening bolt strikes a target from the Shinobi’s hand. It is a ranged Ninjutsu technique, with armour piercing qualities.
Current Level: As a student, Rei can use this from medium range, and can break the guard of anybody of equal rank.
Arashitachi no Jutsu [Tempest Sword Technique]: A chakra molding technique, which grants a weapon the properties of an element of the users choosing.
Current Level: As a student, can only use Lightening Element.
Raikousao [Lightening Rod]: A combination of tachijutsu and ninjutsu where the user implants a metal weapon into a target or focuses on a metal target that the target already has, then from a safe distance, using that weapon/metal target as a lightening rod, summons a bolt from the heavens to strike the target accurately. This technique is built for accurately sniping a target.
Current Level: As a student, probably Rei's strongest chakra based technique. Can cause a pretty beefy bolt for a student, and thanks to the presision of his weapons, hurts a lot.
Kuchiyose: Kouu no Hari Raimakai [Summoning: Thunder's Rainfall of Needling Hell]: A powerful combination of tachijutsu and Ninjutsu, where the user uses a Weapon Scroll to unleash a storm of needles upon the area. Then, using the implanted needles and the mid-flight needles as conductors, unleashes a barrage of lightening bolts from the sky to repeatedly strike the targets identified by the storm.
Current Level: As a student Rei struggles to control this Jutsu very well. The difficulties come at the lightening bolt stage. Because Rei uses this move as a desperation move, he is normally low on Chakra by the time he resorts to using it. If he does get to the bolt stage, he can usually call no more than two down.
Favored Weapons: Daito, Iaito, Nodachi, Weapon Scrolls.
Appearance: Hair is of medium length and black, slightly spiky, but not to the stage where it loses definition. Rei wears a deep purple jersey under a ¾ length black leather coat. His shuriken and kunai holsters are hidden under his coat. A black and silver belt holds up his black cargo trousers, which rest upon his tradition ninja sandals. On the left side of his belt, a scabbard is kept which houses his primary weapon. The top section of the scabbard is hidden under the coat, therefore only the bottom half is visible.
Personality: Rei is best described as silent, he only speaks willingly to people he deems worthy. Small talk is meaningless to him. By nature he struggles to trust people, therefore he has had only a small number of real friends in the past. He thinks in very literal and logical forms on the battlefield, he can quickly cut down a complex situation, focusing on the heart of the problem at hand, as opposed to getting tied down with worthless details. He absolutely hates feeling powerless more than anything.
Biography: Rei comes from a long line of wandering swordsmen, although he knows little of his ancestors. Before he was born, his father Shinichi Roku was considered to be the greatest mercenary in the Fire Country. Roku was a master of the sword, utilising the killing arts of Iaijutsu, which have been passed down through the generations of the Shinichi legacy. Roku was also a wanted man, the Seven Shinobi Swordsmen of the Water Country each desired to duel him to see if the rumours had some truth in them.
On the road, Roku trained Rei and his twin brother in the ways of Iaijutsu. Rei was trained up until the age of eight before the Swordsmen finally found his father. Rei, his brother, and his mother watched as his father duelled with the Shinobi one-on-one. Roku started with the weakest of them, and worked his way up, and after defeating each, chose to let them live. When six were defeated, and only one remained Roku was killed in a dishonourable way. What was originally a one-on-one duel turned into a brawl, and eventually Roku was overwhelmed in front of his family. His mother was killed, and he was separated from his brother by the seven shinobi, they were to be taken prisoner by the Mist Village.
Mid-journey, Rei and his brother worked together to escape the caravan that they were imprisoned him; working together they managed to cut their way through the floor. The guards soon realised, and attacked the pair as they fled. Rei’s brother died soon afterwards, taking a shuriken to save his brother. Rei escaped thanks to his cunning, and spent the following year hunting and wandering looking for a ninja village. He understood that he would never be able to defeat the seven shinobi swordsmen with his family’s abilities alone; he must become a shinobi himself to surpass his father.
Now orphaned, he journeyed to the Lightening Country, to seek out the Hidden Village of Cloud. Upon his arrival, he was taken exhausted to the Kage, praying he would be granted permission to live in the village. Thankfully he was, they hadn’t heard of his father’s exploits here, and therefore his family wasn’t wanted in Lightening Country, and he was far enough away from the Mist Village to be safe. Now his focus turned to fighting back, instead of running away.
Nindo: Focus on the task at hand. Do only that which match your goals. Anything else is a waste of time, mere distractions that make you weak.

Meaning Behind the Name
Shinichi - First Son of Heaven
Rei - Rei literally means Respect. Rei is one of the aspects of Bushido (The Samurai Code/Way of the Warrior), along with Yu, Jin, Makoto, Meiyo and Chugi. Bushido has been incorporated into the name, because Shinichi was originally a practictioner of the Samurai arts, and lives by these values. Respect was the aspect chosen for my character to carry as a name, because sometimes he can forget to show people the respect he would like from others, and is how I am going to develop the character's personality through roleplay.

Appearance: Slight build, with a light brown tan on his pale-ish skin. The ninja always wears loose baggy pants that have multiple large pockets. He wears his Grass headband around his forehead, with the metal plate slightly adjusted over his eyebrows. Humbra wears a short sleeve shirt which has the words 'Misanthrope I am not. -Anarchisis.' written on the front, while on his back the shirt reads 'For the world has too many of them,'.
He has bright lime eyes. He also has light brown hair, which is styled to cleave a 'heart shape' on the front of his forehead and which also is long enough to touch the spine between his shoulders on his back.
Along with the basic clothing and appearances, the ninja has numerous scars on his chest, back, arms, and nearly every other limb on his body. Humbra also has several scars on his right hand, which are long and looked to have been rather deep cuts that stretched up to his shoulder. Several thousand small unstitched slashes are along his upper pecs and neck, where he had been thrashed around by plenty of training sessions. Then the ninja has a long white scar on his lower spine perpendicular to his spinal cord. On the right side of his back the ninja also has a circular spiral marking that was caused by an Uchiha's fire jutsu.
On his legs he has more than a hundred major scars. Over all, though, only eight appear out of the ordinary. The first of the scars is along his left hip and it extends down to his left ankle. A jagged sword slice is also on the back of his right quadracep. With those two, another scar is on the ninja's right foot stretching from the teenager's big toe to his knee.
Both of his hands are heavily scarred as well. His knuckles have been thrashed around doing seals at a faster pace than the ninja's current level (when training). The veins on the top of the ninja's hands have been completely covered by at least a hundred thunder bolt shaped scars that were caused by his training.
Personality: Loose. Un hateful. The ninja rarely has a reason to burst out and harm people, so he can be easily considered calm. lassie faire type of leadership.
Biography: He grew up in Hidden Grass. Nothing too eventful in his childhood, up till he joined the academy. The academy that his father went to, and began his own ninja life, which shortly caused him to die after Humbra was born. It didn't affect the academy student that much- he never even met his father. Only thing he remembered about him was that he had the same eyes as himself, which were bright green orbs of fatherly love and protection. Whenever he needed help in life[ be it with bullies, or any attacking force] Humbra always had his father's comforting eyes to think of.
So, shortly after his father death, he was enrolled in the ninja academy of Hidden Grass. While in the academy, his mother had taught him several jutsus that he could do with his limited chakra amount. His mother being a tree specialist and medical ninja, she easily taught him the basics of wood working and wood jutsus. But, oddly enough, she never taught Humbra medical jutsus because she said that he didn't have any 'gift' with people.
It was odd. Which pretty much leads up to now, excluding some minor events with wetting the bed.

Subeta Houbokus Kattingu (Sword Grazings Cuttings)
All the user needs to do to get this technique to work is to have his/her opponent cut once[with a weapon, kunai, shuriken..], along with the usage of the required hand seals. Then the victim of the technique visualizes, in real time, that they are having several hundred razor sharp leafs are barely slicing their skin- cutting their clothing and barely cutting open their flesh. After the cutting, and until the victim uses kai or till the illusion is broken, the opponent constantly feels the effects/pains of being cut. Mental damage remains.
Tejina: Suri-vu Kusabana (Sleight of Hand: Sleeve Flowering Plant)
User 'magically' pulls out, or sends out, a rose from any spot where there may be shadows. Requires user to snap fingers, and after snapping, a small cloud forms around their hands. When small bit of smoke clears, a small rose is in their grip. Rose has a razor sharp point at its base.
Tejina: Kaika Guntou (Sleight of Hand: Enlightening Blooming Sabre)
Out from the user's clothing, a light meter long hilted saber comes out. Requires a set of seals to do technique.
Hikui Mokuton: Mokuzaishintai (Lesser Wood Release: Wood Movement)
From moving a branch, or a root, to trip/trap someone this technique has the ability to use the trees in a 20 meter radius to shift to the command of the user. This is a counterpart to the Kihou Mokuton: Mokuzaishintai (Higher Wood Release: Wood Movement), which is the higher form of this technique. In comparison with the Higher Wood Movment, Hikui Mokuzaishintai takes a small bit less chakra and cannot take full control of more than one living tree [while Kihou Mokuzaishintai can take control of multiple trees at one time]. The user cannot make the tree move out of it's roots.
Hou-Hochou (Side Step) No Jutsu
After doing the required seals, and after the user glances into his opponent's eyes[and makes eye contact], the Hou-Hochou Genjutsu technique manipulates the opponent's vision so that it becomes 15 degrees 'off'. The ninja using the technique can make it so that the distortion is to the victim's left or right. However, the user cannot change the distortion after the Genjutsu is cast.
Mokuton: Hekireki Kongen(Wood Release: Thunderclap Root)
A sizable 'root' is sent flying out of the ground after four seals. Primarily a quick offensive strike jutsu, the technique has the secondary effect of electricity. Since the jutsu is using an electric effect the wood that is flung from the ground is very brittle/weak. However, it is still sharp at it's cone-headed point.
Mokuton: Yakimono Iwaya (Wood Release: Porcelain Cavern)
Soon after a string of seals huge roots swirl around the ninjutsu-ist. A large 'cocoon' dome covers the ninja from over head and from all sides. Does not protect user from underground attacks, and is readily flamable.
Mokuton: Sekkan Nuime (Wood Release: Sarcophagus Stitch )
Emense roots spring from the ground after seven short seals. These roots twine around the opponent or opposing object, making it rooted in a single spot.
Mokuton: Supairaru (Wood Release: Spiral )
Several roots rip out from beneath the user's sleeves. This technique sometimes has barbs/thorns on the branches, and can wrap around an opponent. It's a wooden version of Seneijashu (Hidden Shadow Snake Hand), really.
Mokuton: Enjin-enjin (Wood Release: Misanthropy Circle)
Huge spikes are grown from the ground around the jutsu user. After using the seals (which account for 14 in total), and after several long pillar-like spears are portruding out of the ground, all the long pieces of wood begin to rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise around the user. As this whirlpool effect happens around the user several more spikes spurt from beneath the battle field.
Name: Oto Shikaku no Jutsu (Sound Blindspot Technique)
Type: Genjutsu
Description: Shortly after doing a set of seals, and gaining eye contact with the genjutsu-ist's opponent, the genjutsu user causes the jutsu to go into effect. In the center of their opponent's vision a large black spot appears, and it causes the opponent to be unable to see from that single opening. Lasts only four posts or till removed by a dispelling technique.
Name: Sato Merutodaun no Jutsu (Village Meltdown Technique)

Description: The user simply needs to do a single handed hand seal, and then touch their opponent, to do this genjutsu. This technique makes it so that the victim believes that they're melting. There is no pain, and only their skin seems to be peeling off.
Name: Oto Fusenmei no Jutsu (Sound Blur Technique)
Type: Genjutsu
Description: User does several seals. A small visible ripple of air appears just on the Genjutsu-ist's temples, and the genjutsu takes effect. Oto Fusenmei no Jutsu makes it so that the victim vision to blurred to such an extent that a regular object, like a kunai, would look like a blob of goo. However, the Fusenmei technique applies to only the user's immediate vision (Hyuugan bloodlimit cannot see forwards, but can easily see behind them). Smaller objects are disfigured in the extreme, making them nigh impossible to notice. Lasts only four posts or till removed by a dispelling technique.

Kagemane no Jutsu - Known in the old days as the Kageshibari no Jutsu (Shadow Freeze Technique), this is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to extend their shadow and connect with another person's, or many people's shadows.
Kage Kubishibari no Jutsu (Shadow Neckbind) - A Ninjutsu technique, which is a variation of the Kagemane no Jutsu (Shadow Copy Technique). The ninja uses Kagemane no Jutsu to trap their enemy and force them to perform the same movements. At this point, all of the rules of the Kagemane still apply. However, after the technique is secured, the attacking ninja can manipulate the shadows into becoming hands, which wrap around the neck of the enemy, strangling them, or even just breaking their neck. This technique is exclusive to the Nara clan.
Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken no Jutsu) - This is a really useful technique for ninjas who fight by tricking opponents. Shadow Shuriken, also known as Evil wind Shuriken Shadow Windmill, uses a Fuma Shuriken (a big, aerodynamically designed shuriken with curved blades). The user actually throws 2 shurikens at the opponent; however, one is hidden just beneath the first one, creating a perfect shadow.
The opponent believes that only one shuriken is thrown, so after dodging it, the second shuriken appears from the blind spot, surprising the opponent, and possibly damaging him/her.
Kyoumeisen - A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses sound waves above one hundred and fifty megahertz to disorient an opponent by attacking their inner ear, causing violent dizziness and sometimes nausea. In some cases, damage to the eardrum can occur.
Custom Jutsu:
Chakra sonar - Using chakra, the ninja emits his own soundwaves into the surrounding area when a wave hits an object,
a minor wave is sent back to the user to inform it of it's shape and location, reletive to the user. Most of the wave continues to travel through the solid object to seek further interferance. This technique allows a Ninja to sence the positions of every solid object within a certain radius.
The 'sonar' is updated every second in the users mind.
Shadow drain - Like Kagemane the users shadow makes contact with the opposing ninja. Even though it binds the enemy it also begins to drain the enemy of their chakra and giving it to the user to replenish their supply to fight longer.
Shadow copy: The user's shadow turns in to a copy of the user. This copy can move and fight like a ninja however at lower levels it is easy to take out with Ninjutsu. If the shadow copy makes contact with the opposing ninja the copy turns back in to a shadow and Kagemane no Jutsu occurs.
Hidden village Jutsu:

Description: The user must be around a lot of sand to do this. By pulling the users body into the sand slowly the user is able to move around underneath the sand undetected and able to breath. Additionally this same jutsu may be used to move beneath normal earth, but the user will not be able to move as fast as if they were underground.
Favored Weapons: Kunai, Shuriken, Sound implant.
Appearance: Fairly tall and slim. He wears mainly black in the form of a long black coat to hide many odd items. He wears black fingerless gloves. His shirt underneath has the symbol of the Nara clan.
Personality: Edge is mainly a team player. He tries to ensure he never leaves anyone behind and likes to give people a chance to show what they can really do. He likes to play Shogi and finds loner type people very problematic and too much hassle at times.
Biography: Having moved to the Sand village to train as a shinobi Edge has lived a very quiet life. His family all work in a clothing store selling garments from other countries until they can be of service. Edge's one aim in life is to open a book store selling all ranges of books including adult books not to be sold to anyone under the age of 21. He hopes to also become a novelist again the rules of selling apply to the writing...

1: no Uchiha...too many people want Sharingan...so too bad...it's closed...
2: you stole two original techniques of my character...i don't mind stealing descriptions of techniques you may use...but to steal my Yomi Adauchi and Bakudan techniques is inexcusable...delete it NOW...
3: change your bio to exlude the Uchiha clan...
4: this isn't really a problem...but it's odd seeing a Hidden Mist nin favoring fire...

Read the damn rules, I made them for a reason.
NO Uchiha whatsoever. Never any Sharingan!
Stealing techniques is cheap and not allowed. Find them off the net, or make your own and submit them for approval in the appropriate thread.
And yes, it is a problem. You can't MOVE from one Village to another, you stay in one or the other, choose. Otherwise the original Village will send Hunter-Nin out to kill you and your family.

Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (This ninjutsu isn't a widely used technique, since it is only used when surprising the enemy. After performing a series of hand seals and raising his chakra, the ninja is buried underground using his chakra. He can then move freely inside the ground, as if he was outside.)
Doton: Doryuuheki (A Doton (earth type) Ninjutsu technique where the ninja "vomits" a wave of mud, which shoots out of their mouth and assumes the form of a solid wall in front of them, sturdy enough to dam a river of water.)

Techniques:: Suna no tatsu, suna no shi, Suna no arashi, Suna no kinashi, and many more.
Weapons: Boomerangs, shurikens, and well her fist..^_^
Description: Shiko has long blue hair all the way down to her knees, she wears baggy clothes perferably black or blue, her headband is usually on her belt. Her clothes is hidden when she has to wear her robe during the time she is around the Village as Kazekage. Her hair is also usually in a mess, she also has grey eyes and slim body. She weighs about 120lbs and 5'7" in height.
Personality:: Shiko is rude in order to hide her true feelings. Deep down she really cares about people and wants everything to be okay. But she doesnt want people to see that.
Bio:: The Shinuki clan died out many years leaving Shiko alone..Her father is the only one left besides her, and he is now a Missing Nin. Shiko was forced to live with people she did not know at the age of three who abused her and caused her many problems in life. Shiko is now 16, and wants to find her father. She left her village before becoming the Kazekage in order to search for her father.
