See these kind of things are what give us marching band memebers a bad name. Whenever you bring it up to a non-marching band kid they always say somehting along the lines of "One time at band camp..." Or "...sexually active band geeks..." curse you hollywood for forever cursing us with American pie....darn you.

one of our section leaders!!! I caught him having sex with another section leader in our band in the guys bathroom!! i didn't tell the band director but he was freakin bragging about it as well!!!!

The same stuff goes on with our band.
Most of it happens on the bus, but our director doesn't even know anything happens. He doesn't have too much of a problem with PDA. As long as hips don't touch you're fine. xD

I was accused of having sex in the band instrument locker room during lunch one day. D; In reality, I was just curled up in the cage because I was having a bad day, and my boyfriend was holding my hand. ._. I don't see how that even LOOKS like sex.
But whaaaaaaaaaateverr.

so, our band has the occasional "sexually active" person, but in general, we don't have those "this one time at band camp" stereotypes.
but...
we have 3 practice rooms. should be: one for symphonic band, one of wind ensemble, and one for the guard to put all our crap in. but the guard and the sband share because many many years ago (no one in the school was there when it happened) the former abdn director caught a drama kid and a band kid doing it in the middle practice room. freshman year, when section leaders would have sectionals in the middle one, they'd say "don't touch the walls" but really, why wouldn't they have been washed? and, the middle one was the only one they only got caught in.... rolleyes

No one in my band has ever been caught having sex (doesn't mean they're not sexually active), but I have seen practically every guy in the band half naked. They tend to walk around the band room in their boxers...

The Brass is notorious, including me, for hairy men that wear wife beaters or no shirts at all. My buddy Preston has way to much self-esteem so he runs around in his boxers some times. I just take my shirt off, that is it haha, but so does a bit of the brass. My Co-Section leader, Brad, has a chick that goes to one of our rival schools. He often skips either band or work to go ******** her biggrin i remember him bragging about it for the 100th time and how he goes to all these parties and does all these drugs. Bad influence but awesome guy. When he was gone we asked him "How was your game of 'twister'?" and it was funny because he actually played twister at a party while he was gone.

They tend to walk around the band room in their boxers... Two guys were once wearing these things that made them look like sumo wrestlers... And one of my friends who's a junior ended up walking around without his pants on. Only wearing his shirt and boxers...lol

I too have heard of it happening in a soundproof practice room.
Now I'm paranoid about using them, cause I don't know which one it was. Or how much it was done for that matter. :c

I've caught people making out in practice rooms soooo many times. The most awkward time was when I caught my section leader and his girlfriend.

I've never walked in on people,
but I've heard stories.
But they're always of people
that you never expect going gay.
For example, we all thought this
guy was gay but he always denied it,
plus he's really smart and all so
we just ended up dropping it.
Then this openly gay guy
managed to lure him into a
practice room and had sex with him,
therefore proving that the guy
was gay, just not openly gay.

Lucy the Imaginary Ninja So, behind our band practice field is the ROTC trail which is REALLY long. I got hiking on it all the time. Anyways, two majoretters go hiking down the trail, then quickly comes back and tells the guard coach. She goes back, then comes back with two people. She was as white as snow.. she had caught the two people having sex in the woods. One was a drum line member, the other was not in band. The band director drove the drum line member home himself and talked to the parents. Needless to say, he's out of band.
