Waiting for Imperial Armour 8 to arrive so I can restructure my army accordingly and get a proper army list out to work by.

Currently working on a new army list, I'm also awaiting the arrival of two extra valkyries courtesy of Maelstrom and their GW-beater vouchers.

More Valkyries? What are you going to use those for? Don't you already have a bird for each squad by now?

Well, of the five I have now one is being turned into a medivac or dustoff model, so I'll need a new model for the fourth veterans squad. The other Valkyrie will either be used for Rogue Trader purposes or turned into a gunship, maybe be properly converted into an ad-hoc Vulture styled after the Hueys from Vietnam era warfare, I love those things.

You might as well build one as a gunship with an assortment of heavy weapons, or try and convert it into a Vendetta! How will you do the nose-mounted heavy bolter though?

I'll probably convert the nose with some form of suitable nose weapon. The wings will just carry rocket pods and hellstrikes I guess, maybe autocannons or lascannons to give me more anti-armour capabilities.

Busy week last week and the upcoming week will also be busy, followed by a weekend visiting filthy frogs and their piss drenched capitol.

Placed the order for Elysian veterans, fuel tanks, a third Tauros and some other Elysian gubbins for minor converting.
I've also looked at the list a bit and decided that future expansions will include more Drop Sentinels, another Vulture and maybe another Valkyrie Sky Talon.
