It's kind of like driving; you don't think you'll ever do it, but when you do, you'll realize it's a lot easier than you thought it was. :]

I like using pencil, it's my comfort media, but I like inking too.. I just can't color >.> It irritates me to no end... (probably because it doesn't come naturally to me..) I love the look of color don't get me wrong I just don't like working with it lol.

Fff, anything really. I like pencils and Photoshop for drawing, but I'll also use inks and brushes and whatever I feel like at the moment. With painting, I use watercolours and Photoshop the most, but I'm quite partial to oils as well (if only they weren't so goddamn expensive), and I am starting to branch out into other painting programs.
Honestly, I've never met a medium that I truly disliked.
I'm a hell of a lot more comfortable with lineart, than full colour, though. And I really like a certain comic-esque, slightly exaggerated look in my work.

I love conceptual and abstract works of art. I found this great artist named Gidragirl at this anime convention by my house. Her work is so stunning : D

Fall For You by Secondhand Serenade Abstract is win, but trying to draw it traditionally = failish for me. Drawing in pen is my favorite, but I can't find a good pen; I have seemingly simple standards: a pen that fades with less pressure (as opposed to gel pens), and pens that have a sufficient amount of ink (so that they don't dry out 'too soon', or so that they don't blotch up). Of all the pens I own, none make the cut (or at least the ones that I know I own). Pencil's okay, but it smudges. When I don't want it to.
Colored pencil is fine-ish too, but the tip of the lead flattens out too much T.T
I haven't painted in a LONG time, and I'm taking a painting class next year.. *shudder* oh well... You look down on me, but you don't look down on me at all You smile and laugh, and I feel the love you have for me I think we're going somewhere We're on to something good here, and we're gonna make it after all
