do they have to be in the exact routes, because I only have Soul Sliver and the routes in the guide are only in DIAMOND, PEARL, and PLATINUM. Also I'm training a Shedinja and if I battle a Gyarados at Lake of Rage will that boost my EV's?

Since so many have requested that I add EV Training Hot Spots for HeartGold/SoulSilver... I have editted this guide just for you. If there is anything wrong that I have posted, comments, curses... whatever else.. just let me know.
