Angelica nodded to Morgan as the redhead greeted her, and stiffened when Sam spoke to her. "Oh, yes, I'm sure you're bloody crushed." Stepping to her left so she had her back mostly to Sam, she answered Morgan's question. "I just became bored in the common room, and then heard a bit of a commotion over here is all. Figured I would investigate."
She glanced toward the other girl in the area. Angelica recognized her as the girl who left the compartment after Sam had kissed her. Giving Morgan a questioning look, Angelica nodded her chin in the other girl's direction as if to ask why she was there.
((I dunno. =/ What do you think, Dreamer?
Also, ugh, short post is short.))

Smart Ass Flirt At Your Service (( hmmm good question... We could ghost her along... ))
Sam looked back to Morgan. He only shrugged to her question of being able to see them. It wasn't exactly them he was wanting to see any way. But he didn't really have to answer Morgan since she moved on to speak to Angelica.
Sam only grinned at Angelica's mock of him. He blew her a kiss just as a reminder of what they shared in public. He even took a moment to pout, but his grin appeared again too soon. Oh well. He could taunt Angelica more later. Without girl talk. But what Angelica said wasn't girl talk. Sam frowned instantly. "What kind of commotion?" He asked. Alright, so he didn't like others seeing his anger. Maybe he did have a darker secret than he was willing to admit to.

____________ мσяgαи ∂αℓ¢α ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Morgan raised an eyebrow at Angelica. She made it seem as though she heard their fight from the dungeon, if that was the commotion she was referring to. It struck her suddenly that it was more of a very intense lovers spat, considering they had been liplocked moments before it happened. She wasn't sure if she found that funny or troubling.
Either way, Morgan kept that thought to herself. "Will you be coming into the forest with us, then?" she asked Angelica, stepping forward and placing a hand on Sam's shoulder. The sooner they got moving the better. But it seemed Sam was bothered by Angelica and preferred to stay put at the moment. The thestrals would always be there of course, but Morgan was concerned with being spotted. She could move quickly and near silently through the forest alone, but she wasn't sure how smoothly things would go with a group.
(( We could... ))

Angelica glanced at Sam as he asked her what noise she had heard. She considered not answering him, but his frown showed he was truly concerned. "I was by the Greenhouses and heard..well, I'm assuming the aftermath of some spell. Judging by that--" she punctuated these words with a point to a large hole in the dirt near where they stood, "--I'd say I'm right." She left it at that. She didn't want whoever had used the spell--whether it was Sam, Morgan, or Aggie--to be pushed to using more magic. Going by what she had seen, though, she would guess it was Sam who created the hole in the ground.
Taking a step back from the two other Slytherins as Morgan placed her hand on Sam's shoulder, Angelica nodded. "I suppose. Sounds better than just standing here," she said, in response to Morgan's question. She bit her lip for a moment, debating with herself whether or not to ask what exactly had happened between the two of them. Coming to the decision not to mention that she had in fact seen Morgan at Sam's wandpoint, Angelica muttered "Lumos" and took a step toward the imposing darkness of the Forbidden Forest.

Smart Ass Flirt At Your Service Sam's eyes flicked to Morgan's hand. That had not been expected. He wondered if she was warming up to him. That was impossible. And he didn't like the question that came out of Morgan's mouth. He wanted to be alone with Morgan. He wasn't planning on Aggie or Angelica actually coming with them.
Sam's eyes turned back to Angelica as she spoke. His expression was blank and a bit cold. He looked at the hole in the ground he had made. Alright, so that might have been a little overboard, but then he had been pissed. The fact that he had aimed at the ground and not at the girls first was amazing to him. He nodded to Angelica's explanation. He would have to gather himself under control again. He needed a new girl to go after to cover this mild issue. Then again, Morgan's hand was on his shoulder and they had been sharing a rather intense kiss. Maybe going after the one that would push him away would set things right again.
Sam didn't like Angelica saying she'd come with them. "Or... You could go back to Seamus... I thought you liked being around him better than me..." Sam said, flashing a smile that held more spite than anything. He might be able to drive her away if he got too close again. Then he was sure the Hufflepuff would storm off like before and he'd have Morgan. A plan it was then. He lifted Morgan's hand off his shoulder and returned it to her side. His eyes meeting hers for a moment. Then he advanced on Angelica. "Unless you would like me to remind you of what makes me better than him..."

Angelica met Sam's eyes as he turned to her. She didn't like the expression on his face; it was blank and, to be honest, a little intimidating. Her eyes narrowed as he suggested she go back to Seamus. "I'll not have you think you can tell me what to do, Samael," she said, an edge to her voice. "No matter who you think you are."
Angelica watched as he lifted Morgan's hand off his shoulder and took a step toward her. She turned to face him a small amount, but this was merely so her wand was also pointing toward him more, and backed away a step. Sam spoke, and she blinked at his words. "You truly are a piece of work, Sam. Truly." Angelica turned her face away from him and glanced back at Morgan. Not even five minutes ago the redhead had placed her hand on Sam's shoulder, which Angelica took to be a kind gesture, of friendship or perhaps something more. "And you, Morgs?" she said, less of an edge present in her voice. "Would you like me to leave as well?"

The Brave LittleToaster! Wait That Isn't Right... How About The Big Bad *woof* Heh Never Mind ... Aaron moved to the edge of the Forbidden Forest. He saw wand lights near them. He cursed under his breath. That he hadn't been expecting. Other students out here. He moved farther away from them. He didn't want them to see who he was. He stood in the darkness of the forest. Things moved within that darkness. Near him, but unsure of him at the same time. He grinned at that darkness and whatever hid within it.
Aaron pulled off his clothes slowly. He had yet to figure out how to change without ripping his clothes to pieces. If he would only register so many of his questions would be answered. But the price he would pay would be too much. He tucked the clothes away, hidden as best he could. Then he closed his eyes and let the magic of the change flow through him. Where Aaron had stood as a man, now stood a dog. He shook himself out and gave a long howl. No, he wasn't a wolf, but sometimes the urge to howl took him. Then again, huskies were close to wolves.
Aaron bent his head and clenched his wand between his teeth. It was a just in case thing, but he wouldn't be caught in the forest without some protection. He growled at the darkness and it seemed less dense. He bounded off into the forest. A run.

____________ мσяgαи ∂αℓ¢α ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Morgan listened to the tight lipped conversation her fellow Slytherin's were having. To bring up Seamus was an interesting move on Sam's part. And perhaps the wrong move. Sam moved Morgan's hand, which she placed on her hip after he had let it drop. She didn't like the way he was behaving towards Angelica. The other girl was pushing back, though. Then she asked Morgan is she wanted her to leave. "I invited you, did I not?" At this point, the redhead didn't care if Angelica came with them or not. Part of her wanted her to leave, but she was afraid of what she might do alone with Sam.
Suddenly, a howl rang through the trees. Morgan whipped her head around to look at the forest. She could faintly make out a rustling of leaves as the sound got more distant. The howl didn't sound like a werewolf, and Morgan was thankful. She had no problems with the beasts while they were in human form, but the vampire in her certainly had issues with the wolf form.

Smart Ass Flirt At Your Service (( I have an Alaskan Husky... Her name is Aurora and I bought her for my boyfriend two years ago... She's really adorable and bigger than me lol ))
Sam grinned at Angelica and took a bow. "Why thank you, Angelica... Maybe I'll show you more so later..." He winked at her. Then he took a few steps back, afraid she would smack him. He wasn't worried about her blasting him with a spell, but then again. He gripped his wand just in case he had crossed her last line.
Sam looked back to Morgan to see what her answer was to the question. He sighed when it was just another question. A question to a question never got anyone any damn answers. He frowned slightly and looked away from both. He thought he had saw movement in the darkness. Odd.
Then a howl rang out among the trees. Sam pulled out his wand. He hated the Forbidden Forest. Care of Magical Creatures had shown him some of the stranger things that hid within it. He could only imagine what was howling to the world.

Angelica was about to open her mouth to reply in a very rude manner to Sam when he stepped back away from her. Good. She was about to either jinx him or slap him, she hadn't decided which.
Taking a deep breath to calm herself before replying to Morgan, Angelica exhaled and said, "Yes, Morgan, you di--" Her words were cut shot by a loud howling noise that rang out of the forest. "What in the bloody hell was that?!" Angelica said, rather louder than she meant to. She took a few steps away from the edge of the trees to stand beside Morgan. Turning to face the trees Angelica held her lit wand up to see if the light from the end of her wand could alert the students to anything lurking just beyond their field of vision. Angelica didn't see anything, but she never had good vision on the dark. "Do you see anything?" she whispered to Morgan. She kept her voice down this time, so as not to give whatever had howled any more clues as to their whereabouts.

____________ мσяgαи ∂αℓ¢α ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Morgan took a step towards the trees and stared hard. When Angelica asked if she saw anything, she shook her head. "It is in beyond what I can see..." she said in equally hushed tones. The redhead took out her wand and stepped into the tree line. "Stay," she told the others. She wasn't about to go gallivanting off into the deep dark woods, but she wanted to be sure there was nothing too close for comfort. Keeping her wand unlit, she carefully maneuver through the trees nearest them.
Something rustled in the underbrush. "Petrificus totalus!" she exclaimed, pointing her wand towards the noise. There was the sound of twigs snapping and then silence. Morgan went to see what she had frozen, but it was only a large badger. Shrugging, she walked a safe distance away and removed the Body-Bind curse. She stepped out of the forest to appear on the other side of Sam. " I did not find anything of importance." Morgan looked back at the forest. She hadn't explored that far.
(( Aw, really?? How is she? I heard they are great dogs, but not so good with other small animals. D: Which is the only thing keeping me from getting one. ))

Smart Ass Flirt At Your Service (( Aurora still acts like a puppy... playful and loves attention... and no, she doesn't like small animals... the cats taunt her all the time... it's funny to watch... but even more so when the toy chiwawa gets out there... ))
Judging by the look on Angelica's face, Sam was glad he had moved away. He grinned at her all the same though. He watched as the girls spoke in hushed tones. He assumed they were frightened. Figured. He looked back to the forest. They had good reason to be afraid.
When Sam looked back Morgan was heading into the forest. "Hey! Wait, Morgan! What the bloody hell---" And she was gone. He couldn't see s**t inside the forest. Moments later, Morgan returned to them. He sighed. "At least nothing ate you..." He grumbled to her.
Sam looked back and forth between the two girls. "So... Any way... Thestrials?" He asked to change the subject.

The Brave LittleToaster! Wait That Isn't Right... How About The Big Bad *woof* Heh Never Mind ... Aaron sniffed the air. Something was coming. It didn't smell human. He turned towards it and a spell was cast. He held his breath, but found he could still move. The spell must have missed him. He sighed and shook his entire furry body out. That had been frightening. He didn't want to think what would have happened to his wand if the girl had hit him. After all, dogs didn't need wands.
Aaron took a few steps forward again when he was sure the girl, whatever she was, was gone. He didn't want to think too closely about what she could have been. He wasn't one to judge others for not being quite normal. He began to run. He wasn't sure where his paws would lead him, but he didn't have to return until the first light of day.

Angelica watched as Morgan disappeared into the forest. She exchanged a very short worried glance with Sam before Morgan reappeared, and Angelica exhaled in relief. She was about to scold Morgan for having gone beyond the edge of the trees, but Sam spoke first. Just as well. Angelica knew Morgan was different than your average witch and would prefer not to have the redhead annoyed with her for questioning her judgment. Looking out to the forest again, Angelica thought she heard rustling leaves, but just as she began to become concerned, a slight breeze reached the students. Angelica dismissed the noise as just the wind.
Angelica blinked as Sam suggested they go see the thestrals. She supposed this was what they were originally going to do, before she had come along. Shrugging, she nodded. She could see the thestrals, but didn't like to speak of them. She thought they were elegant and graceful, sometimes beautiful, but usually preferred to keep her distance. "Very well. Let's go."

____________ мσяgαи ∂αℓ¢α ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Morgan stretched her arms above her head. Whatever was in the forest seemed like it had either run off, or was keeping the little group at a safe distance. She raised an eyebrow and accompanied it with a smirk in Sam's direction when he commented that nothing ate her. "Aw, you do care," she said sarcastically. When he mentioned the thestrals, Morgan stopped stretching. Angelica seemed up for the trek as well. "Of course. Follow me. Carefully." The last thing she needed was to loose one of them in the woods. It wasn't a matter of her finding them again, but of something else finding them first.
Stepping back into the tree line, Morgan waved the group after her. It was about a ten minute walk to where the thestrals normally gathered. She couldn't guarantee that they would still be there and she hadn't anymore meat to entice them with. Still, it was worth a shot. Morgan took out her wand, but didn't light it. It was easier for her to see without the light casting shadows. She kept the wand in hand just in case whatever was lurking around decided to take a closer look.
(( Aw, how sweet~ She sounds lovely. Minus the cat hating part... xD *is a cat person* Also, is thestrals capitalized or not? I've seen it both ways... ))
