Mariel was also stalking her parent as Miranda began to head towards them. Mariel crawled forward her tail lashing like a cat stalking a mouse. She took slow steps towards the pair of adults and stayed low to the ground as much as she could. trying to immitate the sneaky techniques that she had seen on television. When she heard Miranda roar out a charge Mariel took the cue and charged as well "RAAAWWWWRRR" She echoed Miranda and launched herself onto Luna with a loud laugh and giggle.
Luna pretended to be caught by Mariel while catching the girl in mid flight and letting herself topple over. "Oh no we being attacked!" She said with a laugh as she feigned fright, trying to mask her laughter with what she hoped sounded like a surprised squeal. she rolled over and made a frightened face.
Mariel looked at Miranda with triumph in her eyes and laughed. "HAHA Silly parents its US, we GOT YOU!!!" She laughed and tried to tickle Luna just to prove she was not deadly.
Luna laughed and rolled Mariel over fighting back with tickle attacks of her own and reducing the girl into a laughing writhing heap of hyper brown furred child. It was definitely a fun day.

Valeri wrapped his arms about Miranda and swayed lightly with her and laughed after he finished being 'surprised'. "You got us," he said fondly with a small smile.
"We winnn~," Miranda chimed happily as she swayed with Papi and closed her eyes a bit. She parted her lips and gave a small yawn and nuzzled her face against her guardian's side. She wanted a nap!
He reached down and stroked Miranda's hair and hummed a bit, "I guess now is a time we should pack up and go," Valeri said as he began to look thoughtful.
"I wanna go visit one day'th, Papi~." Miranda said fighting off the drowsy feeling in order to inform her guardian of her desires to go visit her newly made friend and adventuring partner.
Valeri laughed a bit and nodded as he gently pulled away from her and got up with the assistance of his cane and went through his things and got out a business card that he carried and limped back to offer it to Luna, "Call any time to set up a playdate or what not."

Luna finished tickling Mariel and laid a hand on top of the child's head to muss with her hair lightly. She gave a happy smile to Valeri, she was secretly glad that the girls looked like they were fully tuckered out. "Jes a play day is a good idea." She agreed with Valeri and looked at the sleepy mouse child in his arms. It was just an adorable sight.
Mariel wasn't as tired as Miranda seemed to be but she was definitely subdued for the time being. However looking at Miranda getting some parent love made her feel left out so she maneuvered her way into Lunas lap and snuggled there. She gave a contented sigh. "Momma Miranda has to come visit okay." she said just to make sure the adults really would come through with this new play date idea. She liked the idea of showing Miranda her backyard and her pets it was bound to be as fun if not more fun than this day at the pool.
Luna smiled and hugged her little mink daughter. "When Miranda want to visit she can Chickita." Luna smiled and looked at Valeri in a "anytime is good" kind of way. She loved that Mariel had friends and wanted to make sure she kept as many of them as possible. "Bu now we need to go and feed de dogs jes? come on say bye." Luna stood up and managed to keep Mariel in her arms as she gathere the stuff to say good bye. "Et was nice to meet chu I ope we see ju soon." She said as she gave a smile before heading out.
Mariel hung on to Lunas shoulder and waved to Miranda, "Buh bye! Come visit okay and we can make sand castles." She waved good bye with a smile wondering if maybe Mirandas idea of a nap wasnt too bad of an idea after all.

Valeri nodded content in knowing that they had contact in one way or the other he took Miranda by the hand and got her to help him pack everything up. They were still within light talking distance; a simple rising of the voice was enough to get the message heard, "Yep! We'll see each other again real soon, I doubt either of the girls will let us get away with not doing so," the purple haired man laughed cheerfully and then resumed packing up. He uttered a soft good bye while Miranda offered a cheerful farewell and a (sleepy) wave of her own.
Once all was set they were off on their way to their own little home. Miranda chattered at him the whole way back only falling silent when they reached their home and settled down on the couch to watch a movie that barely got through the main title before Miranda fell asleep with a small blissful smile upon her lips.
