There needs to be a drooling emoticon. Neji is my all time favourite Naruto character.
Ee, he smiles. It's so cute.
I have the whole Neji vs. Kidomaru arc saved on my pc. I love the end, with the feather...it made me cry. Resolute Infliction 3 years later, he becomes serious eye candy. He should go into hiding... His new character design rocks the casbah. Kishimoto's done good for keeping Neji way too hot.

spoiler: did you read the manga? I hated that they didnt elaborate on Neji/Gai/Lee/Tenten vs themselves!! I would have loved to see the new him in action!! gonk

Even though he's only shown for like...four chapters after the time skip, he looks much hotter and less little kiddy.

Neji is awsome. I didn't originaly like him much, but after I took a break from Naruto and then came back, I found I liked him a heck of a lot more- now he's one of my three favorites (along with Iruka-sensei and Shino). heart
