((All of you are quiet alright with your posts. I apologize for the shortness of mine. Writers block...))
Kara watched the vampires and other strangers fight boldly nearby. She cowered behind Baey with fearful, wide eyes. Of course, if it was needed, she knew how to fight with the several knives hidden on her person.
It was mandatory that she knew how to fight. Her life depended on it at times like this. What if one of the vampires got past all of her guards, the vampire captain, and the new stranger helping them?

Tsuzuki paused, as he looked into the prince's face, Tsuzuki's expression almost saddened. "I will try my best sir. Any suggestion as to how I am to do that? She is guarded by twenty men and women," Tsuzuki reminded him. Tsuzuki would die for the prince, but he didn't want to live and then be punished by the queen, though, he thought the queen favored him, of all of her servants. Tsuzuki also wondered why the prince would want this, was he not excited to be wed. Then again it was to a human, perhaps that was why he disdained the thought of this arranged marriage.
Tsuzuki then looked over towards a female, he had just caught her scent. He looked to her, he thought she was looking at the prince, and he tried to figure out if she was a danger to the prince. That was usually the first thought that would run through the werewolf's head. Are they a danger to the prince? Do they have any concealed weapons. This female didn't look like a threat, to him, but he wouldn't be too quick to assume. He looked at the woman for a moment, and then back at the Prince once more. Keeping some of his attention of the female, in the corner of his eye.

Frida looked on in horror as the fight broke loose. She glanced over at the red haired werewolf that had just saved them from a rebel vampire and smiled, relieved that someone else was on their side. Two vampires were suddenly closing in on either side of the wolf, so pulling out her chakrams she found the wind current and threw them both. The foreign wind was harder to control but she caught on to its 'rhythm' soon enough and pulled both of her arms upward and then in as if conducting a symphony. Perfectly in sync the metal rings sliced through the advancing vampires then spun back around and landed in her hands.

Jerome cleared his throat. His eyes followed Tsuzuki's and landed on a girl. His smile was long gone. In it's place a more mellowish tone. "I don't honestly know. I should of maybe thought harder about the whole.. But I do dread the wedding.." Jerome replied with a saddened tone. Almost as if he were defeated in a battle. "I'm going to see my mother." He replied calmly, before beginning to make his way to the castle, all the while watching the girl out of the corner of his eye. If she would strike, he would be ready.
He set the closed parasol in a small container near the large front doors. His chocolate eyes scanned the main hall; empty. Jerome continued onward with his search. "Now where would be the best place to look..? He spoke to himself, not caring if someone heard him. Jerome just had one thing in particular to talk about; Kara. he began to wonder when and with how many guards she would arrive with. "Tsuzuki did say that she was with twenty men and women.. Quite a large party, but with the war it's only sensible." Jerome said, his lips on the verge of grinning.

Tsuzuki nodded to the prince as he mentioned his dread of the wedding. It also made the werewolf smile at the prince's "cold feet", as he thought of it. As the Prince headed inside, Tsuzuki stayed outside for a few moments, looking over towards the female, and then turning, heading after the Prince. Tsuzuki felt most comfortable with the Prince in his sights, since it was his job to watch him, and protect him.
Margarette entered the kitchen of the castle, calling out to the chef for a rare steak, and a glass of "O" positive. She then took a seat in the dining hall. Sitting in one of the pre-made tables, near a large window, showing the dreary, and cloudy skies outside. She did like it when the days were darker, she felt a lot better. A servant brought out her glass of blood, in an elegant wine glass, of course, only the best for the queen. She smiled as she ran her finger sround the glass' edge. She hummed an eerie tune to herself as she stared out of the window.

Meanwhile, Elle was sitting in her own dining hall, looking at the dreary sky as she sipped white wine, barely touching her Cornish hen. It was obvious that she was worried about her daughter, she didn't trust the Vampires at all, but she wouldn't let her husband see that. So when she heard footsteps coming from the hall she panicked and pretended to be interested in her meal, but when it simply turned out to be one of the servants she sighed, resting her head in her hands.
"Is something wrong, M'lady?" the servant, a girl not much older than Kara, asked, looking concerned.
Elle shook her head, "No, it's nothing. I just wish to be left alone." she said, shooing the girl away with a wave of her hand.

As Jerome neared the dining hall, he heard an all to familiar eerie song being hummed by a magnificent voice. He took a deep breath and entered. He sat in a few chairs from Margarette. "Listen, mother I have to have a word with you about this whole marriage thing.." Jerome paused a moment before picking up where he left off. "I refuse to be wed to a human. Especially Kara." He uttered her name with great hatered for her already. His brown eyes studied his mothers face, waiting, watching for some type of little movement that would display her mood.
But never the less he continued on. "Why do I have to marry her anyway? It will probably just cause more problems and complications. Even outrage the other kingdoms." Jerome swallowed, still watching his mother for a reaction. One of the kitchen staff brought Jerome his favorite type of blood in a wine glass similar to Margarette's, though his was filled with 'A' negative. Jerome raised the glass and took a sip.

Tsuzuki stood in the dining hall, near the entrance. He kept his eyes on Jerome, but glancing to Margarette every now and then as she glanced at him. Tsuzuki would protect both of them, though he was mainly dedicated to Jerome, he was entitled to protect the queen as well. Tsuzuki stood there, with a blank expression, not picking a side, or showing any agreement or disapproval.
Margarette didn't look at her son as he spoke to her, she just continued to gaze out the window, and hum her song. As he finished his talking, whining and such. Her gaze then was brought over into her son's eyes. "Human or not, she isn't ugly....So, I don't see the problem," Margarette said to him calmly, as her gaze then turned to Tsuzuki, but she went on, talking to Jerome. "Why do you have marry her? Because I said so, and what I say goes," she said, as her gaze quickly shifted back to her son. She then calmly took a sip of her "O" positive, though in her eyes, was a stern, and agressive queen, not going to let him back out of this, no matter what his personal feelings were.

Jerome was growing frustrated with his mother. Queen or not, he believed she had no right in deciding who he should wed. "I could care less of what her face looks like. She could be the ugliest thing on the planet and I couldn't care, as long as she was a vampire." He replied, anger flooded his eyes, and they stared at Margarette. Jerome also took a sip, before continuing his rant. "Just because you're the queen and my mother doesn't mean you get the luxury of choosing how my life is going to be laid out. It's just not fair. Besides, you weren't forced to marry father."
Jerome pointed out, hopeing it would help him gain some ground, though Margarette was good at holding her ground. Jerome glanced at Tsuzuki hopeing he would voutch for him a little.

Tsuzuki shook his head at Jerome. Trying to let him know that not even he could help him now. Tsuzuki had no opinion in this situation, or at least wasn't supposed to. Though he agreed partially with Jerome, since he did raise a good point with that last statement.
Margarette didn't interrupt her son, she was a bit more polite than that. At his last comment though, he struck a nerve with her. She glared at him, anger in her eyes. "You will marry her!" she said assertively, as she quickly stood, slamming her hand down on the table. "Because I am the queen, I do get the luxury of choosing your life! I get every right to do so!" She said to him sternly as she added, "And, don't you dare compare yourself to me! You are not me, and never will be!"

((NOTE: I added a second vampire prince, everyone.))
Toren hissed when he heard his mother's raised voice. He dodged into the kitchen and found his mother arguing with Jerome. Of course, Jerome had said something nasty to her, and he was fuming. Something to do with wedding the human girl.
"It's not that hard to solve," Toren snapped at his brother. "But do not treat our mother and queen like that again, or I will make you pay for it, brother. You have no right to do so."
His voice was sharp and angry. "All you have to do is figure out if the girl would take to the change positively, and after you are wed, you may turn her," he suggested slowly. "Right, mother?"

Jerome glared at his younger brother. "I would never want to be like you! You think you're so magnificent but you're not!" Jerome stood as well, he wasn't going to put up with this, not to mention his younger brother adding to it all. "Hush your mouth Toren! You aren't even involved in this. And don't even threaten me, we all know deep down you kiss up to mother to win her love! Everyone knows it! Even father!"
Jerome shrieked. He was fuming now. How he craved to hit his brother, and maybe even Margarette. Taking a breath he turned, and stored out. Jerome balled his hands into fists as he made his way up to his room. "Mother is insane for thinking I will marry Kara... and Toren for butting in. Hurting me? Ha! I'd love to see him try." Jerome growled, entering his room for a brief moment to snatch a chair from his room. He dragged the chair until it was a few feet from the portrait of his father. Jerome's brown eyes studied the face, trying to read what his father must of been thinking when he was being painted.

Tsuzuki quickly followed after Jerome, staying within view of him at all times. Tsuzuki didn't stay too close to him, not wanting him to feel crowded and overwhelmed. Tsuzuki didn't say anything him, or try to. he was angry and Tsuzuki didn't want to accidently make anything worse. He only spoke to Jerome if spoken to, or asked to, or if it was just a point in the day where he'd ask if he was hungry or needed anything. Otherwise, he was his silent guardian, trying to keep his eye on the prince as much as possible.
Margarette let out a sigh as Jerome stormed out, and put a hand to her forehead, "Such a stubborn and ungrateful child I have." She then looked to Toren, "Thank you Toren, but you don't have to put yourself against your brother." Margarette then smiled at her youngest son and said, "But you are right. He could easily turn the girl into another vampire if he wanted. Though he seems to want a pure vampire, I don't see why it really matters though." Though Margarette would never wed a human or a half breed, she preferred vampires herself, but she wouldn't say that in front of anyone, for fear of seeming like a hypocrite.

Toren sighed. "He has no right to treat you so, mother," he said insistently. He was annoyed by his elder brother, but he was also sympathetic towards his feelings at the same time.
"I have heard much about the princess, though, and all good words of her." He sighed. "She is said to be handsome in the least for a human, and soft spoken, kind spirited," he told his mother. "You have heard the same, I am sure, no?"
"But you don't want this, really? Or do you?"

"Tsuzuki, come here. Grab a chair and sit next to me." Jerome ordered. He was slightly relaxed now, but he was still slightly furious at the same time. So many things flooded his head, he needed someone to talk to. Jerome actually admired that Tsuzuki was always around to talk to. It seemed like he was the only real person he could call a friend in the castle at all. Toren used to be, until Jerome had gotten older, and matured as he called it. "To bad you aren't here, you could of talked mother out of being so dreadfully stubborn." Jerome muttered, his eyes couldn't meet those of his father's.
