"What did you say Nu-chan?!~" Nu, again, rolled with the punch, flying quite far along the ground. He then stood and did the same thing he had before, but then was gone from sight and then behind Shinji, and in a very dramatic and slow way, blew a raspberry in to his ear. "I believe that is what I did..." He grinned widely after doing so and knew that something was going to hit his face after this action. "Humph..." Shinji swung his hand back, rotating his arm along the shoulder joint and hit Nu's chin. He reached to the side without turning around and ran his hand up Nu's arm where he grabbed the upper arm, and grabbed the forearm with his other hand and threw him once more into the air. he was above him in less than second, using his lifted knee to prevent him from falling down. He placed his palm on his face and shut his eyes. "Sai... Dai.... Rin..." he unleashed the shockwave unto his face and then released his long-time friend as well. "Rokuougan..." He ran a hand through his own hair and grinned widely. Nu was hit and flung to the ground with great speed. He slammed in to the ground with his back and he buckled upwards, blood coming from his mouth after doing so. He fell back down to the ground and pushed himself up. " No holding back, eh?" Within a millisecond Nu was now under Shinji, his foot going for his chin, making contact and sending him towards the sky, higher than where he was. "Having fun are we? Its been a while." After kicking him he was above Shinji and his fingers pointed at him. "Gran Ray Cero." A large orb of grey appeared and shot down towards Shinji when he was just 5 feet from his finger. He touched his chin lightly with his left hand then let his hand drop to his skin. "Oh yeah..." Shinji grinned widely, his eye becoming slits as he hardened the skin in his left hand to the max, and grabbed the cero in his hand. "Stagnet! Complexio! Supplementum Pro Armationem!" He took the energy of the cero into his own body and his skin darkened then turned gray to match the color of the cero. "Magia Oscura!" He hooked his foot behind Nu's right and delivered three high-speed punches to Nu's stomach, amplified by the speed increase granted to him by the energy of Nu's cero. "Gah!" He flew around thirty feet into a nearby tree,shattering it as though it was paper. "We could keep this up forever you know....." He brought his small sword to his side,as though drawing it. "You have yet to see my bankai..." And with that, he begins to gather reitsu, about to unleash more spiritual pressure then before.

Shinji-tan is a guy.
He was a captain, promoted by myself in a different guild, but I dunno about soutaichou. :/ ...in search of lost wings.
It's only now that I noticed that the thing on his sig says "Male"
I'll read the sample tomorrow. I'm really sleepy and I bet I'd misinterpret some stuff there if I read it now.

Soutaichou is a very big position. Hm, we'll see about this.
If it someone who hasn't been in the guild before it's not very likely that he/she would be a prime candidate for such a spot.

I don't consider a roleplay sample a sample when it's interaction off and on between two people.
I don't think he's ready for Soutaichou just yet.
@ kitsune: Let me get this straight, none if those words in that sample are actually written by him?

Ushinawareta tsubasa wo sageshite... Me knowing him, makes me feel somewhat responsible, but that's just how I am. And yes, we spoke briefly about it, nearly the minute I recognized it as my own. I told him that he cannot do that and that if he didn't say something, I would. He told me to do it and I did it. That upsets me as well, given that he didn't do it himself. But enough about that, if anyone want to know something else, drop me a line.
Going off of what Psi posted earlier, her bio as well as her personality is severely lacking. If she can go into more depth, her consideration by me would improve a bit. I am also a stickler for grammar, and she's lacking a bit in that department. But my personal druthers shouldn't be enough to hold anyone back, nor would I feel good about it if they did. ...in search of lost wings.

Well we can also tell which can be captains by how they go to form their RP profiles. Like that one who wants a high rank, syrieous or something.
I would not recommend him. His RP profile is so godly beyond belief.
Here is the part that gets me:
The command for his Zanpaku-to is "Feed your prey Hiru." This allows him to control blood in anyway, shape, or form. He has full control, it would be baiscly like a water elementalist controls water. He con draw the blood from ones body killing them instandly, stop the flow into body parts, harden it, create weaposn from it and much more such material animals from it as well. When releasing this form the mask become four spikes upon his head, and he grows shoulder lenght silver hair, but he cloths stay the same. He also control several chains plus his sword becomes a Javalin type weapon, and his Hierro intensifies drasticly though it is still penetrable,
This screams auto kill from the underlined area which I marked.
There are also a few more which I will list for historic means.
Lil Tsume:
Shikai Abilities: Tsume's Spiritual Pressure, Speed, and Rieatsu double.
"Senkou"- (Air Flash) Gives Tsume unbelievable extra speed. Used by itself its as fast as the flash step, but using it with the flash step Tsume's speed is doubled
"Disperse"- Tsume's zanpakuto dissappeares turning into wind. Tsume can now control the invisible, and untraceble, wind and air at his will. He can attack or defend with great speed of the wind, and with his spiritual energy he can sharpen the wind to no extent.
"Kaze'houkou"- (howling winds) A lightning fast typhoon that follows and hits the target at full power, cutting and slashing at the engulfed victom.
"Kaze'kiba"- (wind fangs) Unseen, but traceable by the high pressured rieatsu shaping, and forming the wind blades. 70 at most, wind blades are formed from the left to right horizontal swing of Tsume's blade and with another swing the blades are released, If pierced by any of the blades, it will be forced deeper into the body, than a regular blade.
Illusion Abilities with Zanpakuto:
"Kuro"- (clone) Tsume can summon up to 15 clones that behave, and attack on their own, to destroy them they must be killed like a normal human is killed. They are in shikai like the original Tsume, have the same abilities (except Kuro), and wont be killed so easily.
"Kenkaku"- (illusion blades) By pointing at a victom with his zanpakuto the ability activates. In the mind of that person four blades are pierced through the hands and feet, this puts the nerves to the limit making the person feel pain it reality, and also making them believe te illusion is happening in reality. This leaves the immobile person in reality to Tsume's will.
Animi luver:
During it's release the it rains beautiful blue flowers coordinating with the ones in the pic , that allow the sky to shoots out lightning.
2nd Ability:
When released the spirit of the wind will heal Kai's wounds immanently and also throughout the battle.
3rd Ability :
During the time of it's release the winds can become untamed and form twisters around the area and cause it harder for his opponent to move through the area.
4th Ability:
Kai is able to swing the spear by a cloth causing wind to generate around the area , he then can discharge a powerful twister not stopping until it hits it's chosen target.
( I'm not too sure about this one, I think the last ability is alittle much but then again, just suggesting. )
I will look deeper into this later on.

For the 'Feed your prey Hiru' thing, it's either he is unable to realize its godlike abilities, or he must've forgotten to add some details. Like 'this is a one in a million chance' or 'takes a lot of energy/time'
Lil Tsume's Shi Kai seems more like Ban Kai to me, I can imagine it toppling a captain level shinigami with relative ease.
The only thing I'm bothered about Animi's profile is his 2nd ability, if it can truly heal throughout the battle AND can be used in conjunction with his other abilities then it should be removed from Shi Kai and put in Ban Kai. His 1st and 3rd, I think, can be allowed if they're toned down a bit.
And yeah, profiles say something about the person that made them.

For a short time, mind you... but still. xd
ANYWAY... I agree with both of you... They do seem godly and I'd hardly consider them for the seats. Not unless they tone some crap down. ...in search of lost wings.
