Not since they were much younger, anyway....its never been something that's felt the same to him to do alone.
And no, its not far at all. Maybe a few minutes' walk from here, he says as he sets a bowl in front of her and one at his own place at the table. There is a grassy hilled area between where the lots end and the neighboring park begins.
She may have seen it on the walks to and from the grocer...

Baikou thinks she knows the place (but in her old age she has become so forgetful); shall they be going up right after dinner, then?
Perhaps she should have asked for stuffed rolls instead of salad...

Ah, but if she'd wanted stuffed rolls, he'd still be making them, is the problem. And by the time he was done, there'd be no sunset to watch, he smiles a bit.
....and really, who's told Baikou she is old? She is still young and lovely.

Baikou leans forward, rubbing her back. "So old and creaky," she whispers in an exaggerated old-biddy voice, then giggles.
... Of course, even if she were a hundred years old, to hear that from Hitsuga would make her feel young again.

Pink rises in his cheeks as he looks to the tabletop briefly.
If she WERE a hundred years old, it would only mean that these eyes had seen as many years of loveliness.
....however, he worries if he continues to flatter her, they may not leave the house after all, he adds, picking up his fork.

It's too bad that hill is rather exposed...
Ahem.
She takes up her fork too, picking around for a tasty-looking piece. So... what sort of wedding customs do humans have? What sort of imagery are they going to incorporate into the bottles... ... ...
