"Oh that sounds fun." She didn't really know what all the words he said meant, but she guessed it was something fun. "Let's go!" She said and waited for him to lead her yet again, as she had no clue which direction to go from here. Karma just always needed leading.

Seth smiled warmly to Karma. "Alright, it's this way!" He was excited to be spending time with another pae. Looking over his maps, he had to decide which beach to take her to.
"Have you ever been to beach by Hula Bob's bar?" He asked her, looking up over the parchments.

"Once, but I didn't stay long." She had went for a bit of fun right after the isle descended. "We can go there or to a different one." She really didn't care. She would let him pick, because that was Fate intervening, right?

Seth smiled warmly. "We'll go to that beach; I know that the sand is warm and soft there, and the waters are clear.... personally, it's my favorite beach as well."
He led Karma through the terrains as he brought her to the beach. Once they were, he smiled widely. "So.... what sort of shells do you like?"

"That sounds wonderful." Karma smiled and followed Seth that way. She was having such a good time so far. Fate had such a wonderful way to find happy times.
"Shell? I don't think I have a favorite. Do you?" She hadn't really thought about that before. What shell was nicer than the rest? She would have to search for one.

"Well, my favorite shell... would have to be the Venus comb. It's absolutely breathtaking, in my opinion.... I hope that we can find one, then I'd be able to show you."
He smiled to her. "We'll have to try to find a shell you like too, of course."

"The Venus comb? That does sound really pretty." She kept walking after him. "Sure takes a while huh?" She was a bit over excited to search for shells. She knew taking your time was the best way to find surprises, but today she was a bit impatient.

He chuckled a little. "Yeah, sometimes I wish I'd been given a power to help me travel faster. It would certainly help my data collecting become a lot faster.... Oh well, not much one can do."
He looked over at Karma. "If you'd be interested, I do have several Venus combs at my place... you could take one with you if you'd fancy."

Karma stopped dead in her tracks at the words, 'I wish'. No, no, no! He didn't utter those words, did he? She turned with a frown on her face. She hadn't even heard whatever else he said instead she was busy looking around for the answer to his wish.
The answer came in the form of a small faerie. She fluttered over to Seth with a bright smile. "Here you go!" She handed him a silver bag and with that flew away again.

Seth blinked, completely shocked as he found himself now holding a silver bag. "Alright.... that was... incredibly strange...." Holding up the bag by the tips of his fingers, he inspected it. "I wonder what this is for...."

Karma wasn't sure how that answered his wish. It was so odd. What was inside the bag. "Open it up and see what inside." Maybe it was a magic bag that poofed them around the isle? She wasn't sure, but she hoped it wasn't bad.

Slowly, Seth opened the bag and held it upside down. From the bag dropped out a pair of Bird of Paradise blooms, but these different from the ones he'd seen; they were glowing slightly and felt warm to the touch.
"Is this... supposed to help me in my travels....?"

Karma looked at the two flowers. She wasn't sure what they were for. "Well, yeah, I guess. The faerie gave them to you for a reason." She wasn't going to say that his wish came true...it's not like straight out got answered, but that was how her wishes worked.

Seth frowned, then put the two blooms back into the bag, tieing it off and attaching it to his staff on his back. "I'll have to see the library when we return... until then, let us look for some shells." He smiled to Karma, not about ready to let his selfish curiosity spoil this for her.

Disaster averted! He put the blossoms away and joined her again. She was happy. She hoped the wish she granted turned out ok. Sometimes she hated her power, but then knew Fate was behind it. "Ok, let's look!"
