No, because a spin-off wouldnt include Lelouche, it would be an entirely different story.
Like .hack//ROOTS not being the same story as .hack//SIGN for example.
Ugh, I hate .Hack, it's just talking and no action whatsoever, I spend an hour watching waiting for a fight scene and nothing, just "Blah blah blah this is a game blah blah blah I'm actually fat blah blah blah all the characters of this show don't have a life blah blah blah.".
i think he's alive and will live in secret, and eventually come back and show he's alive to kallen... i just think CC is weird, no offence to the CC lovers...
but anyway... .hack is an AMAZEING SERIES! i just finished marathoning through the 3 .hack//G.U. games. (i played for 14 hours one day, seriously. the games have tons of plot, and take forever to complete, (maybe 70-80 hours total O_o but yeah, try compressing that into an anime... impossible... the animes are just spin-offs instead, with a lot of the fighting cut out
