'Ello thar pplz. My name is Katie Amazing. I've been a Bowie fan since I was 5 when my mom was like "'ere, watch this movie" and I watched Labyrinth. Ever since, I've been addicted. It's VERY hard to find fans of his in southeast Kentucky, let me tell you. But I live and I spread around the awesomeness that is David Bowie to the small towns!!!

Hello, I'm Ask Jareth, frequently found in the LD/LI. I've been a Bowie fan for about 6 years now, and it actually had nothing to do with Labyrinth. I have all his albums from 1969-1977 and scattered ones after that. I'm working on the rest. Oh, and I named my cat David Bowie. whee

Well, first off congratulations because this is the only guild I can see myself being continuously active in.
Secondly, hi.
I'm Sarah, and I have been a Bowie fan since about ninth grade.
I have actually never seen Labyrinth, which will soon be corrected, but I heard "Starman" and I quickly got obsessed, thus committing David Bowie to being the only artist whose music I buy and don't steal.
My Bowie obsession however didn't start until I started watching "Demyx Time."
"You must face east on the David Bowie mat, say his name five times and 'dance magic dance,' or the rain will never come!? ...your prayers to David Bowie do not bring the rain Demyx."
I also think he should have his own holiday, if not his own religion of rabid fans.
You know right now I feel like I'm in Alcoholics Anonymous for Bowieites.
"Hi I'm Sarah and I'm addicted to David Bowie."
