Tricaselin shouldn't wish thats sets rotate out, he justs needs to netdeck with cards that are powerful in multiple formats. Case in point: Life from the Loam. Good in extended and will probably be good in Standard (Albern isn't keeping track of standard now).

My best cards are already Crush of the womrs and Guildfeeder and 1 small Ray Downbringer. I was have Avatar of Voe but i must sell it crying

I've had at one time a chrome mox or two, plus i own a few ravnica dual lands.

But i think one of the best cards ever made i have: Isochron Scepter

think of what you can do with that thing now days.

You could make a terrorchron a kill a now black, non artifact creature every turn for 2 mana

you could make a terminatechron and kill any creature once a turn.

you could make a glimpse chron and take 10 cards off your opponent's deck EVERY TURN!

you could make a lightning helix chron and do 3 damagea and gain three life every turn.

that thing has near endless awesome combos.

although now that I think about it I did have a card that there are only 3 known in the world of (let's put it this way, a DEALER gave me 2 grand for it) It was a revised Dragon Whelp with a hologram on it. Back when wizards first started making foils they petitioned some companies and said 'how would you make them for us?' A company named Crystal Holographics made the whelp, three of them, but wizards wouldnt buy the process because it was to expensive to make and the hologram was to thick. It was really cool.
