Nils rubbed his eyes with one hand. He had nearly fallen asleep. How embarrassing! He gave Sue a nod, both apologetically for dozing off a bit and as an agreement to what she was saying. "Mm-hm. The sooner we go, the better..."
He then turned to his sister, Ninian, and gave her a light smile. "Ninian..." The bard took one of her hands in his own, giving it a light squeeze. "Oh, thank goodness you're alright..." He sighed in relief. "Stay here, alright? Hikaru, Sue, myself, and maybe some others are going to go and get food for all of us... Just rest up or something, alright? You deserve it." He gave her hand another squeeze before releasing it. "You need to stay happy and safe, sister, because I can't stand to see you sad or hurt..."

After him reunion with Nils and then Sue too, FD readied himself to go hunting. As a Fire Dragon, he wasn't expecting Nomad hunting techniques to be too applicable to him if he were to transform in search of game. Certainly he'd do well at slaying beasts transformed, but he didn't intend to until he actually a target.
(*is reminded of The Lord of The Flies by FEF being exiled and hunting XP*)

Vika slowly staggered out of the nearing-empty cafe. Her head throbbed, almost as though she had ingested that drink. The air was cool, slightly humid. It had a relieving effect on Vika's nerves, and she decided the best thing for her to do right now was to take a fly. Ever since she was a little girl, flying had always taken her mind off the more stressful parts of life. That was the worst part of being a slave; she couldn't ever fly, and it had taken so much out of her.
But those times were over now. She had the best times of her life ahead of her, and these thoughts consoled her as she spread her wings and took to the skies. The sun was dimming in the sky now as evening overtook the kingdom of Learania. It was quite tranquil in the fading light, and Vika's spirit was almost set at ease.
*fwish!*
Vika paused, her wings flapping in the air as she remained stationary. What was that? She looked down at the town below her, and she could barely make out a throng of people holding...were those torches? This didn't seem to bode well, and only too late did she entirely realize what sound was. It came again, and this time it was accompanied by pain.
"Ahh!" Vika staggered in midair, clutching the stake now embedded in her arm. Granted, it could have ended a lot worse. But Vika knew now that this was not a place she wanted to be. She guessed she had only about a few seconds left before they were going to fix their aim. Without a moment's hesitation, she yanked the arrow out of her arm, ripping the flesh more on the way out. It was agonizing, but it was a problem she was going to have to deal with for now if she wanted to live. She cast the arrow down upon the ground below, and shifted into her raven form just as another arrow barely missed her. She had to find someplace safe, and quick.
Her lithe raven body sliced through the air, blood from her injury dripping towards the distant ground below. Her eyes darted forth in the darkness, attempting to find shelter enough to tend to her injuries. Darkness was never a friend to the avian laguz, though, and she found it difficult in her raven form to spot anything. All she saw was a nearing mountaintop, and many people she recognized from around the kingdom. Like that one dancer girl, Ninian...she knew that this was a good crowd. Her form soared down upon them, her body melding back into its human form as she put a hand back to her arm to slow the bleeding from the torn skin.
"Um...h-hi," she quietly announced to the disturbed onlookers.

Vika's wounds didn't take terribly long to heal. Somebody must've seen the blood oozing down her arm, and the cooling sensation as flesh mended back together was pleasant enough. But who...?
"Hello to you, too," said Jin's voice from the darkness. He was nowhere to be seen.
"...Sorry if you can't see me," he added. "Dark clothing, you know."
(NINJA PRIEST. By the time you see him, you're already healed.)

Ninian nodded at Nils. She would stay behind while a small group went to find food. "Be safe," she told him. "I don't want to see you hurt either." He was her one and only brother, and she didn't want to lose him.
She turned to Roy beside her, wounds newly healed by the lady bishop. "Thank you," she said to the woman and to Sue, who had brought Roy to where he now sat.
They'd been separated during the fighting, almost as soon as it had begun. She was relieved to see him alive and safe, even if he had been hurt.
"Roy," she whispered. "You're alright. . . . Thank goodness."
She didn't want to lose him, not when she'd just gotten him back. Remembering her dream, the tears began to flow once more. She took his hand in her, just holding it.
"You're alive . . . you're alive. . . ."

"No, I'm much better no that my wounds are gone," Valter replied to Sue."Hunting sou-" Sue suddenly ran off to Roy right in the middle of the Moonstone's sentence. He stood there for a few seconds, mouth still open. Realizing how stupid he must have looked, he quickly closed his mouth and walked away.

Shinon finished making his arrows and outfitted himself. He then prodded jin in the back with an arrow. "So What are you up to?" (Short Post)

[[I was gone, but... Blossom arrived with Jin. Yeah. XD]]
The magic of the Fortify staff was far-reaching enough to get to Blossom, soothing what was left of her scrapes and wounds, but the poison was still coursing in her system. Without easy access to a Restore staff, Jin was right; she would have to let the poison run its course.
But goodness, this wasn't easy. Blossom couldn't put any pressure on her left leg, her steps wobbly as she used her sword as a makeshift crutch, hobbling along with the dark-robed man that had helped her before. When she found herself at the encampment, Blossom looked first for Aidan and Lance. She couldn't see either. Where are they? she thought, biting her lower lip. Her left leg continued to wobble a little; the wound at her thigh, while mostly sealed, was still puffed and bright red, partially hidden by her stockings.
Blossom turned to speak to Jin, then paused. Where had he gone? "Uh... J-Jin?" she questioned hesitantly, directing her voice to the dark, forested area where she'd heard him. "Does... um, someone have a Restore staff?"

Hidden among the range of mountains was a very special cavern.
Yes, the mountains were strewn with caverns. Some led down to the depths of the earth, some ended at rock only a few feet in. But one cavern was unlike the rest, for it held a special inhabitant, had a special design...
It was too far for the guildmembers to see. But it was there.
"I have done all I can do."
In the middle of the cavern, a tall figure, face concealed beneath a dark hood, had her back on her disciple. She trembled in the vast chamber that encircled the two. Chaos echoed off its walls, a malevolent herald to what would pass. And it wracked her body with illness, suppressing her strength, subduing her clarity.
A pool of water stretched at her feet.
"I am no longer the one who requires protection."
She watched everything unfold in that pool of water. The citizens of Eyris who had taken up arms against the guild that sought to protect them, the hero in the kitchen sweetly sharpening his knives to prepare a grand feast, the brigade of morphs that had swept across the land.
She stood in silence, her head bowed.
"Your services are needed elsewhere now, my child."
She saw the guildmembers gathered among the mountains, comforting one another, awash with woe, faint with weakness. Shadows fell across her face as she bowed her head further. She was powerless to help them, powerless to have helped Fefga.
But she was not without options.
"I will not hear any protest."
For a moment, all stilled itself in the cavern. And then the Goddess swung around, her authority clear in what was visible of her hooded face.
"Go!"

The disciple darted out of the cavern at the goddess's command. The shadows of the stone walls flickered across a pure white form as he bolted down, knowing the urgency that possessed her voice.
As he emerged into the outdoors, the shadows were washed away. He was bright against all around him, the features unmistakable. Spirits glimmered and whispered on his skin as he snatched up the reins to his dark slate rouncey, the trees seeming to give way for a messenger and guardian.
The horse whickered and reared. The rider vaulted into the saddle and spurred it forth.
"I will return."
Soren bolted through the trees, the essence of Order emanating from the trail he blazed.

Victoria was about to let her fuze go off again, but she could see that the young girl, Blossom was really ailing of the poison. She shouldn't be upset to help others, but by the Saint and Goddess did she need rest! Somehow... she felt some strength return to her as she held the Restore over Blossom. "Warrior... be healed..." she whispered wearily.

Vika gazed at the man, unsure of his identity. Really, the only people she knew were back from Halloween, when she'd banded first against them, and then with them. His questioning glance bothered her.
"I'm...I'm sorry...I'm Vika. I'm not with them, but...I really don't know what's going on."
Her human eyes were much better than her raven eyes in the fading light. She could tell that she was not the only one who had been injured. It took her quite by surprise when her wound sealed up, the cooling sensation of the healing magic taking over her. She shivered a bit, partially from the sudden wave, partially from the mysterious manner in which it was done. She looked around, but saw no one. "T-thank you..."
So, there was something very mysterious afoot, and she wasn't really sure what was going on. Fortunately, she spotted that one girl - Blossom, wasn't it? Her hair was still as short as Vika remembered it. Her head cocked slightly subconsciously. Vika thought her hair would look better if she grew it out, but it wasn't her hair to worry about. She wandered over to her and tapped her shoulder. "Um...hi." The girl seemed to have been in very much pain herself, and Vika lacked any real healing talents, but...perhaps her presence could help things. If anything, maybe Vika could find out what was going on.

Blossom thanked Victoria quietly, relaxing when she shakily put her foot to the ground. She paused, held still, then lifted up her sword. No fall. She was better now! She thanked Victoria again, her smile widening. This was definitely better than before. "You look pale, though... you ought to go lay down. There are other priests around here, right? We don't want you to tire out..." Blossom pulled her lower lip between her teeth, biting it nervously before turning to the familiar voice behind her shoulder.
A raven? Blossom studied her for a moment, then realized just why she was familiar. She remembered pained shoutings, a bleeding woman on the living room floor, shouting for a woman named Synra... "Vika... it's Vika, right?" Blossom questioned. She strapped her bloody sword to her back; she didn't have easy access to a stream, so she couldn't wash the stains and smell away, but as much as she wanted do, this wasn't a time to be too forlorn. "Hi there. Are you all right?"

"Y-yes, it is..." She swallowed a lump in her throat. "Blossom, right...?" Her eyes wavered to the bloody sword for just a moment, then back to her eyes. "I'm sorry to bother you, but...I'm really not sure what's going on. I was just flying, and I got hit by an arrow, and then I found this place..." She shook her head. "I've had these weird premonitions, and...I'm really not feeling all right. Do you know what's going on?"
