Panthers they are good if the last playoff appearance wasn't a hoax then they should win a couple of more games to show that they mean business.
Bucs do they have the same Defense anymore to win a couple of games they'll be a okay team but no big D
Falcons if last year wasn't a hoax since they made the playoffs and no more talk about Michael Vick.
Saints if last year wasn't a hoax for this team they would play better.
Panthers Falcons/Saints Saints/Falcons Bucs

The panthers have a great chance of sneaking into a division which is over-hyped by the Falcons. The panthers major downfall is there schedule, it's ridiculous. Also the fact that people think the team is way to one dimensional, everyone's going to be over-preparing for the run in this coming year and the Panthers are going to have a free passing attack for the beginning of the year. And Jake Delhomme definitely has what it takes to be a franchise QB. His only major problem is the fact that he can be easily flustered which is why the Panthers have a strong running attack.

Surprisingly, I say the Buc's will be one of the best in the Division. Falcons First. Matt Ryan is a pretty good QB. Turner is a great RB. They also have A Pretty easy Schedule. Buccaneers seconds. I mean, common. Look at their Off season, and their schedule. Should be easy. Sadly, the Panthers third. They have a tough schedule coming up, and most of the teams they play have great Defense, or either an outstanding offense that the Panthers Defense will have a tough time with. They will be a letdown. Finally at fourth, the Saints. They had a pretty good season last year. If the rest of the Division is doing good, then the last team will suck. Plus, Saints D sucks.

Bucks and Falcons are right even in my eyes. They are both excellent teams with a good history and a good mixture of young players and veterans. The Saints are, personally, in the rebuilding phase. I feel so bad for Drew Brees right now. His team was on the bottom of the division and very well could be again. Not to say the Saints suck or anything. There isn't a single team in the NFC South I wouldn't put above all others. Too bad Brees couldn't come on over to ol' Carolina! surprised We could use a good QB like him right now. As Indy said earlier, Delhomme has great potential, but gets flustered when he is pressured and has to catch up. He's WAY better than ********' Testaverde was. But Jake's a bit of a liability sometimes. That 33-13 showed it. But enough dreaming. We're stuck with the guy until 2014. Might as well make the best of it. Here's how I see the NFC South lining up next season. Panthers take NFC South again, and #2 seed in 2009. Between 11-5 and 13-3. Bucks possibly make Wildcard in 2009. Between 9-7 and 11-5. Falcons make playoffs in 2009. Between 10-6 and 12-4. Saints have a decent season in 2009, but playoffs are still just out of reach. Between 7-9 and 10-6.

I agree, as of right now I have the Panthers winning the division, but hopefully the season will turn-out otherwise. I respectfully disagree with the Saints not making it. With additions of Jenkins and Vaughn on defense, they're clearly going for secondary. Also with a depressing finish last season they're going to come back with a probably healthy Reggie Bush, and a angry Drew Brees, they're going to be my sleeper team.

Jenkins and Vaughn are a great addition and will add solidity to their relatively weak defense. Reggie Bush has had a decent couple of seasons. His season would have been several hundred yards greater than previous seasons had he not been injured. He has the potential to do as well as DeAngelo Williams did last season. Drew Brees is a monster of a QB. That is, I think, the biggest thing the Saints have going for them. With a renewed RB, your Rushing game has a chance at new life. With the addition of several new defensive players, maybe your defense could get a jump-start. The Saints. I don't think, are gonna do as bad as they did last season. I don't think the South is gonna have a switcharoo like it has in the past either. The South, in both the NFC and AFC, are gonna be the divisions to watch out for in the coming season. I am hoping that the North will lose strength over the next few seasons, and that the South will become the new center of dominance in the League.

Yeah. And we only had a bad Defense last Season 8th. This Season we are having a completely new Defense which most teams are not ready for. The Patriots definately. We are probably going to have somewhere around the Colts Defense since we have their Defensive Coordinator now. And the Patriots lost to the Colts mainly because of their Defense. Now the Panthers have a chance at doing the same thing the Colts did to the Patriots.

I wonder how that will effect NFC South teams, Ron Meeks goes for smaller faster guys that wrap-up and have good pass defense.
