•I bear the seed of ruin… •A golden age turned to stone… вєαѕтмιѕтяєѕѕ єѴєℓYη Sometimes I wonder why they need me at all! … For this, a tragic journey• … A vision of a dying embrace• Evelyn tried to get off Triumph’s back to better speak to Mika on literally more equal footing, but Triumph would have none of it. It had been far, far too long since the Gwyllgi had its master on its back that even considering letting her get off didn’t even occur to the creature. ”Tut tut, Triumph,” Evelyn hissed as she pulled on some the monster’s fur causing him to settle down, but still refuse to let the Beastmistress off. She sighed, but pat and rubbed behind his ears as he sat down, at least bringing her as close as possible to Mika’s eye level without letting her off.
”Mika, Mika. Oh, I see. Can I say the pleasure is all mine to meet your acquaintance? You may call me Evelyn…” She nodded rapidly to herself, as if she was confirming something within her mind that did not get spoken. ”And this bad boy here is Triumph.” The teal haired girl smacked the Gwyllgi on the back as she said his name, as to put further emphasis on it. ”Yes, there are nine, they shall be here in due haste. It’s just that we had… a little luncheon of sorts… So, yes, yes, they’re coming,” she chirped as a large grin spread across her face. ”You could say that some are slower than others~"

" Maybe that's the reason why" "You can't ever fly..." Cαsτειιo "Take away the blue..." ______________ "Who's slow?" Castello asked, splayed out and relaxing in a branch above Evelyn's head. He yawned widely, stretching languidly and rolling a bit to look down at her. "Been waiting for... for... well, for a couple of minutes," the raven finally admitted, "But that was long enough for me to take a nice long two-minute nap and oh my it was nice." He grabbed the branch and gracefully swung himself down, then dropped to the ground and turned to face Mika. "So... I don't suppose you know why we're here? Because I sure as hell don't."

"...Is truth." A calm voice uttered from seemingly nowhere. Having just gracefully jumped down silently from one of the nearby trees, nobody noticed Shento, as he got close, and stood by them all. [creeper...] "I has have waiting, an seed him when he come in. Others slow." He raised his head up at them, then turned it slightly, allowing a lock of hair to slide against his face. "...Did not want to make strange girl not to feel well" He noted, trying to communicate that he didn't wish to make Mika feel uncomfortable waiting for the others alone with somebody who couldn't talk well, like him.

Mika was startled by the raven man when he spoke. She turned to him and held up a finger. "I'll explain when the others are here. The short version is that we're going to take over this mansion.... And Loki said you'd help me." She turned to Shento and blinked, confused. She didn't recognize his accent and tried to wrap her mind around what he had said--- Only because he hadn't said it very well. She gave him a smile. "Um... Hi."

Galloping down the path, Isadora rode her horse to FEFGA's manor. After hearing Victoria's concerns about the manor, the paladin thought about checking the manor to make sure that everything was okay. The Bishop said she sensed the power of a druid with ancient magic.... But she haven't explain why it was connected to FEFGA's manor.
Maybe the druid was heading to the manor. But ever since she rode out, Isadora had not seen any druid or any dark magic users along the rode. So far, there's no sign of danger.... Isadora thought as she continued galloping. However, one must not underestimate the surroundings.
Suddenly she felt a gush of wind blowing from the back, as if someone had just passed her. What was that?Isadora thought as she stopped her horse from galloping. She looked around the area. So far, where was nothing strange nor any movement around. But what made the wind blow from behind? Unsure what it was but thinking it was nothing to worry, Isadora continued riding onward.
As she reached over the hill, Isadora could see FEFGA's manor from far. Looking at it carefully, Isadora noticed something was odd about the manor. She narrowed her eyes to see what it was before shockingly surprise took over her face.
FEFGA's manor! A part of the manor was destroyed! But how? And what happened? Judging from the location of the manor, it looked like the part that was destroyed came from the library. Worried crawled up in her spine.
"Don't tell me the druid beat me to it." Isadora muttered as she kicked her horse to go. The horse jumped on its back legs before beginning to reach toward FEFGA's house. The paladin prayed that the members inside the manor were not injured and that she was not too late.
((Oy, I need to give my horse a name, but I forgot what was the name Geitz named him. sweatdrop ))

Neros was sucking on the exposed veins, somewhat hoping he wouldn't contract some sort of parasite while also hoping he would, listening in silence for what the spirit and what Rhys had to say. Needless to specify, Neros was suddenly in ill humor with the priest. Bishop. Whatever he was.
But something else was concerning him. Some other presence. No, nononononono, other presences. And they resonated with a deep, ancient power. Yes, they were so powerful that he could feel them from a distance. He was sensitive to this sort of thing too.
It was as if the waves of their energy signatures were surging through the room, and he shivered again from the crown of the head to the tips of his wings.
Suddenly, he just wanted to run. Back to his home in the attic, back with the dismemberment and the dissection, the bonecrafting, the absorption.
His expression faded into wariness. Neros began backing out of the chamber without stating a real reason as to why.

Rhys stared in confusion as Soren backed away all of a sudden. What on Earth is he doing now? I thought he wanted to talk to..
Maybe it was something he remembered? No, wait... Soren was a magic user, too. He could detect magic in the area, and he definitely sensed something he didn't like. Maybe it was the going crazy business, but then again, even sane Soren had always exercised caution. He'd usually been right to do so, too.
Now it was Rhys' turn to look concerned. He paused for a moment, extending his energies outward, trying to sense if there was something or someone new to the area... Hmm. Wait, yes. Energy, and LOTS of it. Close by, too. Whoever was here... these newcomers were beyond himself and Soren.
But what do I do? Soren may have the attic, but... I can't just walk out the door. I'll be creamed! There has to be something I can do!
But there seemed to be nothing... if he went out there, he'd be captured for sure, if not beaten outright. He COULD close the door to the passage, sure, but even if they didn't find the passage, eventually he'd starve down here and be forced to give himself up or die. That left one option...
He frantically searched along the walls for anything, ANYTHING at all that would lead the secret passage down further. Was there anything further? Did the passage come out anywhere? If it didn't, he was sunk!

Amelia clearly took up the rear, giving herself a wide berth between the group and herself. She didn't know what intentions they had, exactly, but she was hoping for the best. Amelia couldn't guess what they could be, though, and so when they approached the side of the house, speaking to a girl Amelia couldn't quite make out yet, Amelia found herself crouching behind a thick clump of bushes some yards away, close enough to hear (as long as they didn't whisper), and far enough away to not draw attention. Perfect.
As Castello dropped down to the ground, followed by a man Amelia didn't recognize, she turned her gaze to the girl they had been speaking to. Shento's words were too quiet for her to catch, and the clothes were unfamiliar, but... That is Mika? Amelia thought incredulously. She stayed in her spot, about to wonder why she was hiding before she heard Mika's words; they were faint, with the distance, but she caught the meaning well enough: "The short version is that we're going to take over this mansion... and Loki said you'd help me." Ledreak appeared in Amelia's vision, but she was too busy concentrating on what had just been said.
What? What?? Loki? Here? Mika's back, and... what?? What in the name of Latona is going on here?! Amelia inaudibly drew in air through her teeth, color paling out of her face. She still remembered that voice, the cloak of wind and fire, everything. Where is he? Why is Mika trying to take over Fefga's manor...? Amelia crouched down lower, praying they hadn't seen her. She had ended up helping the people that were trying to ruin them...? I have to warn people... but how do I get out without them noticing me?
[[Okay let's hope I don't have to wait for MORE of the heroes. XD *had this post last night*]]

Mika looked around at the heroes. "We're going to take over this mansion tonight. I'm going to do something that's going to help you get in. Loki gave me the power to lower this barrier for you."
Mika carefully walked around to the front of the mansion. She raised her staff. There was a bright flash of light. All of a sudden, they heard a CRACK! The magical barrier around the house was gone. Everybody could feel it lifted from the house. Mika smiled. "She can't put it back up. They're going to suspect something now, so the sooner, the better." She grinned.
Suddenly she felt a presence. She whipped around, her eyes searching around for Amelia. "YOU! Guys, she saw us! Get her!!"

" Maybe that's the reason why" "You can't ever fly..." Cαsτειιo "Take away the blue..." ______________ Castello was already moving when Mika gave the order-- the ears of the bird laguz tribes are legendary-- and he had gracefully kicked off the ground and spread his wings. Lazily, he soared straight over Amelia's head, then folded his sable wings and dropped to the ground directly behind Amelia, settling his soft-looking hands almost gently on her shoulders.
He leaned down, smiling, to whisper in her ear. "I wouldn't move if I were you. It would break Teifi's heart if I had to kill you, dear." He smiled, gently squeezing her right shoulder. The soft-looking hands disguised the underlying incredible power that coursed through him.

Amelia stared at Mika, watching as she spoke again. She tried not to dwell again on the fact that she was working with Loki, that she had this power because of a ******** evil god of darkness. Her eyes widened as she moved slowly around the side of the manor. When her staff rose, and the barrier lifted, Amelia could literally feel the shift. Like a magical presence just... got shattered... this can't get much worse, can it?
"YOU! Guys, she saw us! Get her!!"
...Yes they can.
Amelia panicked, startling to her feet. She took one step backward before finding a pair of hands on her shoulders. The touch was light, almost gentle, but the sudden feeling brought a very visible flinch all down her body. "I wouldn't move if I were you. It would break Teifi's heart if I had to kill you, dear." The sound of Castello's voice in her ear caused her to inhale sharply, eyes wide.
Amelia felt a slight sound of panic escape her mouth as his hand squeezed her shoulder, where it wasn't covered by her shoulderguards. She found herself standing perfectly still, the color draining out of her face. Things have gotten very, very bad.

As Isadora rode her horse toward FEFGA's house, she heard a very fainted sound coming to her ears. The paladin pulled the reins, making her horse jumped onto its back legs and stopped.
The paladin tried to listen to the sound again. Whatever that sound came from, something wasn't right. Even if the sound was too soft or too far from her, it was her job to investigate what it was. If it was a person, then she would know that someone was in trouble.
However, she heard no sound. It was quiet.... Too quiet that a few hair on the back of her neck pricked. She didn't like to have this feeling. Whatever that sound was, surely she would hear it again. But as of right now, she had to reach to FEFGA's manor.
Kicking her horse to move again, Isadora raced forward again.

<[ – K Y Ř O Ş – ]> o[-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------]o -...I can change your life, rest assured...- "I have seen love in vain..." "...I have felt the pain..." The man continued forward, glancing up as Castello flew above his head, dark wings carrying the man quickly towards the manor. The arrival of the long-haired Shento from the nearby forest, joining Evelyn and Triumph at the destination. Then, Ledreak just kind of appeared, Kyros's steps increasing to get there at least a little bit faster.
As he rejoined the group, he lightly placed Teifi back on her nimble feet, an expectant smile as he looked over the others. Jyoti hadn't gotten there yet, Misura was definitely somewhere, and Domanova and Charles were likely leisurely reminiscing on the way.
The little girl's outburst made the Warrior jump, instantly clenching the handle of his axe, able to cleave the opposition down if need be. But, the young girl from the restaurant, Amelia, was already restrained by Castello. Crisis averted, for now. So, he turned back to Mika, intrigued at the plan to conquer a mansion.
"...it's just a mansion, girl. What's worth conquering in there?" He pointed a hand towards the town, specifically to the large castle in the distance. "Why not capture the castle?" Still, there's probably a reason she went for the mansion, so who was he to delve into it. Or so he thought.
"...who are you, anyway? You'd not told me your name, and I can't help but feel I've seen you before." Knowing him, the others had gotten there first, leaving him to miss introductions. And how could both he and his comrades all end up in the same place, on the same impulse? "...Torn by desire..." "...Lead by the fire..." (I know what it means to burn.) o[-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------]o <[ – S A V O R • T H E • M O M E N T – ]>
