Xeion sighed. "I see."
Xeion saw the lunges her claws made, aiming to tear him apart bit by bit. Her strikes were fluid, deadly, powerful. They showed her rage, her deep-seated rage, with every swipe she made. This saddened Xeion more. Maybe this Arrancar right here enjoyed pain -- enjoyed it every much. All those negative emotions flowing out of her like a poison. It was scary. The same went for the other Arrancar. It looked like he followed the female one simply out of admiration for her, though he sensed disdain for her as well. It was an intermixing emotion, hate and love rolled into one. It was a complicated feeling from such a complicated person. It was just like him and his past feelings for his master, Feiy-sama.
"O pitiful shadow, cloaked in darkness. Your presence has caused great pain and suffering to those around you...," muttered Xeion, as he weaved through the attacks, one by one. The sound of his voice becoming more and more sinister with each passing verse.

((Short post, sorry. ))
Opehlia looked confused for a moment. What was with this mumbling? His scent was changing subtley as well. She'd put a stop to whatever this was.
As she swiped at him she kicked hard at his legs, aiming to buckle him.

"Why do you ask these questions?... What do you have to gain from letting your enemy live?... Would those actions cost the lives of allies later on? I've seen your shinigami's "Friendship" And "loyalty" and "Honor..." More so... I haven't really seen any of it..."
Horatio skid to a stop before hopping back up. His right hand held his blade tightly, his knuckles whitened. He was conflicted inside with everything he has experienced in the last few days.
"You Shinigami are not so diffrent from us... some of you search for power, some of you disobey commands, you rush to battle insearch of glordy or because of hate, you pounce at every possible threat or enemy without reason or warning... your allies hardly help, if so they help out of duty instead of will... Is your side any better then ours?..."
The sadness deepened in his tone. Horatio had been conflicted with himself for some time weather which side would be better and fit for living, he wanted a place to be since he thought he would fit in neither and would settle for a place at Aizen's side with the mask of being one of Aizen's typical cut-throat model arrancar.

Xeion ducked when he saw Ophelia-san's claw swipe and skipped to the side playfully when she attempted to kick his feet, hoping he would fall. The force of her kick wasn't something to be trifled with though as Xeion felt the powerful wind blow by his leg even though it completely missed him.
Turning to Horatio-san, he heard his mumblings before he hopped away from where Ophelia-san and him were doing battle, somewhat showing that he was having doubts about his belief system, about everything he fought for. His reason for being -- his raison d' etre. Upon seeing this, Xeion used a shunpo to temporarily escape Ophelia-san's attacks and headed for Horatio. When he got there, he heard the seconf half of what he wanted to say. He stopped chanting for a bit, placed his hand on his shoulder, and smiled at him, intending to answer his questions as quickly as he could before Ophelia-san would get a chance to attack him again.
"The fact that they live means that they can be free to change. Death brings no change hence killing someone is the ultimate form of being biased towards your own set of justice. You already judged someone before you got to know them, treating them like an enemy without even trying to know them as a friend; and no, I don't believe it would cost the lives of my allies later on. My friends are strong -- they can defend themselves. If not, I'll defend them with all my might. Besides, if I am able to make friends with my enemies before that happens, then I shouldn't have to worry about that. I trust my friends. Even if they're supposedly my 'enemies', I trust them." Jumping away from Horatio-san, he smiled at him once again. "Won't you allow me to be your friend too?"
Returning to Ophelia-san's side once more, he continued his chant. "Your hollow soul drowns in your sins..."

Opehlia snarled. She didn't like this chanting thing he was doing, it was making her nervous.
"Shut up! Shut up before you bring him back again! I SAID SHUT UP! NO MORE OF YOUR USELESS WORDS!" She screamed. She whipped around, facing him. Her chest heaved and her eyes glowed. She made a lunge for him, trying to grab him in a bear hug while slashing at him at the same time.

Horatio grumbled slightly at Xeion's words... Curiousity began to seep into Horatio, Curiousity in him was something much stronger then depressed... he was his retreat from things as the were, something to take his mind and attention away from the current world. Horatio Shinidoed towards Ophelia tackling her down, wrapping his arms around her head to cover her ears. Turning his back to Xeion to cause a physical blockade between the two.
"Shinigami stop! Stop it now! Ophelia Hold still! You've had your fill on this trip, let me get mine!"
Although Horatio was physically growing weaker and more famished, his hunger to quench his curiousity was far greater and needed to be sated or satisfied.

Opehlia roared, whipping her head back and forth, struggling to get out from the heavy Horatio.
"No! There's never enough to fill me! Let me go! I'll rip his throat out! Just like I did theirs!" She bucked, arching her back against his belly. if anything, she hated being pinned down most of all. It brought back...bad memories for her. She struggled and squirmed like the wildcat she was, her eyes rolling in her head as she kicked and clawed at him.

Horatio Released a loud snarl and grunt at every kick and claw, he endured it. Pulling away before bringing anymore harm to himself he stood between Ophelia and Xeion. Arms open ready to block. He needed to talk to Xeion. Horatio... needed to reenstate himself as the dominant one, the one in power and rank here. He needed to use the same language Ophelia did. "Remember you place and your rank! These are My orders! You've had your fun in the sunshine, Give me mine now! Quemadura! "
The last word was Hroatio's release as he barked it out loudly and agressively. A bright light enveloped him as his shape and form seem to bulk further in mass and weight. The light seemed to condense and fade at the same time to shape into his new form, his entire upper chest, back neck, spine was covered in a bone like plated armor similar to that of a hollow's mask. He donned deep brown fur with white, a long bushy raccoon tail and two raccoon ears tipped with bone. Each arm was a thick pale white bone like set of arm guards that reached up just under his shoulders, his shoes replaced with the same bone white colored greeves of armor. Horatio was truely a fortress now.
"Ophelia!... don't make me do this..."
His voice now filled with confidence and zeal and determination.

Opehlia roared. How dare he try and challenge her? She sneered, her shoulders hunching and her claws stretched out.
"You dare to defy me? You? Really? Just because you're some espada's lackey doesn't mean you're stronger than me!" She snarled. Her eyes glowed with hate and insanity as she circled around him.

Xeion was taken aback when he saw the male Arrancar jump immediately in frpnt of him and pin down the female Arrancar he was with. With a loud chant, the Arrancar's body shone with brilliant light as it became enveloped in Hollow bones as well as his body now that of a furry's. He was like a fortress now, to be precise. Even the female Arrancar's powerful slashes and series of monstrous kicks couldn't even penetrate the thickness of his Hollow bones. It was quite a sight to behold -- a moving fortress against a battle-crazed killing machine, capable of inflicting unimaginable pain to those around her. However, Xeion found the act itself strange in a way: why would the male Arrancar do that to his comrade, trying to stop her from killing him? Did his words get through to the male Arrancar somehow? Maybe so, but Xeion sensed that there was something more, something deeper in his reason for defending him like that. Of course, they would get to that point sooner or later, but first, they needed to deal with the female Arrancar before she does something all of them would regret later. Placing his hand on the male Arrancar's shoulder, he smiled at him. "It looks like you're in a bit of a sticky situation, my friend," he said, putting more emphasis on the word 'friend'. "I've handled my fair share of difficult women in the past; one certain woman tried to kill me countless times before. Allow me to help you calm your most precious one down." Stepping forward in front of him, Xeion stared at the female Arrancar's figure -- scared, insecure, and very, very angry because of it. He may not know either of the two Arrancar there, but Xeion wanted to know them. He wanted to understand them. They weren't enemies in his eyes, but instead, they were simply misunderstood friends. If this situation didn't happen, Xeion would have continued his chant and introduced the two of them to his World of Nightmares, but after seeing this, Xeion decided not to go through with instead. He had another plan. He smiled before he opened his mouth to complete the chant and slowly took of his blue shades to reveal his deep crimson eyes which held within it the Angra Mainyu. This was it, the last verse, but not the last verse of the World of Nightmares. It was from something else. " May you all find happiness. heart " ((Both of you may hate me for this, but if you do, I blame shoujo manga. It ish ebil. crying )) [Dawn of Dreams Lv. 1: "Heart's True Feelings" (Horatio-san x Opehelia-san Version - " True To My Heart")] With a smile, everything around them, engulfing Xeion and both the male and female Arrancar in a warm, calming light. The world around them started to fade away and the spacial dimension distortion created by the release of Xeion Angra Mainyu, even if it was just momentary, was enough to create an entirely new world -- a different dimesion, isolated from the outside, meaning that they can't escape with dimension-based techniques like a Garganta, for example, until Xeion himself decides to free them from the dimension. For now, he just wanted to calm the both of them down, most especially, the female one. Wonderous, upbeat music filled the air around them, and along with the warmth of the light, a strong calming sensation began to fill all of the people there. It was an ecstatic feeling, a mixture of love and happiness with a dash of comfort and security. The feeling would be comparable to that of a mother's warm hug to a crying child. What's more, the calming effect was so powerful that it took away all forms of hostilit within the hearts of the people within; and if the hostility was very strong, it would drastically reduce it enough to the point that the extremely hostile person would still be mad, but couldn't get himself/herself to hurt those around her. The feelings that this world had created was enough to caress the very heart strings of the people inside of it, bringing out their innermost desires and wants, happiness and confidence altogether in a world where they can be free to express themselves without the prying eyes of those from the outside, telling them what to do and subconsciously forcing them to follow the accepted norm as dictated by their race. In this world, they are free. As the light slowly faded, the scenery around them changed from bright white into a world filled with cute things. The three of them were seated together in a round tea table with cups of chamomile tea, glazed with lavender aromatic and mint flavors. Beside the tea cups were slices of strawberry cake which complimented the surroundings. In their background, the sun shone brightly in a forest where the trees are made of candy. The mountains were made with ice cream and the flowers were...well, still flowers. Chibi bunnies and banana-riding chibi monkeys walked along the land, some eating pancakes while some simply rode on their bananas like some form of land transportation vehicle. True, this world might look insane, but then again, the people Xeion was with weren't exactly normal themselves. As such, a world like this would be well-suited to their needs. Xeion smiled, breaking silence as he took as sip of his chamomile tea. "So, care to tell me your names before we start?" he asked immediately.

(Lordy Lordy... What haz you done! X.x)
I-Is this guy for real?... the world changed in almost an instant, the situation had shifted now not in his favor, it didn't go to his plan one bit. The music struck his ears, the sight of all this 'happiness' shook him to the core, it wasn't unpleasant or unbareable, but so far from his norm that it was uncomfortable, Specially with Ophelia present. Finding himself fixed on a seat in such a place with Tea and straberries and with Xeion and Ophelia present. Horatio Remained in his furry armored state. His throat felt dry unable to sum up any words or action. His eyes were transfixed on Ophelia, while his desire of fight was no existant, the will to protect was strong enough, but like Always... He never made the first move to attack, a nervous twitch decended and crept along his right hand.

((Poor Opehlia...))
Opehlia gagged. She had been about to go into her Ressurection when this...dimension was forced upon her. This place grabbed her, and terrified her. She slammed her head onto the tea table, shaking it violently back and forth.
"No...what...is this place?!" She whispered hoaresly. She didn't know what any of these things were, and they terrfied her insane mind, all of these thing out of proportion and so...colorful. Her horror was beyond description, and she began to shake. She almost whimpered, but choked it back by biting down on her tongue. She kept her eyes closed, refusing to see the place.

Horatio's ears suddenly drooped as he watched Ophelia smash her head down on the table... In all honesty, the change in things didnt effect him mentaly as much... he was already in a peaceful state of mind; something Ophelia shouldnt find out. Hoping to use the situation to his advantage, putting on an act to work under Ophelia nose, playing a role as one effected and warped by the tunes and change in environment. His hand still shook from the discomfort before reaching out with it. Taking up one of the strawberries before bringing it close to his face. His nose wrinkled as he sniffed it before taking a little nibble. "O-Ophelia... Try these... they're... They're much sweeter then shinigami souls..." Had he finally found an alternative for his way of feeding?...
