I like the third because he tried to change things so that the uchiha masacer wouldnt happen. He also let itachi have his lil bro live. i dont like sasuke but the 3rd is cool for doin that.

though I don't know much of him the second is probably my favorite just because he had the most peaceful reign and the element he used (water) but after him I'd have to say Minato (the 4th) for his jutsu also was awe-striking.
