"Long, Long Shall I Rue Thee...
Ember sat down heavily, "What are we going to do? It always seems like something's getting in the way of us being together. But I know we're suppose to be together. You don't feel the way we do about each other if you're not meant to be." ...Too Deeply To Tell"

"Of course I feel the same, Ember. Nothing will ever change that. We need to talk to our herd leaders, I think." Ariluna sat next to Ember, leaning her head on his shoulder.

Ember cupped her head closer to his chest. "Nite Owl, I believe will tell me to go if I wish. But he...he will be disappointed and Yongnian possibly mad though Aine definately will be. Yours?"

"Gylden will be fine. Though the children have taken a liking to me. I'm sure if I still visited they wold be okay, too. Enigma and Purim would understand, I'm sure. They're starting to make their own friends. Carillon I know will tell me to leave; he thinks I'm a thread. And Zauberei won't care either way." Ariluna kissed his chest softly. "We should have a meeting."

"We should," he murmmerred as he inhaled the essence of her. "All of them or just the leaders?" He chuckled, "You know Nite Owl has a thing for Gylden right?"

Ariluna's eyes opened wide. "Really? I was wondering why she was so happy all the time." Ariluna chuckled. "Just the leaders and second in charge. So Gylden and Rosa for me."

"Yeah. I don't know if they're serious or not. But I'd say Nite Owl is which is....strange." He thought for a moment. "It would be Nite Owl and Yongnian for me but Aine or Arwen might assert themselves. You can never tell with those two!"

"Gylden I think is serious. She's not the kind to play with a man's heart or any heart for that matter." Ariluna nodded. "The children would probably come along unless Purim and Enigma watch them. Though I don't trust Casaquilla alone with them so she would definately come."

Ember laughed, "So it looks like a group effort then. Because Aine will demand to come and Arwen....she doesnt' want to get stuck with Arachne. Gets her very upset."

LOG 3
*Flashback* Ember had been walking through the woods when he heard a beautiful voice. Carefully, he made his way toward it knowing that he shouldn't. Whoever was in these woods was not exactly friendly. The people in these woods were the sworn enemy of the herd he was part of.
Approaching the sound, he looked through the bushes to see a lovely pony. She had long braids, and her skin was a lovely shade of purple. But that's all he could see from this angle, he tried to move to get closer without a sound but a branch broke beneath his hoof.

Ariluna sat in a clearing in the woods. It had been a big risk she'd taken to come out here but it was the only place she could see the moon so clearly. She looked up, singing to the moon; a light shining down on her.
She heard a twig break and stood, the light that was on her turning blue; the colour of her shield. "Who is there? State your business."
