Neoma was amazed by what Corwin could do. Her eyes were wide as she went over to sniff the card. "What type of magic is this?" She then noticed the pony. "Oh...pardon me...nice to meet you random." She sighed disappointed that she looked like a little child.

" It's complicated to explain, but these are Special cards and only those of the same bloodlines as my family can actually work them and only a handful of us can draw them... if we wanted to we could have expanded the window the card created and you and I could have joined Random in his private Quarters in castle Amber.."noticing her Disappointed sigh..." is everything alright dear one...?"

Neoma smiled happy that he wasn't too upset with her. "Really? If you don't mind me asking, what is it about myself that you like? Maybe that would help. As far as I can see it, you're the perfect image. You're handsome, polite, noble, everything someone could want."

"Yes a power in my home land called the pattern wanted me to represent it in a struggle with it's enemy. which I did for awhile.. then i created my own pattern. Its all kind of complicated and Fiona one of my Sister's or my brother Bleys could explain it better than I. What it boils down to is that the original pattern of Amber kind of stacked the deck so to speak in my favor. Though most of my family tends to be built along pretty much the same lines." Neoma blushed at his compliments. "Um...thank you very much sir." She lightly bowed her head in a thanking expression. "It seems like you have quite a complex family history." She smiled. "There is one thing I would like to know. Do you like boat rides? I thought it might be nice if we were to take one sometime."

" I am not the Mariner that my Brothers Cain was or my Brother Gerard is but I enjoy time out to sea or sailing..." pauses thinking. "Which would you prefer a simple day sail and a picnic or maybe a dinner cruise and dancing.. of course these are just suggestions my dear I will follow where you lead on this."Kisses her cheek.

Neoma smiled. "Well both sound wonderful. I'm just happy to be with you." She kissed him back. She felt so happy when she was with him. She had been scared her whole life and sad, but when she was with Corwin she didn't feel that way at all. It was nice.

Corwins face lights up " do you think you could handle a short trip through shadow? I know the perfect lighthouse to sail to for a picnic, and if he is there a special friend who once helped me who I would like you to meet."

Neoma smiled cheerfully. "I wouldn't mind. I'm used to shadows since that's all my family ever was." She looked down. "Although...I wish I was a ghost sometimes as well so I could fit with my family of ghosts."
