My favorite plasmid has to be Incinerate. I'm a pyromaniac, what can I say? I mean, the thing seemed to kill most splicers in one or two hits and didn't seem to have any sort of distance limitiation. Burn, baby, Burn.
I also used ElectoBolt a whole lot and it was great to have in any watery area, for sure. Winter Blast was fun too, but I didn't use it often.
As for a weapon, the Shotgun was my best. One hit wonder, that one. I also liked the Grenade Launcher, though in truth I used all the guns pretty evenly. I just choose whatever was best for the situation at hand.

Favorite 3 plasmids: Hypnotize big daddy target dummy favorite 3 guns: wrench crossbow greanade launcher favorite 3 tonics: wrench jockey wrench lurker and i think sport boost or something like that.

plasmid: hypnotize big daddy/hypnotize. Lol in BS 2 I hypnotized 2 bouncers into killing a big sis for me! And in BS 1, I made a bouncer fight a rosie! (the bouncer won)
weapon: shotgun (BS 1). As soon as I got this I used it practically the whole game unless I was out of ammo. In BS 2 I found I didn't use it as much.

my favorite plasmid,and i know this is gonna sound cheap but Winter Blast 3 I enjoy the shattering sound you get when you bash it apart n_n and as for weapons I'd take a Tommy gun or the mounted machine gun over the shotgun anyday.

My favorite probably has to be winter blast, I use it more then anything else in both of my games. I use the wrench with it in the first a game and the drill in the second. I'm into the ice thing I froze my drill and used it the entire time heart
which.. now that I think about it is really weird.. I hate the cold and ice.

My favourite plasmid is the Winter Blast,
backing up is Electrobolt... Yea, I am one good hacker!
Weapon is shotgun, I use shotgun in every game I play!
My tonics are varied, first come-first served...
