Relieved that Koth didn't give her a hard time about her horrible conversational skills, she managed a small smile and looked around. "Boredom, mainly. It doesn't seem like anyone inside is available, so I figured I'd come out here and enjoy my alone time. That is, I don't mind having company either...anyways, what about you?"

She glanced at the ground, chewing on the inside of her lip. "Um...I'm sorry, I really wish I could help," sighed, offering a weak smile up at him.

Her eyes widened visibly and she swallowed nervously. "Y-you really do eat people?" she asked, shock and disbelief mixed on her face.

Not all that often. The race doesn't taste as good as your cannibals seem to think. I prefer small game.

She let out a sigh of relief and a small laugh as well. However, she tilted her head curiously when his body began to glow. "Now that's unusual..." she said quietly. It looked particularly radiant with the darkness of the night and the pale glow of the moon shining down.

She watched as the glow changed colors, then faded away, glancing up at his smirk and realizing she had been staring again. Nodding slightly, she took a step back and smiled at him. "It was nice to meet you Koth, perhaps I'll see you again sometime."

At his parting statement, she managed another small smile, watching him fly off into the night. Sitting back down on the ground, she let out a quiet sigh, intent on spending a bit more time out here before returning indoors. However, she didn't realize just how enthralling the night sky was to her, and ended up falling asleep under the stars.

Whisper awoke with a somewhat violent sneeze. It had gotten rather chilly over night. Glancing down at Nezumi, she couldn't help but chuckle. The girl was as much at home sleeping outdoors as she was in a bed. Still, it was time to be heading back inside. Her clothes were damp from the dew, and she wanted something to eat. She picked Nezumi up into her arms again, and began walking toward the facility. As she got a little closer however, she noticed another presence outside the building. It appeared she had not been the only one with the idea of enjoying the night air.
Walking a little closer to the sleeping form, Whisper hesitated. She really didn't want to disturb anyone. The young woman looked to be sleeping peacefully. Still, other than security and unearthly beings, this was the first person she had seen. Whisper decided to hold off on eating for just a while longer and see who this new arrival was. She settled herself into a comfortable position and reached into her pocket, pulling out a granola bar she had pocketed during her last trip to the cafeteria. This would help, she thought absently as she began to nibble on it.

She didn't know how much time had passed before she finally woke, however she was surprised to discover she was not alone. Slightly startled by the other figure near her, she quickly smiled at her and rubbed her eyes. "I apologize for not being the best company," she said, covering her mouth to stifle a small yawn. Stretching slightly, she sat up fully, smiling at the woman. "I hope I wasn't too boring. I'm Tiana," she introduced herself, extending her hand until she realized that both were occupied. "Oh...I didn't see your little friend," she said smiling at both of them.
