For me, the 'good old days' consisted of clicking all the links in the anime and Japanese culture sections on the front page, looking for one of the rare pink links. This was back before Gaia got the facelift before the facelift they had before this facelift... and was there another facelift that I'm forgetting...? sweatdrop So... yeah... all the way back in '03 (this obviously isn't my original avvie)

The only thing that I really remember about my 'noob' days (though I never was a true noob) is that I actually used to get offended by the trolls. rofl
They don't really phase me these days, and I do enjoy using that report button, especially if I never see that same person again. twisted

for the first month or so i hung around in the CB, but i pretty much only ever went to one thread. then i joined the guild attached to that thread and now i almost never go back to the main forums. even for events...
