[Classification] Wind Chime
[Type] Psychic
[Height] 2'0"
[Weight] 2.2 lbs
[Markings] Regular Chimecho markings, except the maroon stripes are increased, going up his long fan and around his face.
[Ability] Levitate - Damage dealing Ground-type moves have no effect on Chimecho. Cannot be trapped by Arena Trap ability. Takes no damage from Spikes.
[Attacks] Wrap - Wraps and squeezes the foe 2 to 5 times with vines, etc.
Growl - Growls cutely to reduce the foe's attack.
Confusion - A psychic attack that may cause confusion.
Astonish - An attack that may shock the foe into flinching.
[Personality] Hallil is a very difficult pokemon, which Nadali found out the first time she met him. He is always causing trouble, either it being through his lack of respect for Nadali, or just ignoring her completely. He is a ruthless pokemon, and often when he doesn't listen to her, he will attack and faint a pokemon, leaving Nadali without a catch. Unfortunatly, Nadali doesn't know if it is because he has a high level, or he is just extremely hard to work with.
