I blinked, confused. I flickered my eyes to my bloody knife, then to Zero. How is there blood on it? Who did I hurt? What happened within these 5 seconds that i randomly forgot? All these questions swirled in my head.
All I knew was there was never blood on my knife.
I hid the knife behind my back and smiled, sweating like crazy.
I heard red liquid drop down from the ceiling.
" Um.... heh.....Zero? Why is there.....blood...?" I stammered.

*I stagger back a bit, but more from surprise than pain. Her blade had cut me, but i wasn't her target. something had appeared and her hand had lashed out at it almost involuntarily, and i was in it's path. certainly this little wound wouldnt have caused blood to end up on the ceiling.
I put my hand to my arm where the cut was, and look up. whatever it was had escaped into the vent on the ceiling and making it's way to the roof, and was bleeding a lot on the way.*
Dont worry Cheese, its just a flesh wound. But something is loose in our school, and i dont think it's friendly...
*I run outside and look up. there's nothing there.

*i sense a movement behind me, and i turn just in time to see a dark shadow dissapear into the night. there is blood on the grass where it had trod, i follow the tail, but suddenly it stops.
I go to get a band aid.*

My heart skipped a beat. All I felt was as if my heart was pulled out of my chest, and was beating behind me.
Finally I looked up, there was a rusty vent, with blood smeared on the edges.
I motioned Zero quietly to follow, then I took a big leap to grab onto the vent.

*I watch Cheese's legs disappear into the vent, then i jump up to follow.
The space is tight in here, and the floor is sticky with blood. *
This is gross, *i wisper under my breath* but at least it means whatever it is isnt too big. unless it can change it's shape, which i hope not...

anat24 HOOOooOoOoOoOoLlLlLlLllEeEeEeEeeEeE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *i fall and fall and idk where im going O_O* *hears a shout in the room below us as we climb through the ventilation.* What was that?! Cheese, that sounded like Anna! *I punch out the vent and drop down to the room, a different one from the one we were in before. There is a black hole in the floor, and it's pitch black inside.* eek did she fall through there?!

I jumped down into the room with Zero.
"she must have" I whispered. Then I started walking around the room, investigating for any clues.
" It seems that this school, was made recently, so there wouldn't be any reason for it to fall. or else..."
I scratched my chin then continued.
" someone must have broke the floor"

I blinked to a flash back.
" Who ever it is, they must have come to attack, but when they saw my knife they probably went in the vent and fell in the room where anat was, probibly falling on her and breaking the floor"
I looked down into the hole, then bent over.
" Is that right Anna?" I hollored, waiting for a reply.

I glanced around for a rope with her.
All I found was a broken water hose.
"this perhaps?" I replied holding it up in my hands.
" I'll hold onto it while you go down."
