For the wallpaper I posted here, one of the first things I did was color Cirno. Of course, the final version HAD to be B&W, so it pained me to have to make it like that. In the end, I decided to also make a more "finished" color version, using the same resources, in color:  Maybe someday I'll draw her wings... Maybe.

Eh, Okay so I got my new scanner, made some pictures to prove it too. But of course, my scanner does not love my sketchbooks so much! Its PERFECT with scanning stuff off a normal piece of paper though, so I'll still gladly do art for you guys under request! I need to draw more Touhou! Here's the three most recent and random images (which the scanner ate) Flan and RemiliaRemilia tea timeReimu (Done in my own style sort of)The Reimu I kind of..added a few things if you didnt notice. like I made her normal bow into a more..Loli-ish bow Lol. And I tried to make her look a LITTLE different from the games, face and hair wise.

Why are you so harsh on the criticism? It's my drawing is it not? I'm allowed to draw them however way I want.
Sakuya is under the table picking up a spoon or knife that fell on the floor and she banged her head
The Reimu picture was my first drawing of her so be nice!

You should take criticism as a compliment Flan, it shows that somebody was paying close attention to your work. It takes more effort to point out flaws than to just look at it and say "Oh cool".
Either way, my favorite is definitely the one of Remilia and Flandre. You did a great job. <3

I was just pointing out the fact that Reimu is way too overconfident to ever actually apear that way. I wasn't trying to upset anyone.
If I ever caught someone portraying my character as showing any sign of acting on instinct, I'd rant up a storm.

Yeah but I wasnt trying to draw Reimu as the way you normally see her in games and stuff, that was the Point Lol.
I was changing her a bit to how I liked her. Besides, just because someone is overconfident, doesnt mean they wont do other facial expressions on other occasions >.>;

The thing is though, changing something like that makes it a different character entirely. When you said your own style, I assumed you meant the appearance overall. A facial expression is different from that, so singling it out is in no way attacking your style or ability to draw. What I said about it can't even be considered criticism at all, good or bad.
