The Joker shrugged, saying, "Eh, no reason. Thought it would be fun. And seeing as Pixie's also here, if it's not, we'll just MAKE it fun!" He looked at Sapphire and said, "Ah, the little blue Spider joins us as well! Welcome!" An obvious breaking of the fourth wall, of course; the clown by no right should know who Sapphire was in this world.

"You mean she's not from here...well at least it wasn't who I thought she was." He said with a minor sigh of relief. He thought Sapphire might have either been the Spidergirl here or Spiderman after various operations. "So what exactly do you three plan to do? Run around until you come across...whatever those things are? I saw this weird place where they were everywhere and even one of them looked like a mutated ninja." He explained.

Sapphire glanced over at Pixi. Homicidal...oh, well that's just perfect. Great...yeah...what has she gotten herself into this time?
"Sapphire." she said when Joker spoke to her. Other than the edges of the black of her costume, shouldn't be any other sign about spiders or anything. May have just assumed from that. She certainly didn't recall meeting this guy. Then again, he could have heard about her from someone else...
She gave a small mental shrug and turned her attention back towards the other man.

"Oh boy! A party!" Pixie grinned eagerly at the Joker, "I can't wait!" She was so excited anyone around her would have guessed that she was close to wetting herself. Of course she didn't. She had more manners then that.

"It IS turning into quite the party, isn't it?" Joker mused, considering what Pixie said out loud. "And you know what every party needs to REALLY get going? A murder." The clown turned to the man Pixie had been attacking, and continued with, "And in keeping with this mode of thinking, what were you saying about the weirdos of this place?" There was an evil glint in Joker's eyes as the question was asked.

Tomha just sighed. "Their weird and I could care less about them, some do deserve to die. Even saw one kid stab a woman and ran off and nobody called for help, but I should get going I'm looking for a guy with no skin wearing a robe very similar to mine and another guy with skin but very long blue hair and pointy shoes." He explained. He figured this Joker might say something that wouldn't be helpful.
The Horror King Hathom watched as he found all his intruders in one spot. "Hmm only two women, not much but a decent start. I'll have to remove those men. Their powers will be worthless to me...Hmmm.." The Horror King thought hard of what to do. "Let's try the Shovel Teeth again." He told himself as he ripped a portal in the sky over the group and let rain a pack of eight Shovel Teeth, the same monsters that were invading their world. "Oh I hope the ladies love them and those other two scream when they die..." He said watching gleefully.

Oh, yeah...where'd that exit go again? For some strange reason...Sapphire felt like she might be the only actual hero around here now. Just great.
Something above them caught her eye and she looked up to find something falling down towards them. It looked like another group of the monsters she had taken care of back in the 'real' world.
A large blue shield grew in the air above her to catch some of the creatures as they fell.

Joker looked up, and saw the creatures get caught by the shield. "Hey, Spider! Is that thing bullet-proof?" He hoped the answer was a 'no'.

"Well, if you're doing that, stop NOW!" The Joker drew out two revolvers, and began firing at the creatures through the blue layer holding the Shovel-Teeth up. He had no idea if that would work, but it was worth a shot. Literally.

Pixie looked at the creatures with wide eyes. "Er. They really aren't happy to see you two." She murmured seeing malicious thoughts in their tiny little heads. But the plan Joker had seemed smart enough, hopefully they wouldn't reflect the bullets or something.

The bullets seemed to be useless against their teeth but every other part was tender enough to be harmed. Since most of them were stuck above hitting their teeth by accident would prove difficult. As soon as one was hit they all entered a frenzy and began trying to devour their wounded while the wounded fought back making all of them wounded and self destructive.
"For dangerous monsters they seem...rather stupid. It's like Blood sets them off, like sharks or piranha and nothing else in the world matters to them..." Tomha thought out loud as it began raining blood on them thanks to the gore festival above them.

Pixie screeched when a random limb hit her in the head. "Eww... I don't do messy." She hissed putting a forcefield over herself that deflected the mess off of her.

Sapphire grimmaced a bit as the gore from above started raining down. Ok, gross. Better add another layer under the one that held the nasty things to try and catch some of the blood or other nice little things that fell away from them.

"I like it," Joker said, a smile on his face as he looked at the gore, "It lets me know that my job is done. And tell me," the clown continued, walking over to Sapphire, "Who's responsible for saving us?" He put an arm around Sapphire. "Why, the team of Joker and Sapphire Spider!"
